Free Yourself From All Semantic
Deceptions of Government!
Every word in written law has a legal meaning that often
differs from the meaning of the word when used in non-legal
contexts.

I'd like to add additional understanding in response to a letter that

was published in the Winter 2015 edition of Wise Traditions.

The letter mentions fraud.

Fraud, as in 'Actionable Fraud' Consists of material
representation made with knowledge of falsity and reliance
thereon causing injury. The elements of actionable fraud are:
(1) Representation; (2) its falsity; (3) its materiality; (4) speaker's

knowledge of its falsity or ignorance of its truth; (5) intent that it

should be acted upon; (6) hearer's ignorance of its falsity; (7) his
reliance on its truth; (8) his right to rely thereon, and (9) his
consequent and proximate injury.[9]

I believe it would be helpful to the readers if the letter writer would

be willing to show how these nine elements of fraud apply to the
facts as he states in regard to the apparent demand that
compels parents to sign off on the birth certificate. People need
to understand the facts as they apply to written law so that they
can better fulfill their primary obligation (as) a citizen ... to
question authority![7]

For all those who doubt the use/misuse of the birth certificate to
obfuscate the true status of a native born American there is the
earlier and thus longer-standing use/misuse of the document
known as the Constitution with extensive examples of semantic
deceit. Our conventional wisdom on the Constitution came by way
of government education, one that is full of smoke and mirrors
regarding the true nature of this document resulting with the
Amercian people never getting to see this document in its right
relation to the other three Organic Laws. The truly severe
consequence is a lack of context in the Law and it is followed by
massive confusion regarding how to apply Constitutional law.
The only way out of this confusion is by including the vital help of
true orientation in Law that only comes in light of the other three
Organic Laws: The Declaration of Independence, The Articles of
Confederation and The Ordinance for the Northwest Territory.

Dr. Ed Rivera is the lead professor in the Organic Laws and has
trail-blazed all the way through the confusion of the Constitution
bringing the greatly needed clarity into each and every one of its
semantic deceptions.

The first Organic Law is the Declaration of Independence - that

leaves us free! You can't write external law for a truly free people

because they live under the Common Law just as the American
people originally did - living very well without the interference (and
all else) of any external government.

Then the Articles of Confederation (AoC) as the second Organic

Law established The United States of America to be the
Sovereignty of the territories that were gained from Great Britain
after the Revolutionary War at the Treaty of Paris.

The third Organic Law is the Ordinance for the Northwest Territory
that concerns all the territories that came in after the AoC to corral
those territories into additional surveyed lands that constitute
thirty-seven new states. This Ordinance was created July 13th,
1787 as a "temporary government" for the territories. The
Constitution as the fourth Organic Law is completed just several
weeks later on September 17th as the permanent government) -
so close that you have to consider the connection, the continuity
between these two documents so that when you read the
Constitution you apply it to the territories instead of the thirteen
states as the government would have you believe!

Ed Rivera founded the Organic Laws Institute to teach people

how to read the constitution so that all four documents fit together.
Then you can see how free people are not subject to the
legislation of an external government as the people of the
territories are. Free people are subject only to the Common Law.
All four Organic Laws are still in force and you can find them at
the very beginning of the United States Code!

Government was created for the territories because the territories

don't belong to those who live in the territories, it is the property of
the government. The Confederation was set up to act as the legal
central government for the states. The states can't individually
own the territories. So the government is doing it's job we just
need to understand the limits of its jurisdiction which is relatively

easy to do because it is all proprietary-based. However,

government extended its jurisdiction via citizenship.

[A]t the Revolution, the sovereignty devolved on the people, and

they are truly the sovereigns of the country, but they are
sovereigns without subjects . . . and have none to govern but
themselves; the citizens of America are equal as fellow citizens,
and as joint tenants in the sovereignty. Chisholm v. Georgia, 2
US 419, 471 (1793).

After the Civil War people voluntarily surrendered their joint

tenancy in the sovereignty when they accepted citizenship into
the United States.[10] For over the past century the government
has assumed the American people have surrendered by the fact
that they claim the legislated status[8] to be a "United States
citizen" in the many government offers that are made to them. It's
an error to think you were born in the United States when actually
you were born on the land in one of the United States of America.

To free yourself from the semantic deceptions you will need to get
clear on the words used in written law. Major distinctions need to
be made between legal terms and phrases starting with: United
States vs United States of America. Once you get clear about
the distinction you can understand how there is an office of:
President of the United States[4] that is distinguished from:
President of the United States of America[5] (not to mention an
additional Office of President[6]). Words and word phrases in
written law have their legal meaning that often differs from the
meaning used in non-legal contexts.

In the prime example of "Presidents" the implications go far

beyond the realm of semantics. I have blogged on this under the

Some years ago I ordered a book (possibly through a book club)

that I had hopes would be edifying for me. The title is "Why
America Is Free - A History of the Founding of The American
Republic". I found the book disappointing. However I did find two
statements that I'd like the publisher to provide more information
on.

On page 165 under The Virginia Plan: "When the states agreed to
send delegates to Philadelphia, they did so for 'the sole and
express purpose of revising the Articles of Confederation.'
However, the very first proposal went far beyond those
instructions. It proposed to scrap the articles of Confederation and
write a totally new document upon which American government
would be based." I'd like to know the original source of that
proposal and who made the proposal.

On page 167 under Other Arguments: "Should there be one

president or three?" Once again I'd like to know the source.

My main disappointment is with the claims that democracy was

the new form of government. It simply is not at all true even
though the myth as been perpetuated for about the past ninety
years since Roosevelt ordered the Army Field Manuals out of
circulation that at that time made clear distinctions between a
democracy and a republican form of government.

April 15th 2016 -

Continuing - Just replied to a couple answers (to questions stated

above) that were sent to me in response to my inquiry. My reply
included the following.

I appreciate seeing the Virginia Plan. Although it is clear that new

proposal/s are presented I did not see a proposal to specifically

"scrap the articles of Confederation" (in whatever terms). Would it

be possible to point me directly to that proposal?

In the "Ordinance of 1787: The Northwest Territorial Government"

at: "Article the Sixth" there is a repeal of "the resolutions of the
23rd of April, 1784" demonstrating that if it is the intention of the
Congress to "scrap" legislation that intention gets clearly stated. I
also find in the United States Code the inclusion of the Articles of
Confederation as one of the four Organic Laws of The United
States of America. The Articles don't appear to be scrapped to
me.

Page 6 and 7 of your book make mention of democracy as the

new form of government yet I do not see any source at all that
expresses that as an intention by any of the "Founding Fathers".
On the contrary I only see references to the Republic. What is the
source for "democracy" as mentioned in the book?

The Degradation of Language -

"According to Steiner, it is characteristic of the present culture of

Ahrimanic scientism and Anglo-American economic imperialism
that language has lost its instinctive spiritual meaning; that is, the
connection is lost between the literal word and the spiritual
impulse that constitutes meaning.

Without real, spiritual content, language consists only of 'empty

phrases', such as rule by the will of the people, the free world,
individual freedom, and so on. These phrases are largely devoid
of reality in our socio-political structure; here the pervasive
actuality is the power of money over Men and over life. And where
the empty phrase rules in language, mere conventions -- rather
than living human contact -- rule in social life, and mere routine --
rather than lively human interest -- rules in economic life.

And: 'It is only a short step from the empty phrase to the lie.'
Again, this is especially true in politics and economics, for the
prevalence of empty words makes possible the falsification of
realities -- a potent weapon in the hands of those with occult,
conscious intentions to manipulate people for devious ends. In
our time, people en masse act as if they are possessed by evil
forces, because, in a way, they are.

The demons of materialism speak through empty words. A

language in which the demons of materialism have taken the
place of human spiritual impulses can lead only to destruction.

Certainly Steiner was not the only one to notice this aspect of
modern language. George Orwell was perhaps the most
prominent writer to decry this trend. See, for instance, his classic

essay 'Politics and the English Language'.[29] He envisioned the

dehumanization of language becoming deliberately intensified in
the 'newspeak' of the Ahrimanic nightmare 1984. Having no
apparent knowledge of spiritual science, and working with only
keen observation and a love of truth, he saw what was happening
in the political discourse of Western Europe and carried to
extremes in the totalitarian regimes.

On the socio-political level, the antidote for this poison of empty

words is the liberation of cultural life, especially education, from
political and financial power. (As outlined in Steiner's concept of
the 'threefold commonwealth': the separation of the political-rights
state, the spiritual-cultural sphere, and the economic sector --
along with the elimination of egotism and coercion from the
economy.)

On the individual-personal level, the antidote is the infusion of

active, creative thought into language, thus creating a language in
which the words point to the thoughts, evoking living thinking in
the listeners. If we do not put effort into creating our original
thoughts, then ready-made pseudo-thoughts, trite words and
phrases, come automatically to mind and carry us along with
them, resulting in 'thinking almost entirely without thoughts'.

We can at least make the effort to resist these ready-made

phrases and generalizations that effortlessly come to mind, and to
form mental pictures of particular people, things, and events --
and further, to make original word-formations describing these
things and pictures from varying points of view. The essential
point is that we not let our speaking and writing be determined by
unconscious influences, but that we call forth through our own
efforts new, original thought-creations and convey them with
original, fluid, artistic word-formations.

We will not always fully succeed; we are not all poets all the time;
but if we consciously make this effort, then we will go far toward

recovering the lost human-spirituality of language, and

consequently, toward the humanization of culture. ...

And, not incidentally, we will thus progress toward living

consciously in the thinking-free-of-literal-words that is the
'language' of the spirit-soul world in which we will live after
death. ..."[27]

February 6, 2015 - The original start of this blog:

Down yet another rabbit hole! I started out before having dinner
searching the phrase "semantic deceit" as it appeared a key
phrase in a couple of the papers that I was recently reading
focused on semantic deceit in government. Then later while I was
doing my dishes in the kitchen the phrase "deceived the nations"
came into my consciousness and I made literal note of it with the
intention to identify the verse in Revelation.

The verse:
"...For your merchants were the great men of the earth, for by
your sorcery all the nations were deceived." Revelation 18:23

Restated in modern English:

"...for your industrialists were the powerful men of the earth, for by
your drugging and poisoning were all the nations deceived."
Revelation 18:23[34]

A major key is in the term sorcery.

Returning to my starting point with "semantic deceit" and now

combining that with drugging and poisoning it is no wonder that all
the nations have been deceived. Especially if you realize that the
both methods are systemic through modern societies and include
virtually all of our food (all the industrialized food) virtually all of
our environments (certainly all the urban environments served by
municipal water systems), the monetary system, government and
their subsidiaries such as education, etc.

In a new research stream regarding by other blog Psyche &

Health yet I have to note this here first:

So much relying upon the services of the so called "justice

system" with so much hope that "justice" will be served, hope
based on beliefs that judges are impartial. Is it possible for the
system to truly serve justice when beliefs are based on an
education system designed with "semantic deception"?

1964(c). Both statutes grant authority to issue remedies to

injunctive relief to the USDC[23]. Both refer to the exact same
subject matter, namely, RICO (Racketeering Influenced and
Corrupt Organizations) activities.

So, when these two statutes are otherwise identical, why did
Congress need to enact two separate statutes?

The answer is simple: one authority was needed for the DCUS,
and the other was needed for the USDC. Simple, really, when the

sedition by syntax is explained in language which penetrates the

Although it's been going on a year since my last posting here that
doesn't mean I stopped thinking about deceptions under the color
of law.

Today I will underscore that deception is the nature of war.

Consider Sun Tzu's "Art of War". The following are quotes from
"Art of War" by Sun Tzu.

"All war is deception."

"All warfare is based on deception."

"All warfare is based on deception. Hence, when able to attack,

we must seem unable; when using our forces, we must seem
inactive; when we are near, we must make the enemy believe we
are far away; when far away, we must make him believe we are
near."

"All warfare is based on deception. There is no place where

espionage is not used. Offer the enemy bait to lure him."[25]

My next research could be to give examples of deception as acts

of war against the American people by the government.

The following is a serendipitous follow-up to where I left off on

1, Section 8, Clause 17 giving the Congress the plenary right to
govern the District of Columbia. So they have. They set up shop
for themselves in 1864 and have been operating as a crime
syndicate ever since. They have played no end of semantic
deceits and made false claims against you and your assets (a
process called 'hypothecating debt') and have indulged in
constructive fraud and kidnapping and racketeering and inland
piracy at your expense. ..."[26]

Semantic Deceits permeate government (including the education

system), all of banking, all of the legal realm, all of the medical
industry, most corporations (especially big pharma, big Ag), and
religious institutions. The first three were always infested with
semantic deceits. Medical wasn't as infested until Rockefeller.
Corporations became infested in the 1800s. Religious institutions
became infected when the "Church" began attacking the Gnostics
and other unorthodoxies.

Tenants in the Sovereignty, this is not so with residents of the
District of Columbiawho are subject to any legislation Congress
may impose on them.

To ensnare Joint Tenants in the Sovereignty in the banker-

contrived artifice of income tax in behalf of their banker creditor,
Congress enacted recondite[31] legislation that would foreclose
Joint Tenants in the Sovereignty from fully comprehending the
law, by transmuting certain everyday words into statutory terms
with a convoluted or constitutionally opposite definition and
meaning, and formulating statutes (and statutory definitions) using
obscure rules of statutory construction to guarantee maximum
complexitythereby allowing Federal executive and judicial
officers to operate within the 'letter of the law' and justify treating
Joint Tenants in the Sovereignty as residents of the District of
Columbia, but without having to explain what they are doing."[30]

In other words Congress enacts legislation as a "method used to

deceive" the people! Title 26 is probably the best example of this!
