RESUMO
The Statute of the Child and Adolescente/90 to delimit the concept of child and
adolescent development as a person and subject of social political and civil rights,
and that this in a peculiar condition of development, specifically in the c ase author or
adolescents involved in practice of offense protects the effectiveness to the full
exercise of those rights . Given this condition from developing adolescent off ender
becomes legally imputable, leaving only application of educational measures . These
measures are applied to the adolescent offender accountability mechanisms which
are primarily educational and resocializing character and, linked to these actions is to
family participation as an important element in structuring adolescent psychos ocial
and redemption of acceptable conduct on social media and as a means of
transmission of teachings that will remain throughout the life of that individual. In this
sense , this research has generally analyze the importance of family support during
the implementation of the measure of semiliberty the socioeducative Center Free
range Male Manaus / AM, through the knowledge of the process of social
reintegration through the social and educational activities of the centers . To do so,
will be used to approach the data qualitatively collected in field research by applying
forms of semi-structured interviews with open and closed questions with three
professionals , namely 01 Social Worker, Psychologist and Institutional Management
01 , 100 % of the quantitative familiar reference in monitoring the implementation of
the measure and 100 % of the quantity of teenagers in fulfillment of socio measure
semiliberty. This study may contribute significantly to the technical interventions of the
guiding team educative center, with a view to greater possibility of having concrete
mechanisms that allow positively contribute to the effective implementation of the
measure socio.

Escolas que so gaiolas existem para que os pssaros
desaprendam a arte do voo. Pssaros engaiolados so
pssaros sob controle. Engaiolados, o seu dono pode lev-los
para onde quiser. Pssaros engaiolados sempre tm um dono.
Deixaram de ser pssaros. Porque a essncia dos pssaros o
voo. Escolas que so asas no amam pssaros engaiolados. O
que elas amam so pssaros em voo. Existem para dar aos
pssaros coragem para voar. Ensinar o voo, isso elas no
podem fazer, porque o voo j nasce dentro dos pssaros. O voo
no pode ser ensinado. S pode ser encorajado.
