Lydia was a remarkable asset to the classroom. She was always on time to class and arrived with
a positive spirit. Her professional attire was always that of a true teacher and all students
respected her as though she was another instructor in the classroom.

Comments about the quality of interaction with students (e.g. contribution to the
classroom, quality of interaction with the tutee, etc.)

Lydia helped tremendously in the learning environment. Apart from working one on one with
certain students to keep them up to date in the classroom, she also helped to create anchor charts,
facilitate round tables with students, and lead center activities. Students really valued her
knowledge and were comfortable asking her questions.
