Final Evaluation

The bottom up approach decided by the team was successfully implemented for this event
where the lower position has assisted the higher position in making the best decision. The
teams had achieved their objectives, mission and also vision. The objective was achieved by
showing the gaining and improvement in students soft skills and leadership. There are
various strategy had been used for this event. Some of it are segregation of duties, good
leadership, great teamwork, good in communicating skills, increase in thinking skills and
other skills. The strategy implemented to solve the problems was really effective for this
activity. One of the activities that can be related for our situation is seeking something that
can be eat and has a shell; then our group leader had assigned a duty for each member to
complete for this task. Skills cannot be gained from books; it has to be earned through
experience such as teambuilding activity.

By not having a strong group of committees, this event cannot be held smoothly and may
create a chaos situation. The reason why we choses Muhd Azly as the program director, he
is the most suitable person for the position. Yap Kar Kay is the most capable person to
assist the program director in fulfilling the needs of the lecturer to handle the activity. Nur
Hidayah is the most trusted person in doing the budgeting for this event. Elisa is the
toughest person to become the secretary voluntarily in completing paperwork to the resorts
person in charge. Our lecturer Miss Nurul Hidayah is the best program advisor that we have
ever met. By having this kind of person for the committee, the event will be more organised
and closing the gap to achieve the goals. The resort instructors were very clear and helpful
to assist the students to complete the task given and also they have a good chief instructor
who trained them very well. Nur Lembah Pangsun Eco Resort fulfilling our criteria for the
teambuilding activity because of the most activity must be done in the whole day.
Conclusion

Overall that we can conclude from the activities done at Nur Lembah Pangsun Eco Resort
are one of the most good experienced we had. There are some skills that we gained from
activities done. Even though we were separated from our original group, but we managed to
overcome the problems that we had and we can tighten our bond with the classmate that
were not very closed with. It is fun to get to know each other where we were not very
awkward while us in the same group. We successfully in creating our own group
cheerleading chant for the whole time we spent together.

Other than that, we gained more knowledge on how to resolve the problems within the short
time period. That is the most important thing for the whole time to finish all of the activities
should we done. All of the instruction given from the leader to our group member was very
clear and he successfully guides us for the entire time. Some student that became a leader
for each group achieved their target by showing their leadership. All students from each
group show a great teamwork and assist each other to complete the entire task given by
resort instructor. We were good in communicating each other when we faced the problems
and understanding the instruction given by the group leader.

In a nut shell, the service provided at Nur Lembah Pangsun Eco Resort was excellent
because the condition of the environment was clean and peaceful. The instructor which is
also known as Pak Long is one the best instructor that we have ever met. His guide was
very clear and helpful to assist the students to complete the task given and the most
important thing about Pak Long he was very friendly guy. The reason why the students
need to gain and polish their skills is that they have to use this knowledge for their future
lifestyle such as working life, marriage life when leadership skills implemented and
convenient community surrounding. People need to be aware about the existence of flora
and need to sustain if properly for the next generation.
