Wolkite city administration police office station applies manual way of crimes
management system and processing of tasks.
Due to this reason, the existing manual processing has the following problems.
It takes much efforts and time to retrieve crime information
Difficulty of updating information timely in each departments of the office
File control mechanism is very tedious, Complicated and not secured.
High material resource wastage (written materials) and much cost are
expanded for handling records.

Difficulty in conducting consistent reports.
The same detail of crime information is recorded in multiple places
(documents), this indicates redundancy.
The system should accept username and password of the Admin and
Detective police.
The system should allow system administrator to create, update, and
delete account
The system should accept only validate data
Output related requirements
The system will store all the detail information of the criminal.
The user store detective police information.
Processing related requirements
validation checks are performed on the input data by the
user/administrator like
mandatory fields should not be kept blank
prisoner family member should be check
All the entries in database should be correct
After inputting data validation checks on various fields is performed
On clicking the view button the system search for the specified
database stored.
