This contract binds the employee to fufill the following requirements

- Keep valuable company secrets confidential
- Relinquish Ownership of any creative property held within drafts, no matter
how vague, of possible company products.
- Be Paid a small nominal portion of a payroll, and not to take any royalties
from creative property held within drafts, no matter how vague, of possible company
products.
Any failure to do so may result in the employee's termination.
