Duties and Responsibilities

*Monitoring and maintenance of different Water Treatment Plant such as: Pure Water Plant,
Waste Water/Sewage Treatment Plant, Water Recycling System, Reverse Osmosis System,
Electro-Deionization, Electro-winning, Acid Water Neutralization/Heavy Metal Recovery Plant,
and Deionization System.
*Conduct troubleshooting and repair if ever that abnormalities and problems occur in each
system.
*Do proper chemical handling and implementation of 5’S within the area of responsibilities.
*Implementation of Preventive Maintenance as per schedule for the different equipments of
each system such as: Pumps and Motors, Agitators, Compressors, MCC panel and etc. It also
includes calibration and maintenance of all Instrumentation Parameters such as: PHMeters,
Conductivity/Resistivity Meters, Flowmeters, DO Meter, etc.
*Ensure smooth and quality operation of the different Water and Waste Water Treatment.
*Modification of electrical motor controls and instrumentation.
*PM support for engineering facilities which is responsible in maintenance of building
facilities such as: Boilers, Chillers, AHU, all types of Airconditioners, Pumps and Motors, Power
Centers, Substation,Genset and etc.
