General Introduction

The AICOOL FD/CU air cooled Ducted Split air conditioner is special engineered to match latest
requirements in medium commercial and light industrial application. These single series offer a
generous a range of cooling capacity from 8.9 up to 90.4 kW, are common in widely applications
such as banks, offices, supermarkets, hotels, hospitals, libraries, process cooling, etc.

Using high quality and world-class components brands, FD/CU new series ensure a reliable, heavy
duty and better efficency unit in its class. Standard controller provide all electrical control, switch-
gear, system protection and thermostat.

Refrigerant control using Thermostatic Expansion Valve, essential for steady operation even in
changing condition or part load.

Condenser Coils and Fan

Alumunium Fin and 9.35 mm Inner Grooved Copper Tubes are standard
coils material, unless specified by request for spesial environmental
condition and purposes.
High Efficiency Fan, Axial with External Rotor Motor type gives high volume
airflow with low electric consumption. IP 54 Motor with Insulation Class F
possible for High ambient temperature up to 60 C.

Indoor Unit Cabinet and Blower Fan

Sheet metal Cabinet manufactured using high quality galvanized steel with
polyester epoxy powder coated finish, thermal insulated of 10 mm
thickness Poly Ethylene with alumunium surface inside.
All indoor unit equipped with Forward Curved Double Inlet Centrifugal Fan
with Direct Driven motor. For single phase Fan motor are 3 speed, instead
of 1 speed for three phase Fan motor, can handle sufficient external static
pressure for commercial line ductworks.
Washable Air Filter are fitted on the unit, using Synthetic Fibre media to
gives good indoor Air Quality
