Water

Surah Al-Anbiya, Ayah 30

Have those who disbelieved not
considered that the heavens and the
earth were a joined entity, and We
separated them and made from
water every living thing? Then will
they not believe?

Surah Adh-Dhariyat,
Ayah 47
And the heaven We constructed
with strength, and indeed, We are
[its] expander.

The Sky

Surah Al-Anbiya, Ayah 32

And We have made the heaven a
roof, safe and well guarded. Yet they
turn away from its signs (i.e. sun,
moon, winds, clouds, etc.).

The Suns Orbit

Surah Al-Anbiya, Ayah 33

And He it is Who has created the
night and the day, and the sun and
the moon, each in an orbit floating.

Sea & the barrier

Surah Al-Furqan, Ayah 53

And it is He Who has let free the two
seas (kinds of water), one palatable
and sweet, and the other salt and
bitter, and He has set a barrier and a
complete partition between them.

Have We not made the earth as a
bed,
And the mountains as pegs?

And He has affixed into the earth
mountains standing firm, lest it
should shake with you, and rivers
and roads, that you may guide
yourselves.

Surah Al-Muminun,
Ayah 12,13
And indeed We created man (Adam) out
of an extract of clay (water and earth).
Thereafter We made him (the offspring of
Adam) as a Nutfah (mixed drops of the
male and female sexual discharge) (and
lodged it) in a safe lodging (womb of the
woman).

Birth

Surah Al-Muminun,
Ayah 14
Then We made the Nutfah into a clot (a
piece of thick coagulated blood), then We
made the clot into a little lump of flesh,
then We made out of that little lump of
flesh bones, then We clothed the bones
with flesh, and then We brought it forth as
another creation. So blessed be Allah, the
Best of creators.

Iron

Surah Al-Hadid, Ayah 25

Indeed We have sent Our Messengers
with clear proofs, and revealed with them
the Scripture and the Balance (justice) that
mankind may keep up justice. And We
brought forth iron wherein is mighty power
(in matters of war), as well as many
benefits for mankind, that Allah may test
who it is that will help Him (His religion),
and His Messengers in the unseen. Verily,
Allah is All-Strong, All-Mighty.

Clouds

Surah Al-Hadid, Ayah 25

See you not that Allah drives the clouds
gently, then joins them together, then makes
them into a heap of layers, and you see the
rain comes forth from between them. And He
sends down from the sky hail (like) mountains,
(or there are in the heaven mountains of hail
from where He sends down hail), and strike
therewith whom He will, and averts it from
whom He wills. The vivid flash of its (clouds)
lightning nearly blinds the sight. [Tafsir
At-Tabari].
