The Philippine Normal University-South Luzon 'Will conduct its Intemational


Conference on Technology and Life Skills Education with the theme Innovating
Technical Vocational Education and Training (TilET) for Sustainable Communities from
December 4 to 6, 2017 at the Development Academy of the Philippines, Tagaytay City.

The Conference aims to:

1. provide tb.e participants w"ith a venue to share practices and researches


to enhance the teaching of Technical Vocational Education and
Training /Technology Livelihood Education courses;
2. review TVET policies to address issues and challenges towards
glocalization;
~3. build a professional nenvork that will strengthen the TVET /TLE
programs; and
4. launch TVET as an avenue for green skills development.

The target participants are graduate students, education managers, teachers


and educators, researchers, and TVET advocates in the Philippines and abroad.
