Today, our fellow citizens, our way of life, our very freedom came under attack
in a series of deliberate and deadly terrorist acts.
The victims were in airplanes or in their offices -- secretaries, businessmen and

women, military and federal workers. Moms and dads. Friends and neighbors.
Thousands of lives were suddenly ended by evil, despicable acts of terror.
The pictures of airplanes flying into buildings, fires burning, huge structures
collapsing, have filled us with disbelief, terrible sadness and a quiet, unyielding
anger.
These acts of mass murder were intended to frighten our nation into chaos and
retreat. But they have failed. Our country is strong. A great people has been
moved to defend a great nation.
Terrorist attacks can shake the foundations of our biggest buildings, but they
cannot touch the foundation of America. These acts shatter steel, but they
cannot dent the steel of American resolve.

America was targeted for attack because we're the brightest beacon for freedom
and opportunity in the world. And no one will keep that light from shining.
Today, our nation saw evil, the very worst of human nature, and we responded
with the best of America, with the daring of our rescue workers, with the caring
for strangers and neighbors who came to give blood and help in any way they
could.
Immediately following the first attack, I implemented our government's

emergency response plans. Our military is powerful, and it's prepared. Our
emergency teams are working in New York City and Washington, D.C., to help
with local rescue efforts.
Our first priority is to get help to those who have been injured and to take every
precaution to protect our citizens at home and around the world from further
attacks.
The functions of our government continue without interruption. Federal

agencies in Washington which had to be evacuated today are reopening for
essential personnel tonight and will be open for business tomorrow.
Our financial institutions remain strong, and the American economy will be
open for business as well.
The search is underway for those who are behind these evil acts. I've directed
the full resources for our intelligence and law enforcement communities to find
those responsible and bring them to justice. We will make no distinction
between the terrorists who committed these acts and those who harbor them.

I appreciate so very much the members of Congress who have joined me in

strongly condemning these attacks. And on behalf of the American people, I
thank the many world leaders who have called to offer their condolences and
assistance.
America and our friends and allies join with all those who want peace and
security in the world and we stand together to win the war against terrorism.
Tonight I ask for your prayers for all those who grieve, for the children whose
worlds have been shattered, for all whose sense of safety and security has been
threatened. And I pray they will be comforted by a power greater than any of
us spoken through the ages in Psalm 23: "Even though I walk through the valley
of the shadow of death, I fear no evil, for You are with me."
This is a day when all Americans from every walk of life unite in our resolve for
justice and peace. America has stood down enemies before, and we will do so
this time.
None of us will ever forget this day, yet we go forward to defend freedom and
all that is good and just in our world.

continued into the night. New York City Mayor Rudy Giuliani was asked if
Arab-American or Muslim groups in New York might be targeted due to the
nature of the attacks.

Nobody should engage in group blame. The particular individuals responsible,
the groups responsible, that's up to law enforcement, and it's up to the United
States government to figure out. And citizens of New York should -- even if they

-- it isn't their place to get involved in this. Then, they're just participating in the
kind of activity we've just witnessed, and New Yorkers are not like that."

WASHINGTON Osama bin Laden, the mastermind of the most devastating

attack on American soil in modern times and the most hunted man in the world,
was killed in a firefight with United States forces in Pakistan, President Obama
announced on Sunday.
In a late-night appearance in the East Room of the White House, Mr. Obama
declared that justice has been done as he disclosed that American military
and C.I.A. operatives had finally cornered Bin Laden, the leader of Al Qaeda,
who had eluded them for nearly a decade. American officials said Bin Laden
resisted and was shot in the head. He was later buried at sea.
The news touched off an extraordinary outpouring of emotion as crowds

gathered outside the White House, in Times Square and at the ground zero site,
waving American flags, cheering, shouting, laughing and chanting, U.S.A.,
U.S.A.! In New York City, crowds sang The Star-Spangled Banner.
Throughout downtown Washington, drivers honked horns deep into the night.
For over two decades, Bin Laden has been Al Qaedas leader and symbol, the
president said in a statement broadcast around the world. The death of Bin
Laden marks the most significant achievement to date in our nations effort to
defeat Al Qaeda. But his death does not mark the end of our effort. Theres no
doubt that Al Qaeda will continue to pursue attacks against us. We must and
we will remain vigilant at home and abroad.

Bin Ladens demise is a defining moment in the American-led fight against

terrorism, a symbolic stroke affirming the relentlessness of the pursuit of those
who attacked New York and Washington on Sept. 11, 2001. What remains to be
seen, however, is whether it galvanizes Bin Ladens followers by turning him
into a martyr or serves as a turning of the page in the war in Afghanistan and
gives further impetus to Mr. Obama to bring American troops home.

A las 8:46 de la maana del martes 11 de septiembre de 2001, se desat

el infierno en Estados Unidos. Durante los siguientes 102 minutos, todo
fue caos, confusin, horror y muerte.
Bajo los escombros de las Torres Gemelas del World Trade Center y del
Pentgono a medio destruir, qued enterrada la era de la inocencia.
Estados Unidos cambi, y tambin el mundo.
Diecinueve terroristas, bajo las rdenes de Osama bin Laden, convirtieron

cuatro aviones comerciales en misiles que se estrellaron contra el corazn
financiero y militar de EU.
Era la hora pico. Se calcula que en esos momentos haba entre cinco mil y
siete mil personas en cada una de las torres gemelas.
Justo a las 8:46, el vuelo 11 de American Airlines, que sali de Boston con
destino a Los ngeles, con 81 pasajeros a bordo (incluyendo a los cinco
secuestradores), se impact entre los pisos 93 y 98 de la Torre Norte.
Comenzaron a sonar las alarmas y se dio la orden de evacuacin. En esos
primeros minutos, nadie saba qu haba sucedido. Los noticiarios
hablaban de un posible accidente.
En la Torre Sur, los empleados comenzaron a bajar, siguiendo una orden

de evacuacin preventiva, que poco despus fue cancelada. El peligro

Bush, entretanto, viajaba ya en el Air Force One, desde donde se

nombrado el personaje del ao por la revista Time). Los accesos a la zona

Haba pasado poco ms de una hora desde que comenz la pesadilla. Pero
a las 9:59, la Torre Sur, la segunda en ser impactada, se desplom. Nueva

rescatistas, cuerpos sin nombre que tardaran meses en ser recuperados.

Airlines, con 37 pasajeros a bordo (incluyendo cuatro secuestradores), con
destino a San Francisco, California. El Capitolio y la Casa Blanca, posibles

A las 10:03, el aparato se estrellaba en un descampado cerca de

Nada poda ser peor. Pero lo fue. A las 10:20, la Torre Norte no resisti

pasado 102 minutos de terror.

A las 11:45 de la maana, el Air Force One aterrizaba en la base de la

Fuerza Area de Barksdale, en Louisiana. Por segunda vez, Bush se
dirigi a la nacin. Eran las 12:36. La libertad fue atacada esta maana

en tres palabras lo que haba sucedido ese da: Actos de guerra.

A travs de una visin que no visualizacin acontecido en mi persona, ERD, y muy

recientemente surgido, se me inform que un determinado medio de comunicacin,
mismo que es sumamente influyente a nivel mundial, supongamos The New York
Time comunic lacnicamente que la presente dcada - [2010 - 2020] es LA
DCADA DE LA INVESTIGACIN.
Bien, un poco despus, una interlocutora teleptica me inform, que en ese hecho,
hubo agregado un cierto tono como de fina irona, un cierto tono de irona con
inteligencia.
Bien, ahora yo ante usted, estimado lector, tengo el gran desafo de no caer mal por
falta de modestia, dada mi conclusin que sigue. Bien, resultara francamente pattico
triste, pesado, ttrico el que mi persona reclamara reconocimiento resaltado hacia
dos grandes desarrollos investigativos, mismos que son: la obra investigativa

Mismos que no son fcilmente repetibles.
Finalmente, debo decir, con sinceridad informativa, - al menos para el contexto

histrico actual que mi multicitado explosin expansiva de investigacin tuvo su
poca de Oro durante 4 aos. Especficamente, los ltimos 4 aos de la
administracin del Presidente Barack Obama. Bien, especifico ello, puesto que al
menos hasta el da de hoy, contino advirtiendo dbil Salario de Telepata hacia mi
referido background de Investigacin. Entonces, concluyo que mi muy especfico

incluy, al mismsimo Gobierno de mi pas Mxico. Advirtiendo, de fallas, advirtiendo

Know the Project: Books of English, from English 1 to 5, for all

the CBTIS of the United Mexican States.
Knowledge, Preparation, and Intelligence.
The Students can do the organization as they like it; but

absolutely, the Responses are written by hand, and the Works
are Presented by Groups with a Maximum of 5 persons.
I formulated a project for the CBTIS (Technological Industrial and of Services Center of
Bachelor Degree) 107 of Tuxtepec, Oaxaca, Mxico consisting in giving to the Library of this
Institution with five volumes of English language, of my authorship. A book for each semester,
from the first English book to fifth English book (according to the plan of studies in this regard
of the CBTIS). At no cost to the Institution, because this is a donation (in the staff, I solve my
expenses of the project with income of my employment as a professor that I would be in this
CBTIS).
One of the major advantages of this project is to solve the need of the student of
spending in books of English language because the books will be at your complete disposal into
the student community in the Library of the institution.
Afterward, in an immediate subsequent phase of this project is that among the student
community of this CBTIS and all the CBTIS of the United Mexican States will have these 5
volumes of English language by means of a page of Google; read it, neither cost nor restriction
to obtain them.
Well, as a last note, I must say that these books will have the format of 'workbook'.
This, as an intelligent work with foundations and then their respective exercises to resolve, into
