Instructions Card for VRLA Batteries

1 . After opening Carton Box, Check VRLA Batteries for any physical damage.
2. Check Terminal Voltage of Batteries.
3. If the Terminal voltage is less than 12.60 V then charge the Batteries until the Terminal voltage
reaches 12.80 V.
4. If the Batteries have been stored for 03 months
or above, initial freshening charge required
whose parameters are as under.
per Cell ( 14.4 V / 12 V
It is recommended to give a freshening charge ( Equalization ) at 2.4 V average
Battery ) for 24 Hours .
Charging Voltage 2.4 Volt per Cell ( 14.4 V/ 12 V Battery) at 25 C

Temperature Batteries should not overheating ( Whithin 3C )

Charging Time 24 Hours

5 . If the Batteries are connected in Bank than it is necessary to connect Batteries for Float
Charging whose Parameter are as under:

Intial Float Charge Under different Temperature
