As an everyday reality, DESIGN appears at first glance as something trivial, which understands
itself it is not at all On the contrary it is a very complex phenomenon, full of metaphysical
subtleties and scientific niceties. Paradoxically, it's because of the total character of DESIGN,
total in its means no less than in its ends, that it could be invisible in the first place. DESIGN
emerges as the culmination point of Capital and Human Imagination. DESIGN IS A LIVING
CURRENCY, factively, is not at all incompatible with total security and the total absence of need
in terms of everyday worry.

Cover Letter

Frank Christian Love IV is a multi-disciplinary protean designer and businessman born in 1984. Franks childhood years
prepared him well for his later enjoyment of music, literature, art, design, technology and philanthropy.

He was raised in the leafy Delaware Valley in the Northeast of the US, immersed in a rich education in civics, mathemat-
ics, science and international cosmopolitanism. After receiving a Bachelors of Science degree in Industrial Design from
Philadelphia University, he pursued further technical training in Paris, France at Arts et Mtiers ParisTech.

Frank has authored over 200 product designs, ranging from performance running shoes to jewelry, watches to contem-
porary high-end furniture, home goods to cars. He has achieved tremendous commercial success at the forefront of
cultural development with his futuristic international style.

Among the successful projects for firms such as Nike, adidas, Avia, Philips, GM, Artemide, Dirt Devil, and Method
Frank has founded Heart.fr a sporty fashion brand for kids and adults and his eponymous line FRANK LOVE free
expression for Sapiens masters of je ne sais quoi.

He created New Wave Capitalism a digital magazine to help the international community innovate and grow everyday.
He also designs for his jewelry line FDOTLOVE, inspired by the sunny bohemian beach culture of Southern California
where he learned silversmithing.

Although Franks activities are mostly in the private sector he has dedicated considerable time to public service. He has
funded projects in the coastal regions of Kenya, from Mombasa to Lamu, helping families build homes. In the US he
volunteered with the over a century old, Union Rescue Mission in Downtown LA, using technology to help Americans
fight drug addiction. In San Francisco he painted murals to raise awareness about health.

Presently, living in Santa Monica, he travels, consults, writes, designs and manages projects with his developers in
Europe, Asia and the US.

If there is a heuristic virtue to human experience in terms of social behaviors, economic and political issues, physical and digital interaction, form and a rigorous
understanding and desire for it, that in general historical incandescence has the virtue of increasing the strategic legibility of an age. Still today, the vectors of forces, the
communities present, the financial stakes, and the general configuration of Capitalism are more difficult to discern in the present than in past, and with good reason: First,
because the privileged site of these practices is no longer the place of production but rather entire territories, second, because they are the means to a further end-status,

laws, already discovered or still to be discovered through Design.

The most encouraging thing about the last forty years is without a doubt that Designers and Entrepreneurs have managed to carve out from the debris of political and
economic dysfunction a brand new humanity organically won over in the social sphere the process of positive effects have taken its time here, and has been given the
luxury of revealing its virtues proportionate to the range of lifestyle preferences of every individual. There is therefore an international community, whose long-term
material well-being is Design's major accomplishment, not a social, or political, or economic but an anthropological accomplishment. Certainly, no effort was spared in
order to bring it off. It started in the early 1970s in California with the awakening of techno-bohmien consciousness and social activism slanted towards business. With
purpose and a clean conscience, and with materials from the liquidation of military and heavy industrial systems, many Creators discovered their figurative supermodel
gait to create freely and abundantly for the international community. This peace sign shaped vector of business activity provides the calibration and entire mobilization
of the kind of creativity needed to bring about a future free of worry. For Designers and Entrepreneurs every optimistic vision of the future is therefore both a duty and a
necessity with material dimension.

Everyone must recognize that everything we have, our security, our wealth, our education, our very possibility of existing, our freedom, we owe to the Imagination of
Creative Individuals. The positive action of each one of us has a role to play in universal harmony. This is why the basic duty of Design with its valiant weltanschauung
oriented towards positive, anthropological qualities, is to do everything it can to improve the world, develop spiritual systems, and actively shape cultural life within the
context of Capitalism.

In the present reality of frenetic consumption, there are no social, financial or political
problems, just the metaphysical fact of our own finiteness. In spite of the extreme
confusion that reigns on its surface, and perhaps precisely because of that, our era is
by its nature Astrophysical. The reigning confusion is the result of the planetary deploy-

It comes across clearly that informal structures, experimenta-
tion in a short period of time, architectures of new life, engineered
isometric projections of the human soul are all various aspects of
Neo-technological Contemporary Design. Now, there is also a
modern evolution of Art, spontaneous pure acts that are symmet-
rical to that of work, which is a reinvention of Art as a special
activity, producing oeuvres and new markets and not just basic
commodities in the context of New Wave Capitalism.

We are not alone in the creative process. With a brutal and all-enveloping
laugh our soul is at work, and sometimes our soul knows best what is in
our highest good or what lessons we require for our soul's exponential
