Stefanie's therpay background and now her dosimetry, she has become a very well rounded dosimetrist. )[10

Comment: This semster has been a major improvement for Stefanie. I think in the beginning it was a foreign to
her but she seems to acclimate well in her surroundings.)[10 pts]

- Meets Expectations(Additional Comment: Detail, detail is the key to dosimetry. Stefanie has now developed
that as she goes about performing plans, doing 2nd checks and entering data into mosaiq.)[10 pts]

Comment: She has really improved in her contouring skills and she contouring atlas book in hand.)[10 pts]

Expectations(Additional Comment: She beginning to use her own technique for IMRT planning and a
combination of others. She knows how to manipulate the optimizer in order to get results.)[10 pts]

cancer). - Meets Expectations(Additional Comment: She does ask questions concerning that to our

Is able to design optimal treatment plans based on calculations, dose volume histograms, prescription,
and treatment implementation. - Meets Expectations(Additional Comment: As Stefanie becomes a
seasoned dosimetrist, she will continue to excell. She might struggle with a complex case but she still meets all
the criteria for the plan, exception, is HN. HN for any dosimetry is very challenging but I have no doubt that she
will overcome this challenge.)[10 pts]

have con dence in her that she will overcome this challenge. She has developed great skills and continues to

The most challenging case Stefanie has encountered is the HN cases. For any dosimetry student, this is
a challenge. With practice and using all the skills she has learned throughout the year, I know Stefanie
will excel. We will make it happen and give her some feedback on her planning. Other than that, Stefanie
has become and integral part of our team. I consider her a junior dosimetrist and not a student any more.
