The OFFICE, by the undersigned counsel, formally enters its appearance

as counsel for accused in the above-entitled case and respectfully requests that
all notices, orders and processes of this Honorable Court intended for him shall
likewise be furnished to the office at the following address:

Further, accused, prays for the reduction of bail, and avers, THAT:

1. Accused, was arrested for the afore-mentioned violation and he is

detained at the Cebu City Jail Male Dormitory, in Brgy. Kalunasan, Cebu City and
the bail recommended for the aforesaid violation is Twenty Thousand Pesos (P 20,
000.00);

2. Accused is a pauper litigant and cannot put up bail in the aforesaid

amounts. Thus, it is humbly prayed that the bail of Twenty Thousand Pesos (P
20,000.00) be reduced to Ten Thousand Pesos (P 10,000.00);

3. Should the Court allow the reduction, the accused shall endeavor to
post the same with the help of his relatives and he will strictly comply with the
conditions and requirement of his provisional liberty especially when accused is
required to be present in court;

Wherefore, it is respectfully prayed of this Honorable Court that the bail

recommended for the provisional liberty of the accused be reduced from Twenty
Thousand Pesos (P 20,000.00) be reduced to Ten Thousand Pesos (P 10,000.00).
Other reliefs just and equitable are also prayed for.
