Please accept this letter as my application for the job opening. It is my pleasure and prospect
to express my interest in the Office Manager" position that is currently available in BUBT. I
am writing in response to the advertisement posted on BUBT website. I am confident that my
academic background and acquired knowledge would be utilized successfully in this position.
I dream of establishing my career in administration sectors as I am highly motivated and
encouraged by the well disciplinary system of the University Governing bodies. Personally I
cherished a dream to work here at BUBT as some of my youngers and juniors got graduated
here. Besides that, I really loved the campus.

To introduce myself I might enlist here that I have completed my Bachelor of Social Science
(BSS) and Masters of Social Science (MSS) in the subject of International Relations from
University of Dhaka. I attained the prestigious merit scholarship in S.S.C examination from
Dhaka Residential Model College and in HSC examination from Notre Dame College. I have
tried to address all the issues in detailed in my Rsum. Moreover, you will see that I would
bring some valuable skills and experiences to this position as I worked as an internee at
Bnagladesh National Human Rights Commission including extracurricular activities which
make me more organized and skilled to manage environment to carry out teamwork, and
complete any task even in a high-pressure environment.

I worked for the past three years for Nielsen Market Research Center, Swiss Contact, Force N
Focus, Consumer association of Bangladesh representing Water-Aid where I worked as an
Interviewer, Enumerator, Moderator and Content Analyst. There I used to write reports on a
daily basis. Moreover, I am a great team player and love the congressional works. I have the
capabilities to create the office environment as an enjoyment one as I can instantly create fun
events which I did for my departmental orientations and Fresher Receptions. I was an
incumbent in my campus where I managed my departmental Cricket team for the University
Tournament.
