Part 1 My metabolism

Part 2 My diet

(Both reports are attached as pdf. files.)

Part 3

As the food groups and calories report, I need to consume more of whole grains and less
of refined grains. I need to consume every type of vegetables. Also, I need to consume fruits and
dairy products. I consume proteins more than I need. As the nutrients report, I consume much
less calories than I need to everyday: 719 calories. The amount of protein that I consume is
almost double to the target but it says that it is okay. I need to consume more fibers and linoleic
acid. However, I consume too much cholesterol. It is supposed to be under 300 milligram but I
consume 1476 milligram as Super Tracker. I need to get more calcium and potassium. Also, I
need to take more vitamin C, D, E, and K.

Part 6
Kang 3

As the results of the cardiovascular disease assessment, I have low risk of overall risk of
developing cardiovascular disease or Type 2 diabetes, which is very little chance of getting either
of them.

Part 7

I consume too much cholesterol everyday. I assumes it is due to the consumption of eggs
that I have everyday. I consume 8 eggs per day usually, which is to take enough amount of
protein. However, I consume too much cholesterol and it makes more chance of getting
cardiovascular disease. Also, I do not consume any vegetables or fruits which is not healthy at
all. It would also increase the risk of getting cardiovascular or Type 2 diabetes.

Part 8

Since, I take too much cholesterol from eggs, I will try to find another ingredients to get
proper amount of protein instead of eggs. I should consume vegetables and fruits so I will try to
have one apple per day at least. Also, I want to replace refined grains to whole grains such as
brown rice.
