Seasons Greetings to you and your families.
Firstly a little bit about myself to provide you with an introduction I am a Physician
with specialist training in Clinical Diabetology and an alumnus of Indian Institute of
Management Bangalore (IIMB), with over 19 years in Healthcare in diverse settings
Pharmaceutical majors (MNCs and Indian multinational companies), Pharmaceutical R
& D, and Clinical practice settings (both Hospital- and office-based clinical diabetology
practice). In the industry, I have had the opportunity to work across
biopharmaceuticals in the areas of medical affairs, clinical development (phase 1 to
phase 3 trials), medical governance, MSL (Medical Science Liaison) management,
medical information, Phase 4 studies and Pharmacovigilance (or patient safety) for
innovative small molecules, biologics, vaccines, biosimilars and branded generics.
Involved in several innovative medicines launches across Diabetes, Cardiovascular,
Oncology, Critical care, Respiratory, Gastroenterology areas in India and rest of Asia.
I have joined as part of the chief medical office (CMO) organization in Allergan in
August of 2017. I would be leading medical affairs, medical information and
pharmacovigilance functions in this role. Just to give you a perspective on what we do
within medical affairs we are responsible for dissemination of scientific data and
generation of required local data to support launch of new medicines as well as
existing therapeutic agents in India. Some of the areas we work includes scientific
exchange, supporting medical/ scientific publications, investigator initiated studies,
conducting advisory boards, training of sales / marketing teams on disease areas and
products, supporting new launches (from regulatory approval through to launch) and
all ensuring all medical communications are accurate, fair and balanced. One of our
responsibility is also to work with key opinion leaders (KOLs) and Opinion leaders
(OLs) in the therapeutics areas and develop programs/ projects to work with them to
achieve the broader objectives of dissemination and generation of scientific data.
Partnering with medical associations, societies and institutions is one other part of the
role. All of this is done keeping patients at the heart of everything we do. The other
core principle which will form the foundation of our interactions will be to do things in
the right way every time.
The last 4 months since my joining Allergan have been interesting, exciting and
challenging at times. To say it in one word, I am enjoying every bit of my role here. I
am looking forward to work with each of you in the field to partner based on strong
science that can nurture long term relationships and contribute to make a significant
difference to patients.

While I close would like to quote Aristotle who very famously said We are what we
repeatedly do. Excellence then, is not an act but a habit!!

It had been one of the most interesng and successful year considering the
challenges we had in terms of overcoming the aer eects of
Demonezaon, teething problems of GST implementaon and CFA
headquarter shi. We acted proacvely and overall we managed the
situaon to achieve numbers month aer month with a YTD Achievement
@102%.
Also two of the New launches in ACD - Opsion HA & Amplinak doing fairly
good in my area. As an area, Lucknow was every me on top all over India in
Amplinak, with two my team members in top 10 list. Pawan my team
member got recognized for Launch Excellence Award.
Ajay Sharma Business hygiene & ethics of doing business were well in place and the top
Lucknow - ACD priority while driving the business in my area.
Ach: 101.4%
SFE, Team Knowledge and Overall Grooming of team members in 2017 are
going to be key factors for rocking performance in 2018 as well.

Its a pleasure to share the excellent & emphac performance of my Kolkata


team again. All my team members have performed exceedingly well in 2016
& we connue the legacy in 2017 too. As a team, we are on 115.6% of
achievement. Charlie has completed YTD Budget by Oct 17; Delta by Nov
17 & Alpha is also on target. Till date we have added more than 1cr over
our annual target.
We have mange to deliver such BOLD performance because of our
PASSION & COMMITMENT which helped us to achieve this milestone.
We are always focused on our customer conversion & busy with creang
new customer for Allergan. We believe that no competor can beat us as
Rajdeep Mondal we always focused to our commitment to deliver our best month on month.

I would like to congratulate to all my team mates for making 2017 a
Glorious Year. The contribuons made by the team members has resulted to
achieve the Year Budget in just 11 months. Personally, this year
achievement is really an example for Bold Behavior. Out of my 10 Achievers
meets this years Achievers Meet is special.

Despite of many challenges like, Demonesaon, GST, etc. the team has
