Weekly Guide Team Planning Time Mondays: Team Management (coordinate tests, quizzes, projects)
Tuesdays: PLC (Admin, Counselor, Team Teachers)Share concerns, share
responsibilities, create plans, update MTSS paperwork. Much of this time
should focus on student interventions. Use pages 176-177 to guide this
meeting time.
Wednesdays: Grade Level Department MeetingsCommon Assessments,
reviewing indicators, review the four guiding questions, analyze data, SMART
goals, learning targets, etc. We want to ensure students are receiving the
same indicator focus points and learning opportunities regardless of the
teacher who has the student.
Thursdays: IEP/504 Parent Meetings (as necessary)-or-Team time to
conference with students and/or parents (as necessary)-or-Use time for Team
planning
Fridays: Team Communication DayTeams should send grade updates,
positive contacts, Update team newsletters/websites

Each Quarter Grade Level Departments should write a SMART goal to


guide lessons, common assessments, and data-driven results. Use
pages 94-100 as examples. Page 101 is a template to be used and
shared on the T-Drive for easy access, review, and updating.

August 27- Department Plan Beyond Ordinary Reading and Writing


October 5 (Four Core, Two Departments and Elective Teams will meet to discuss the following
