Rules
1. Max. team size 4
2. Choose company using SCM system for this study.
3. Submission of synopsis by August 25th (Activity chart with description role of team
members)
4. Only 8 teams will be chosen for presentation. Disqualifying teams gets Max 5 marks.
5. Qualifying team gets Max. 7 marks & chance to present.
6. Only 3 teams qualify for final round & gets Max. 10 Marks.

Suggested Format
1. Brief info on company & their activities
2. Description of the SCM with relevant diagram/flowchart/pictures
3. SWOT Analysis of the SCM system/mechanism
4. Benefits/advantages of SCM system/mechanism in use
5. Brief comparison with SCM used by the nearest competitor
