Field Trip Re ections: Spring Hike

Re ection is an important tool for deepening understanding of any learning that takes
place.

We re ected on the things we saw and heard on our spring hike with Mr Zack. This
re ection led to some links between the mindfulness practice that Fran leads with the
children where we notice the sounds around us while practising meditation.
