1: STATUS OF HOUSE SITE DISTRIBUTION:

As per the instructions of the Hon'ble Chief Minister, Revenue Dept. has taken up
issuance of House sites to the eligible beneficiaries for the last three years (since June
2014). During last three years, 1,41,072 house site pattas were distributed in the state
District wise status report of house sites distribution as on 31.08.2017.

Regularization of un-objectionable encroachments in Government lands
upto 500 Sq. yds (GO Ms. No.388, Revenue (Assn-I) Dept., dt.24.08.2017
1. It is a Comprehensive Policy applicable to both Urban and Rural areas upto 500 Sq.
yds.
2. Cut of date for occupation : 01.01.2014
3. Maximum area for consideration: 500 Sq. yds.

Sub-Division Level Committee under the
Chairmanship of RDO/Sub-Collector .. Extent upto 250 Sq.yds.
District Level Committee under the
Chairmanship of Collector .. 251 to 500 Sq.yds.
8. Deemed provision :
The Committees at each level shall take a decision within 120 days. Otherwise the
application shall be deemed to have been approved.
9. Eviction of encroachments:
If the encroachments are more than 500 sq. yds it shall be evicted/
auctioned.
If any encroacher doesnt apply for Regularization even though he has
encroached below 500 Sq. yds, action shall be initiated for eviction as per
law.
10. Applications already received under earlier schemes (GO Ms. No. 118
and 135) shall be examined under these orders.

1. Progress in Lending To Loan Eligibility Card Holders
The Andhra Pradesh Land Licensed Cultivators Act, 2011 has come into force
with effect from 7th June, 2011. Under Sub Sec. (5) and (8) of Section 3 Loan Eligibility
Cards issued are ordinarily be valid for one agricultural year, but it may be issued for
longer period or renewed where long duration crops are taken.
1. The main purpose of the Act is to provide Loan and Other Benefits Eligibility Card
to the farmers, who raise crops with express or implied permission of owner or
pattadar of land, but have no record for such enjoyment without affecting the rights
of owners.
2. Among other benefits, the holder of LEC is entitled to obtain crop loan from the
Public financial institutions.
3. The owner / Pattadar of land is also entitled to obtain loans from Banks on
Security of the land.

> For 2017-18, target with respect to issuance of LECs are fixed. A total of
8,58,028 LECs (4,76,513 Renewal and 3,81,515 Fresh cards) is fixed for (13)
Districts. The District wide targets and achievement for 2017-18 is as detailed in
the Appendix.
> During SLBC Sub-committee meeting held on 09.05.2017, it was requested to

issue all LEC cards as per eligibility and targets by 31 st May, 2017 and ensure
that the details are furnished to all the concerned Bankers and Agriculture

Department, so as to sanction the Bank Loans to the Tenant Farmers for year
2017-18.

Certificates from Districts - 17.04.2017
Option has given on 24.04.2017 to upload the certificates at mandal level, division
level & district level. Every RDO can view the certificates uploaded by Tahsildar in his
division. Similarly, Joint Collectors can view certificates uploaded by RDOs and Tahsildars
in the district. The prescribed format of certificate is attached. The district wise certificates
uploaded will be visible and available in CCLA & Spl. C.S. login of Webland .
