SE e20-19 & again on 1-25-17 my children were detained by Montgomery ‘County Children Services. Caseworker Sherree Spence lied, and coerced me Info signing a voluntary “safety” plan. After my kids were placed with my sister WhG has a history of mental illness, | consulted legal counsel who informed me that Sherree Spence threatening me with a court order, police, and foster care Was not only illegal, but the voluntary safety plan was not a legal document 10-25-17 my children were detained again. My daughter age 15 went straight fo foster care, because my sister refused to take her. My sister did take my 9 ;VEar GId autistic son. My children were not in imminent danger either time Montgomery County Children Services detained them te United States Constitution Fourth and Fourteenth Amendment protects Tights as well as my children’s rights. There was no exigent “my children to be removed. To date I have not been told threat of harm caused my children to be removed. No i to place my children together with kinship.My daughter has had medical procedures done without my consent or A knowledge, My daughter has been taken to Kentucky twice without my a consent or knowledge, and Adrianna Sutton my 2nd caseworker tried to get ‘Me to sign permission after the fact. My son has had medical procedures done ‘Including 4 unnecessary surgery in April 2017. | had no knowleelge of this until 4 days after and did not give my consent, Monica Burton goes to church with my sister, and step dad, Monica Burton has Slandered my name and has done everything to keep me separated from my children. Ive had 2 lawyers quit. I've spoke with Maria Geiger with the fair Office and that has gatten me nowhere. I've been trying to contact Jewel Good ‘Since April 2017 without success. I've also tried to contact Leslie Keown since April 2017 and today I finally spoke with her, still no success. Hgomery County Children Services actions have put my son in danger, "Their actions have traumatized me as well as my children. I have no idea what my children have suffered because of this. Montgomery County N Sétwices have lied under oath and lied to the court in order to cover ‘crimes against my family.My sister now gets visitation to my son, | don't understand how my son hadn't Seen her in years before this, and she has praven she's neglectful and sdangeraus, but she gets visitation. My children can't see each other, and | €an't see them, | don't understand how this is legal, 've documented, Yecorded, ancl have evidence beyend a reasonable doubt of the crimes committed against my children.
