1.

There is no available hose and fire safety equipment

available in the designated area which will make it harder for
fire fighters to put out fires and possibly save any person in
danger and the structure.

2. The width of the staircase is small for the capacity/

occupancy of the building and may cause numerous fire
safety hazards including unsafe and slow passage,
stampedes due to panic and many more.

3. Open or exposed sockets are not only a fire

safety hazard but are also a health hazard that
may also cause the same harm as fire. A fire
may be cause by open wires and loose
sockets come into contact with combustible or
flammable material.
4. The fire exit sign does not stand out which means that
when in a state of panic, people may not remember or be
notified by the fire exit sign. Thus, may cause/ becomes a
fire safety hazard.

5. The fire exit is not ample size and is in fact a ladder

and not a staircase, which is a major problem for the
large occupancy of the structure.

6. The building itself is not kept in a good condition which may also be a factor in the
integrity of the building against fires and fire damage.
