THE TECHNOLOGICAL REVOLUTIONS OF THE TWENTY-FIRST CENTURY
Fintech is something new in the sector of real estate. Over the past several years, the
impact of technology on financial services has become increasingly significant. It’s now
possible to conduct complex transactions like buying a home completely
online. According to researchers at Oxford University, the potential for artificial
intelligence computer algorithms to replace these jobs is estimated at between 97 and
99%. So, finally the job as valuers, estate agents and property managers will be taking
over by fintech.

TASK:

(2) Do you agree with the above mentioned statement, it will be happening to the
real estate profession? Support your claim on the agreement.
