Introduction of company

This issue is about computer hardware manufactures center through will receive is providing
service to the customers. Company run the call centre will it receve the orders from customers
and deliver the product according to the specification of customers .company also keeps in
contact with customers in order to retain the exisiting consumers .Initially there were 350
employee were providing these services.

Change in system
The top management of company decides to change the existing system by introducing the new
system. The basic purpose of change is to cut down the operating cost of an organization . In
order to perform that task the organization think about the down sizing and produce a work
station space of 300 employees initially there were 350 emplyee were working.

The preception of top management is that this is the best way to redue the operating cost of an
organization if we reduce our operating cost than profit of organization will definitely increase .
In the new system they also provide the opportunity to the employee that they can do their
work even at there home .

Basically top management wants to creat the relationship of honesty and truth.

The top management preceives that if the employee perform their duties at their home they
can perform well and this will also reduce the cost of poeration and employee’s confidance will
also increase on the top management and they can perform their duties well in order to achive
the desired result of an organization.
Result of Change
Organization think to achieve the desired result down sizing and providing facility to employees
is that they can do their work at their home but organization fail to achieve the rewuired result.

By implementing this system the organization effect adversely because in this way sales volume
of organization also goes down and profit margins also goes down.

Reason of failure
 This organization failed to achieve the desired result due to following reasons

 Too much complacency and sense of urgency was very low employees were not
perform their duties effictively.

 Organization provides the opportunity to the employees to perform their jobs at


home but employees failed to do their jobs properly .

 There is no effective flow of information among the functional level of an


organization .

 Organization not made a proper case before implementing the new system.

 The major reason is that the organization not made the cost and benefit analysis .

 Organization introduced the new way of work but not provide the training facilities
to the employees due to which employees fail to perform effectively .

 There is no proper check and balance on the employees either they perform their
duties properly at there home or not .

 Not identifies the proper needs and the requirements of the customers .
 Not involve the operational persons during the formation of new system and there is
no bonous and rewards to thoes employees who perform well.

Conclusion
To sum up this organization tried to bring a change in its operations but without

the involvement of employees and flow of information among them.In order to reach at the

destination organiztion have involve each ane every layer of organization and proper flow of

communication and also provide the products according to the need of the customers .
