UTILIZING BIORECYCLE GARBAGE INTO CREATIVE LEARNING MEDIA

Environmental problems had greatly happened for many decades but there was still lack
of the best solution to overcome it. Nowadays, Garbage is still a chronic problem and a source of
flooding in the capital cities. However, garbage is not always an enemy for human, instead of
garbage will be valuable for teachers and students. It will benefit to economic income and
learning media. Learning by using the five senses enable to help students maximize the
exploration, discovery, creation, and higher order thinking. Therefore, to enhance students’
creativity need giving meaningful tasks in an effort to enhance students' creativity by making a
product-based environmental waste bins. It is shown that students are able to have the ability to
think critically and to produce creative works gained through knowledge or experience of living
and be able to come up with ideas that are creative and innovative through the task of making
learning media made from the waste bin by applying the model of performance assessment as
supporting learning. Waste management as props educative besides helping resolve the waste
problem has been helping students to construct knowledge through creative learning and the
media in order to condition the environment free of litter or waste environment that cause
environmental pollution.

Media made from trash creative learning environment is a learning tool that the shape and
the material containing the value of beauty or aesthetics or art that is useful for teachers or
students in achieving the learning objectives. The purpose of learning is to achieve a standard of
competence specified in the aspect of knowledge, attitudes, and skills. The materials used for the
manufacture of creative learning media include plastic bottles, plastic wrappers, Styrofoam, egg
shells, rags, cans, coconut shells, cardboard or paper, newspapers or magazines. They were
selected form of garbage or waste. The media was created to assist the learning process for
teachers and students. In addition, through the creation of this media means that the participants
were already contributed on environmental programs. Teachers and students have to concern on
creating the clean environment, beautiful and immaculate.

Making learning creative media environment based made from garbage or waste. The
main thing to do is make sure that the waste or waste that is used to make learning media have
