Along with feedback of a teacher, a student also should put efforts. Take an
fictitious example of a graduate course student. At graduate level, student needs
to do lot things on his own such as experimentation, searching of scientific
papers, discussing with fellow students, doing analyses of data, and drawing
conclusions. Typically when student meets his research supervisor, he gives only
directions and doing remaining work is responsibility of a student. Thus, in
teaching process contribution of student is also necessary and teaching process
will not complete by praising positive actions and ignoring negative ones.
