Development)
1. CVs of Management Team & Implementing Team(State & Corporate)
including Promoters/Directors/Partners
2. Organisational Chart
3. Details(Date & Location) of events such as meetings, seminar,
placement drive with pics
4. Letter of Intent/MoU with perspective employers with contact details
of SPOC(Employer)
5. Training Material(Books & Manual) distributed to Trainees
6. Documents as evidence stating that TLM has been verified by
SSC/NCVT
7. Details of salaries for the manpower involved in training program
8. Candidate (Trained, Assessed & Placed) details including contact no,
permanent address, employer and period of training along with date of
placement
9. Employer Feedback
10.Internal Audit Report for skilling operations
11.ERP/MIS function details if any
12.CIBIL scores of Director/Promoter/Partner
13.PIA's projected free fund flow statement for next three years,
reflecting quarterly or monthly balance of working capital
14.Audited financial statements for the last three fiscal years, along with,
auditor’s opinion and all footnotes, schedule and ageing of debtors.
15.Company Credit Report (CCR) or a Commercial Credit Information
Report issued by CIBIL within 6 months
16. Details such as Sanction Order, ERP portal screen shot for the previous
skill development project.

These documents are required to prepare the application form.

Note-
1. S.No.13 it has to be prepared by CA once these documents are
complete specially PPWS
2. After these preparation of these all set of documents, a set of
declaration has to be signed for submission
