1
NAMO GURU

Producer of all classes, all-pervading Vajra Mind,

Wise Jewel, Supreme Arya Nagarjuna and so forth,
To the assembly of direct and lineage Gurus,
I supplicate you, please bestow Supreme and Common Attainments.

Instantaneously I arise as Vajra Wrath with blue-black body

And three faces-black, white and red.
I hold a Vajra, Wheel, and Lotus in my right hands,
And a Bell, Jewel and Sword in my left,
Together with Consort.

OM AH VIGHNANTAKRT HUM

OM SHUNYATA JNANA VAJRA SUBHAWA ATMAKHO HAM

[The inner offering] dissolves into emptiness. From the sphere of emptiness, AM arises,
and from that wind. From RAM comes fire. From OM AH HUM come three hearth
stones of human heads, on top of which, from AH, comes a wide and capacious skull cup.
In its lower stratum, from AH comes a lotus marked by an AH. Inside of that, the five
fleshes and five nectars are marked individually by their name’s syllables and commonly
marked with the syllable OM. Above them, from HUM comes a vajra marked by HUM,
from which light rays emanate, striking the wind and causing the wind to stir. The fire
blazes. The substances inside the skull cup melt and boil. The vajra together with the
HUM falls into the skull cup, by its melting, the faults of its color, smell and capacity are
purified. The lotus together with the AH melts and transforms it into the nature of
wisdom nectar. The OM’s light rays hook back nectar, augmenting it, by which it is
greatly enhanced and increased.

OM AH HUM (Recite this seven times.)

OM AH VIGHNANTAKRT HUM

OM SHUNYATA JNANA VAJRA SUBHAWA ATMAKHO HAM

[The outer offerings] dissolve into emptiness. From the sphere of emptiness, AH
syllables arise as skull cup containers. Inside, from each individual seed syllable come
the different offering substances possessing the exceptional three natures.

OM ARGHAM, PADYAM, PUSHPE, DHUPE, ALOKE, GANDHE, NAIVIDYE,

SHABDA AH HUM

(Bless the offering torma in the same manner as the inner offering.)

They enter into clear light, from which they arise with the bodies of Samaja Deities,
father and mother, whose Vajra tongues project hollow tubes of light.

3
I go for refuge to the Three Supreme Precious Jewels,
In order to benefit transmigrating beings, may I attain Buddhahood. (Three times.)

At the crown of my head, from Vajrasattva’s Body, a stream of nectar descends,

purifying all illness, evil spirits, bad deeds and obstacles.

OM VAJRASATTVA SAMAYA MANU PALAYA/VAJRASATTVA DENO

PATITA/DIDO MAYBHAWA/SUTO KAYO MEBHAWA/SUPO KAYO

HA HA HOH/BHAGAWAN/SARWA TATHAGATA/VAJRA MA MAY MU
TSA/VAJRA BHAVA MAHA SAMAYA SATTVA/AH HUM PEY

(Recite the 100 syllable mantra 21 times.)

Vajrasattva, father and mother, dissolve into me. My three doors and Vajrasattva’s Body,
Speech and Mind merge inseparably.

From the HUM in my heart, light rays emanate, inviting the mandala of Guru Akshobya.

OM VAJRADHRK SAPARIWARA ARGHAM, PADYAM, PUSHPE, DHUPE,

ALOKE, GANDHE, NAIVIDYE, SHABDA PRATICCHA HUM SVAHA

OM VAJRADHRK SAPARIWARA OM AH HUM

O Akshobya Vajra, greatest wisdom, your Vajradhatu Mind is greatly skilled, your
supreme three Vajras are the triple mandala, I prostrate to you and exalt you O melody of
secrets.

The merit field beings return to their natural abode.

OM SVABBHAWA SHUDHA SARWA DHARMA SVABHAWA SHUDHO HAM

All dissolves into emptiness. From the sphere of emptiness comes HUM, from which
arises a yellow command wheel. At its center, I myself am Vajradhara, father and mother,
of white body with three faces and six hands. Embracing each other, we enter into union.
Our heart’s HUM emanates light rays inviting Akshobhya encircled by the ten wrathful
ones. They enter my mouth, melting into the mother’s lotus as eleven tikle-drops,
becoming eleven long HUMs. Those transform into Akshobhya and the ten wrathful
ones.

Akshobhya is invited into my heart. Vajradhrk is then sent out from my heart,
performing general and specific deeds, and then dissolving back into me; thus I become
Vajra Wrath, father and mother.

4
The ten wrathful ones are invited into my heart. Yamantakrt and the rest are sent out
from the heart to the spokes at each of the ten directions. With the manner of annihilating
all evil ones, they are established.

OM SUMBHA NISUMBHA HUM HUM PHET

OM GRIHANA GRIHANA HUM HUM PHET
OM GRIHANABAYA GRIHANABAYA HUM HUM PHET
OM ANAYAHO BHGAWAN VAJRA HUM HUM PHET

Thus saying, I command Sumbharaja. Therefore, Sumbharaja seizes obstructers and

throws them into ritual fire-pits. Implanted with Purbas from their heads down to the
soles of their feet, their body, speech and mind become unwavering, immovable.

OM GHA GHA GHATAYA GHATAYA SARVA DUSHTAM PHET PHET

KILAYA KILAYA SARVA PAPAM PHET PHET
HUM HUM HUM VAJRA KILAYA
VAJRA DHARA AJNA PAYATI SARVA VIGHNAN
KAYA VAK CHITTA VAJRA KILAYA
HUM HUM HUM PHET PHET
(Recite two times.)

Outside the wheel is also the vajra ground, fence, tent, canopy, a mountain of flames and
so forth completely surrounding. OM AH HUM (Three times.)

Since there are no substantial realities, there is no meditation

And no meditation object to be meditated upon.
In that way, since there are no truly existent entities,
The meditation grasps no object.

The object of meditation, meditator and so forth,

All phenomena are ultimately without essence,
And therefore become the nature of emptiness.

From the sphere of emptiness arise the four elements,

From which comes a multi-colored Vajra Cross
With a BHRUM at its center.
Arising from this is a divine palace,
Square with four doors and so forth.
It is complete with all features
Together with cushion seats.

On top of those cushion seats,

Merely by exceptional aspiration,
The thirty two deities instantaneously
And completely manifest.

5
On the central cushion,
I myself am Vajradhara,
Father and mother.
My body is blue in color.

In the east is white Vairochana,

In the south, yellow Ratnasambhava,
In the west, red Amitabha,
In the north, green Amoghasiddhi,

In the southeast is white Lochana,

In the southwest, blue Mamaki,
In the northwest, red Pandaravasini,
And in the northeast, green Tara.

On the second row out is white Rupavajra in the southeast,

Yellow Shaptavajra in the southwest,
Red Ghandhavajra in the northwest,
And green Rasavajra in the northeast.

To the right of the eastern door is Maitreya

And to the left Kshitigarbha, both white.
To the right of the southern door is Vajrapani
And to the left Akashagarbha, both yellow.
To the right of the western door is Lokeshvara
And to the left Manjushri, both red.
To the right of the northern door is Sarvanivirana Vishkambhini
And to the left Samantabhadra, both green.

At the eastern door is black Yamantaka,

At the southern door, white Prajnantakrt,
At the western door, red Hayagriva,
And at the northern door, black Vighnantakrt.
In the southeast is black Achala,
In the southwest, blue Takkiraja,
In the northwest, blue Niladanda,
And in the northeast, blue Mahabala.

Above is blue Ushnishachakravarti

And below is blue Sumbharaja.

All of them have three faces and six hands.

The manner of their adornments
Together with their hand implements
Are thoroughly complete.

6
From the HUM in my heart,
Light rays emanate,
Drawing back all sentient beings.
They enter unobstructed through the
Four sides of the mandala.

Empowerment is bestowed by Bodhcitta,

Thus transforming them into Vajrasattvas.
They then depart to each of
Their own Buddha Fields.

Light rays from my heart’s HUM

Draw in the deities of the mandala
Establishing them at points of my body:

At the crown is Vairochana,

At the throat, Amitabha,
At the navel, Ratnasambhava,
At the root of the thighs, Amoghasiddhi,
At the navel, Lochana,
At the heart, Mamaki,
At the throat, Pandaravasini,
And at the crown, Tara.

At the eyes are Kshitigarbhas,

At the ears, Vajrapanis,
At the nose, Khagarbha,
At the tongue, Lokeshvara,
At the heart, Manjushri,
At the secret place, Sarvanivirana Vishkambhini,
At the joints, Samantabhadras,
And at the crown, Maitreya.

At the doors of the eyes are Rupavajras,

At the doors of the ears, Shaptavajras,
At the door of the nose, Gandhavajra,
At the door of the tongue, Rasavajra,
And at the door of the vajra, Sparshavajra.

At the right hand is Yamantaka,

At the left hand, Aparajita.
At the mouth, Hayagriva,
At the Vajra, Vignantakrt,
At the root of the right shoulder, Achala,

7
At the root of the left shoulder, Takkiraja,
At the right knee, Niladanda,
At the left knee, Mahabala,
At the crown, Ushnishachakravarti,
And at the two soles of the feet, Sumbharajas.

(Taking death as the path of Dharmakaya.)

They successively dissolve into clear light.

OM SHUNYATA JNANA VAJRA SUBHAWA EMAKO HAM

All dissolves into emptiness.

(Taking the intermediate state as the path of the enjoyment body.)

From the sphere of emptiness,

By the five pure accomplishments,
I arise in the form of the Primordial Savior
With white colored body, three faces,
And six hands, together with consort.

(Taking rebirth as the path of the emanation body.)

From the Bodhicitta of the father and mother Tathagatas, Akshobhya Buddhas originate,
filling the expanse of space. They merge together into one Akshobhya Buddha at the
center of the mandala into which I completely enter. Thus, I transform into the aspect of
emanation Vajra Sattva, blue in color with three faces, six arms, and in union with
consort of similar appearance.

Each part of my outer body transforms into the individual parts of the divine mansion.
Each of the internal parts of my body transform into the individual deities:

From the form heap, Vairohana,

From the discrimination heap, Amitabha,
From the consciousness heap, Akshobhya,
From the feeling heap, Ratnasambhava,
From the compositional heap, Amogasiddhi.

From the earth element, Lochana,

From the water element, Mamaki,
From the fire element, Pandaravasini,
From the air element, Tara.

From the nerves and cartilage, Maitreya,

From the joints, Samantabhadra,

8
And from the six faculties of the eyes and so forth,
The six Bodhisattvas.

From the objects of enjoyment of form and so forth,

The five wisdom goddesses.
From the ten limbs of the hands and so forth,
The ten Wrathful Heroes.
All of them are established in their respective places
like the crown and so forth as done before.

From the syllables at my three places, hosts of three types of goddesses emanate, inviting
the assemblies of deities of the three Vajras into the space before me.

I request that I too may transform into your nature. Thus supplicating, the emanated
goddesses and the invited deities enter into union. Their passionate fire melts them into
the form of white, red and dark blue light rays. The melted light dissolves into my three
places, thereby I become an embodiment inseparable from the three Vajras of all the
Tathagatas.

OM SARVA TATHAGATA KAYA VAK CITTA VAJRA SVABHAVA ATMAKO

HAM

I am the Samayasattva.
In my heart is a moon seat,
On which is a red–colored Jnanasattva
With one face and two hands
Embracing a wisdom consort
Of similar appearance.

At his heart is the concentration being,

A blue syllable HUM,
Thus I become an embodiment
Of three beings.
Atop my crown, crested with knotted hair,
Sits Vajradhara, mother and father,
As the lineage lord.

The bliss of myself, as father and mother entering into union,

Is offered to the Buddhas.
The deities of the body mandala become satisfied,
Melting into a tigle-drop,
Which enters the mother’s lotus
Through the vajra path.

It separates into two parts,

One of which, transforms into the celestial palace.

9
The other again multiplies into thirty-two parts,
Which transform into the thirty-two syllables.
Those transform into the thirty-two hand-symbols
which, in turn, transform into the thirty-two deities.

Thus, inside the mother’s lotus,

A fully complete supported and supporting mandala is formed.

Akshobhya is invited into my heart center.

Vajradhrk is then sent out from my heart,
Emanating into the ten directions,
[his manifestations] engage in the enlightened activities
Of turning the wheel of Dharma and so forth.
Especially, they purify the hatred
Of beings predominated by anger,
Establishing them in the state of Akshobhya.

The emanations gather back into one,

And merge inseparably with the Akshobhya wisdom being.
The father and mother lineage lord
Grant empowerment with their Bodhicitta.
Returning again, [the wisdom being] dissolves into my heart,
And I therefore transform into Vajra Wrath, father and mother.

I invite Sparshavajra into my heart center.

Sparshavajra is then sent out from my heart,
Emanating into the ten directions,
[her manifestations] purify all beings
Who are attached to sensual touch.
The bliss of touch is offered to the Victors.

The emanations gather back into one,

And merge inseparably with the Sparshavajra wisdom being.
The father and mother lineage lord
Grant empowerment with their Bodhicitta.
Returning again, [the wisdom being] dissolves into mother Sparshavajra.

I invite all the remaining deities,

Like Vairochana and so forth,
Into my heart center.
Jinajik and the others are sent out from my heart,
Emanating into the ten directions.
They engage in general and specific enlightened activities.

The emanations gather back

Into each of their respective source emanations,

10
And merge inseparably with their respective wisdom beings.
Their father and mother lineage lords
Grant empowerment with their Bodhicitta.
Returning again, they are established on their previous seats.

I invite the celestial palace into my heart center.

OM AH HUM is sent out from my heart,
Emanating into the ten directions,
and purifying the faults of the habitat-world.
The emanations gather back into one,
Which returning again, dissolves into the previous celestial palace.

I arise in the form of a three-tiered being.

All the guests become pleased

and contented with the nectar of wisdom.
By entering into union, as father and mother,
I please the deities of the mandala
With my secret and suchness offerings.

12
Light from the HUM in my heart
Invites the mandala deities,
Establishing them at my crown
And other respective places.
Parts of the celestial palace
Also dissolve into respective parts of my body.

I give empowerment to all sentient beings

With the Bodhicitta born out of union.
Therefore, their obscurations are purified
And they transform into HUM syllables.
From that, they become Vajradharas.
I invite them with light rays
And they dissolve into me.

mantra: SARVA DUSHTAM SAMAYA MUDRA PRABHAGYA KAMAMA SHANTI RAKSHATSA
