Trigger : Create a Internal Order group- To look at similar internal order as a group.

Business Process Description Overview


Creation of a Internal order group: Internal orders can be grouped in any levels like Cost centers according to our
requirements. This is done to Control & analyse costs as a group. This can also be used intelligently to get summation
levels for various reporting.

Input-Required Fields Field Value /Comments


Internal Order group Name of the Internal order group.
Description Description of the Internal order group.
Insert group at same level Name of the Internal order group at same level.
Insert group at lower level Description of the Internal order group at lower level
Insert order Attach order at the last node.

Output – Results Comments


You will get the message: Group changed /created

Tips and Tricks:


Creation of Internal order group is similar to that of Cost center group.

1.1 Access transaction by :

Via Menus Accounting Controlling  Orders


Master DataOrder groupCreate
Via Transaction Code KOH1

1.2. On the “Create Order group : Intital Screen “, enter information in the fields as specified in
the below table :

Order group R Enter the name of the Internal order group

1.3. Press Enter or F6 to advance to the next screen.

1.4. . On the “Create Order group : Initial screen , enter information in the fields as specified in
the below table :

Description R Enter the name of the Internal order group.

Insert group at O You can add any sub groups under this group. For that
same level/lower click on the button “Insert order group at same
level icon level/lower level button and enter the description.

Insert Order R Click this button and attach the order under the last
group.

1.5 Save the document by clicking Control+S or click Save icon

Trigger : When you want to change any field in an Order group.

Business Process Description Overview


Changing Order Group: Internal orders can be grouped in any levels like cost center group according to our
requirements. This is done to Control & analyse costs as a group. This can also be used intelligently to get summation
levels for various reporting. We can regroup , delete or maintain values
of an Internal Order group by this function.

Input-Required Fields Field Value /Comments


Internal order group Name of the Internal order group.
Insert group at same/lower level To insert new group in the same level or lower level.
Description Description of the node to be inserted
Select icon To select one group
Delete selection push button To delete selection after selecting
Delete icon To delete a group.
Insert order Click thick icon to attach order in the last node.

Output – Results Comments


You will get the Message – Group changed / Read the message to ensure the completeness.

Changing Order group is similar to that of changing Cost Center group.

1.1 Access transaction by :

1.2. On the “Change Order group: Initial Screen “, enter information in the fields as specified in
the below table :

Order group: Ord Gr. No R Enter the Name of the Order group you want to
change.

1.3. Press Enter, F6 or Hierarchy to advance to the next screen.

1.4 On the “Change Order group: Structure“ screen , enter information in the fields as specified in
the below table :

Insert group at R New group can be inserted at any level other than the
same/lower level: nodes under which Internal orders are attached. For this
click on “Insert group at same level/lower level icon.
In this field, enter the name of the new node &
description.

Select icon R To delete a group, you have to first select the group
by clicking on the group and click the Select icon or
F9. Then click delete icon.
To Rearrange a group, click on the group and click
Select icon. Then click on the node to which you want
to attach the selected group, and clickLowerlevel,Same
level or Higher level. Click Close enter button.

Insert Order R Click on the lowest node of the group and click “Insert
(Sft+F4) order”.

1.5 Save the document by pressing Save or F11.


You will get the message :Group changed/created.
