This is part of the functionality when the 'Auto Schedule' box is checked in the Tools menu.
When Auto Schedule is checked, the Availability pop-up window displays when you navigate form the order header to the lines.

1. AutoSchedule from the Tools Menu No References available for
this document.
2. AutoSchedule check box AutoSchedule through profile option value setting
3. AutoSchedule through use of order types to AutoSchedule

To prevent the Availability pop-up window from appearing, you need to check these setups:
For a item with primary UOM
1. System profile OM: AutoSchedule = No (to turn off AutoSchedule and Availability window pop-up) as Each ( EA) , how to
allocate landed cost charges
2. Transaction Type setup for the Order Type used in the Order: by Volume (Allocation basis :
Order Management Super User responsibility, navigate: Volume) [2296121.1]
Setup > Transaction Type > Define OPM Batch: Reservation On
Query the Transaction type Dispensing And Batch Differs
Navigate to the Shipping tab If Batch UOM Not Primary
If 'Auto Schedule' is unchecked, then the Availability window will NOT pop-up and the line will NOT automatically schedule at UOM [2122474.1]
entry/save. Receiving Transaction Error

3. Manually uncheck the AutoSchedule box in the sales order form from the Tools menu
