PROJECTS SUMMARY:
PROJECT DESCRIPTION:
This project is basically developed to provide some specific services like pull data from SAP and push data from Client
side and push data from SAP to client side through Middleware. It provides URL facilities to client to get data from
SAP side and push data from client side which is insert data in SAP through middleware.
ROLE/CONTRIBUTION:
Involving in coding to develop middleware connectivity between java to sap for pull and push services.
Write code to push RFC from SAP using JCO function for push data from SAP to client side through
middleware.
PROJECTS SUMMARY:
This product is basically designed to control the different service provided by the MSG Box. It provides the facility to
control the broadband services based on their subscription plan. Provide the full control to the administrator to
control the billing, scheduling of different services like user creation and control, Voucher Management, Portal
customization etc.
ROLE/CONTRIBUTION:
Involving in designing and coding License Module, Login Module, User account management, Portal
Customization Module, File Manager, Firewall Policy implementation, System tools implementation,
implementing different Web services and different reports module using JSP, Servlets, Struts, iBatis.
Developed Java files using the core & advance language functionality.
Responsible for code debugging and modification as per requirements.

DESCRIPTION:
CMP– The customer Management Portal is a web-based CRM tool focused towards delivering a total business
solution for an organization’s customer contact management system. CMP enables an organization to effectively
manage and control its post sales services.CMP automates customer support process for speedy and efficient
response and provides a platform for various departments in an organization to collaborate and effectively deal
with customers online. CMP provides services after a product has been sold out. It contains six modules i.e., Call
Management, customer update, Engineer unavailability, Inventory management, WMS (Warranty Management
System) and manage master. CMP also integrated with Oracle Financial systems.
Modules:
Call Management: Call Management defines all the details of the customer and call relations.
Customer Update: Customer update provides the functionality to update the customer information.
Engineer Unavailability: Engineer unavailability contains the information of available and unavailable engineers
at that moment.
Inventory Management: It is used to manage the inventory.
WMS (Warranty Management System): It is used to manage the warranty flow in the system .
Manage Masters: It is used to manage the master.
