2. season w/ salt and pepper, high heat
3. remove salmon
4. wipe oil, and add olive oil
5. garlic
6. white onions
7. tomatoes to cover fish
8. cook until reduced
9. brown sugar
10. fish sauce swigs and a little bit of oyster sauce
11. pepper flakes or jalapenos
12. simmer sauce
13. put fish in and cook for 15-20 min
