Ground Floor: Cut Existing Slab to create penetration

Procedure

1. Remove 600mm Square Concrete around Tendon (Saw-cut and Jackhammer)

2. Cut existing Duct to expose strands.
3. Remove grout from strands.
4. Fill Exposed strands with 60mPa High Strength, Rapid Curing Concrete.
5. Once In-Fill Concrete reaches 40mPa, perform the required saw-cut to create the required
penetration.
6. Protect exposed strands with bitumen paint.
