Effect Of Working Capital Credit Distribution In PT. BPR Buana Agribisnis For
Farmers Revenues In Silimakuta Simalungun District

ABSTRAK

Penelitian ini bertujuan 1) Untuk mengetahui bagaimana pengaruh kredit modal

kerja yang disalurkan PT. BPR Buana Agribisnis terhadap pendapatan petani di
Kecamatan Silimakuta sebelum dan sesudah menerima kredit. 2) Untuk
mengetahui apa kelemahan produk kredit yang disalurkan BPR dibandingkan
dengan Kredit Usaha Rakyat yg menjadi program pemerintah saat ini. Penelitian
dilaksanakan melalui survey langsung ke PT. BPR Buana Agribisnis Saribudolok
yang bertempat di Kecamatan Silimakuta Kabupaten Simalungun. Responden
pertama adalah direktur personalia dan responden kedua adalah nasabah atau
debitur dari PT BPR Buana Agribisnis. Data dikumpulkan dengan metode 1)
kuisoner dan 2) wawancara. Data dianalisis dengan menggunakan metode
deskriptif dan statistik dengan uji beda dua mean (uji Z). Hasil penelitian
menunjukkan 1) nasabah yang mengalami peningkatan pendapatan setelah
mendapatkan bantuan kredit adalah sekitar 72,2%, yang pendapatannya tetap
sekitar 20% dan pendapatan yang mengalami penurunan yaitu sekitar 7,8%. 2)
Rata-rata pendapatan petani sebelum menerima kredit yaitu sebesar Rp
2.150.555,556, setelah menerima kredit yaitu sebesar Rp 2.457.777,78 dan rata-
rata peningkatan kredit sebesar Rp 307.222,22. Berdasarkan hasil uji beda (Uji Z
statistik), Zhit sebesar -0,64 dan Zα sebesar -1,96 maka Ho ditolak karena Zhit < Zα
yang berarti terdapat pengaruh kredit modal kerja terhadap peningkatan
pendapatan petani di Kecamatan Silimakuta Kabupaten Simalungun.

ABSTRACT

This study aims 1) To determine how the effect of working capital loans
disbursed PT. BPR Buana Agribisnis against the income of farmers in Silimakuta
District before and after receiving credit. 2) To find out what the weaknesses in
lending products BPR compared to the People's Business Credit which became
the current government program. This research was carried out through direct
surveys to PT. BPR Buana Agribisnis Saribudolok housed in Silimakuta
Simalungun District. The first respondent is the personnel director and the second
respondent is the customer or debtor of PT. BPR Buana Agribisnis. Data were
collected with method 1) questionnaire and 2) interviews. Data were analyzed
using descriptive and statistical methods with two different test mean (Z test). The
results showed 1) customers who have increased revenues after getting credit help
is around 72,2%, whose incomes remain at around 20%, and the revenue decline
was approximately 7,8%. 2) The average income of farmers before accepting a
credit in the amount of Rp 2,150,555.556, after receiving credit in the amount of
Rp 2,457,777.78 and an average increase of credit of Rp 307.222,22. Based on
the results of different test (Z-test statistic), Zhit of -0.64 and -1.96 for Zα then Ho
is rejected because Zhit <Zα which means there are significant working capital
loans to increase income of farmers in the Simalungun Silimakuta District.
