 Use a red candle (or other powerful color), chant in front of a mirror with
the candle lighted,
 Use four blue candles and bottle of water. Place the candles around the
water and chant. Then put this water in a watter bottle and drink the
blessed water whener necessary to get rid of the anxiety

 Add two teaspoons of valerian root to one cup of boiling water.
 As it seeps, chant:

Note: To cut the taste you might want to strongly sweeten it with honey.

Calming chant
Chant this simple rhyme whenever you feel worried or scared.

I am peaceful,I am strong

For day must follow every night,
Everything is alright.
I am always safe from harm,
The Goddess holds me in her arms.
 Vanilla anti-anxiety spell
 Hold a vanilla scented candle in both hands until it becomes warm to the
touch.
 Chant three times:

Vanilla chase this mess away.

Keep it far from me today.

 Light the candle and let it burn until the anxiety disappears.
Protection
 Psychic Protection Bag

 4 candles
 A small fabric bag in either purple or black
 About a tablespoons worth of:
 Agrimony
 Anise
 Horehound
 Sandalwood
 Rue
 One piece each of:
 Onyx
 Jet
 Hematite

Before you use it, you need to assemble and charge up this protection charm.
Set the four candles up in holders in the shape of a square. In the middle, pile
all the parts of your charm bag. Light the candles and concentrate on their light.
Visualize it flowing into the center and filling up the herbs and stones you have
there. Repeat the following:

By the light of four,

Harm me no more.

Repeat several times while you charge up the materials. When your satisfied,
gather everything together and fill the bag with stones and herbs. Tie it tightly
shut and place back in the center of the candles. Do the same visualization and
repeat the same words again. When you feel that the bag is ready to go, snuff
out the candles and start to carry the charm with you.
 Unbreakable Shell Spell

This spell will create a protective "shield" around an object, protecting it from
intrusion or theft. You'd use this with small items, like altar tools, jewelry or
books. I wouldn't suggest it for your car.

 The item you want to protect

 5 pieces of obsidian or jet
 Several feet of black yarn or string
 Ground rosemary

This spell makes use of the power of the pentacle. Set your item on a table or
altar, and place the 5 pieces of stone in a pentagram shape around the object.
Start to picture a shell being formed over your item.

Use the piece of string to lay out a pentacle, using the stones at the points of
the star. Each line adds more energy to your growing shield. When the star is
done, say out loud:

By the line unbroken,

Protect this token.

Use your finger to trace the pentacle in the air, above the one you made in
stone and string. Repeat the words again.

Leave the item in its place overnight, and it should be protected from theft or
harm.

Confidence
 A Confidence Candle
Improving your own opinion of yourself can go a long way in giving you
confidence in any part of your life. This candle spell helps you learn to love
yourself. All you need is:

• Pink candle
• Pink and white rose petals
• Pure water

For the water, natural is best but if you're not comfortable drinking your local
rain water, buy a bottle of spring water. Tap water will do in a pinch though it's
not ideal.

On an altar or table, make a ring of flower petals and set up the candle in the
center. Before you light it, think of your best traits and concentrate on those for
a few minutes. Light the candle. Repeat the following:

May my own light shine

With love Divine
Take a long drink of water, to cleanse out your negative thoughts of yourself.
Leave the candle to burn out on its own.
General
 Find What is Lost
 Light the candle, and put it in a holder that is easy to carry.
 Begin to walk from room to room with it, repeating the following:

I need what I seek

Give me a peek
Draw my eyes
For my prize.
Let your eyes wander around until you feel drawn to the spot where your
missing item is hiding.

Get Rid of Bad Habits

 Saturday night
 A black candle
 Clove, sandalwood or cedar oil
 Something sharp to inscribe the candle
 A smooth piece of onyx or jet

Use your something-sharp (not your athame though), to write what your bad
habit is on the candle. You don't have to be too descriptive, it's just a
representation. Anoint the candle with the oil you are using. Light the candle
and say the following:

Unwanted habit, please be gone

Leave me when the candle is done
Candle burn to remove all ill
By the power of my will
Concentrate on your bad habit and how it makes you feel, see it burning away
with the candle flame. Leave the candle to burn down until it is finished. Leave
the stone by the candle while it burns. When the candle is burned away, carry
the stone with you to remind you of your goal.
 Ribbon/Cord Magic

Meaning of Ribbon/Cord Colors:

 Red – life, vitality, health
 Pink – love
 Blue – healing, peace, spirituality
 Black – endings, negation of ego
 Green – growth, creativity, wealth
 Organge – optimism, joy
 Yellow – thought, mental activity

Meaning of Knot Numbers:

Ribbon magick can be done with cord, thread, or ribbon. When finished with the
spell, put the cord in a safe place, and leave it for as long as you want the spell
to work. When you wish to undo the spell, undo or cut the knots. When you cut
ribbon or cord for magickal use, measure and cut it in a length divisible by three,
such as 3 inches or feet, 15 inches or feet, etc.

HEALING
 Moon bath healing
To start:

 prepare a small dish of white flower petals

 mixed lightly with Epsom salts
 and scented with a few drops of jasmine oil.
 Have ready a silver or a light blue candle
 and draw a warm bath.

Method

 Light your candle and turn off all other lights,

 adding some soft background music if you so choose.
 Disrobe and look out a window, if possible, to see the Moon. If you can't
see her, visualize her in whatever phase she is in.
 Ask the Lady of the Moon to bless you,
 and draw down her power,
 as you anoint your forehead, head, throat, heart, abdomen,and feet,
each with a drop of jasmine oil.
 Now, toss your Epsom salt mixture into the bath, step in, and enjoy.

Simple healing spell

 Salt
 Stream water
 Full moon
 Glass or crystal cup
 Altar with a couple white candles

Gather a bit of water from a stream. On a night of the full moon, place the glass
of water in the moonlight. Take a few relaxing breaths, meditate, do whatever
you need to do to remain calm. Look at the moon. Ask the moon spirits to bless
the water, to make it yours, so that it may help you in the future. Add the salt,
and swirl in a clockwise motion until the salt dissolves. Thank the spirits. Bottle
the water and set it in your blessed altar. Let it sit for a short while with some
white candles burning. Fifteen minutes should do the trick. Use it over the
bruise while imagining the pain going away
