With reference to the above cited subject, WAPCOS Gandhinagar has awarded the work
of Authority's Engineer for this project and execution work awarded to M/s Anis Infracon India
Pvt.Ltd JV Perfect Infracorp. Pvt. Ltd.
The concern agency has requested with reminder to the department through ref. latter
no. APJV/Ambaji/009 dated 21.11.17 for the clearance of land from the forest department to
start the execution with continuity of work. Therefore , it is required to expedite the
proceedings for getting the clearance from the forest department as earliest, for timely
completion of work.

Regarding Provide Safety Consultant .

Sir,
With referance to the above cited subject, kindly refer to the clause 10.1.5 article 10 of
the tender document. We have already instructed you for appointing a Safety Consultant vide
latter No./WAP/Gnagar/AE(R&B)/2017/1120 , dated 09.09.17.

But we still not received any information from your side regarding this subject. Hence, following
the TOR requirement we again remind through latter for appoint for good industry practice.

Subject:- Requirement of Man Power for EPC (R&B Palanpur) Project, Ambaji

Respected Sir,

The site work started from chainage 79/200 km to 90/400 km. and details as given
below:
 Cleaning of roadway and Widening of roadwork at ch. 80680 km.
 3 nos. of box culvert RCC work & 1 nos. of excavation work is in progress
 Retaining wall (RHS) RCC work at chainage 80/325 km to onward & excavation
level at ch.82/225 km. is in progress.
 Cleaning and re-baring of dowels in foundation of pier-1 at Major Bridge site
start.

As sitework running with more activities and work speed up in shortly. So that two
more engineer's required for Quality material and execution cum quantity on daily basis for
better services. It is requested to approve man power as mentioned above.
Mr. Cipai & myself working on this project presently.
