3.1 Job Positions

Firstly, is the director, their job position is how to handle the customer problem and solve
the problem in the flight. Besides that, you must learn how to respect this kind of people, you
must be very careful to handle this problem. For example, cancellations and delays flight,
overbooking, cancelled flights, lost tickets, and lost, damaged or delayed baggage.

Subsequently, that is the operation, their job position is you must learn how to use the
information technology. After you must learn how to plan and promote the ticket in the
online Website, you must learn how to design the ticket are cheaper to compared to other
Airlines Company, and how the ticket is interested in the customers.
In addition, is the finance, this kind of people you must be honest and responsible people,
because you must handle the whole the finance for the company, but you lost the finance you
have the trouble, and you must to compensation for the company. Furthermore, you must
check finance is correct.

Besides that, is the most important of the management team of the company, that is
chairman and secretary. The secretary is the leader of the director, so you must give a good
example of the group, and you must manage the group member, you must teaching the group
member, and give the responsibility for the group member. The chairman and secretary are
helping the company build the good relationship for the company. The chairman and
secretary can give some judgement and opinion for the CEO.

Lastly, is the CEO, CEO is the big boss of the company, so you must have a good
impression, good behaviour for the CEO.CEO has to manage the management team, and to
build the new implementation for the company, to build the good relationship in other
countries, and make a new periphery items. CEO must learning with the group member give
some judgement and opinion for the company.

3.2 Chain of Command

Firstly, in the AirAsia management team for the director, that are four persons that is
Stuard L Dean, Dato Fam Lee Ee, Dato Mohamed Khadar, and Abdul Aziz bin Abu Bakar.
The director that are handle the difficult customer and solve the problem. For example like,
customers have cancelation for the flights, baggage damage and compensation problem.
Besides that, the direct is already solve this problem for the difficult customer, the difficult
customer is dissatised, we can reports to the secretary to handle this customer.

Secondary, is the operation. Operation is designed the ticket are cheaper during the
holiday, higher season and lower season. Furthermore, family tour, independent tour and
travel agency can buy the ticket. In addition, is the finance, that is handle the finance problem
and solve the problem for the AirAsia Group. For example, the customer may have
cancelation for the flights and lost ticket, the customers that want to withraw the money, so
finance want to reports to the chairman.
Thirdly, is the secretary and chairman. This level is most important for the managemt
team, because they should be handle any problem , and solve the problem for the group.
Besides that, the secretary that can report to the CEO, and manage the first- line level with
group, and to solve the problem perfectly.

Lastly, is the CEO. CEO that is Dato Seri Tony Fernandes that are manage the
management team and build the management team is good in the future. After, them is
teaching the management team and give same experience to handle the problem for the
management team. The management team can learning same experience and can make the
attention for them.
