To Whom It May Concern;

Good day!

I am Angelo Joseph Nino Pojas Mifana, born on October 15, 1993, in Dauis, Bohol, Philippines,
with passport number EC5458061. I live at Sta. Cruz Street, Bingag, Dauis, Bohol, Philippines.

I am writing this letter as pretext for not faithfully disclosing a material fact during the past
interview regarding my personal status and background resulting to the rejection of my visa
application. I sincerely apologize for the conduct unbecoming and the hassle that I may have
caused then. Nevertheless, it was never my intention to deceived nor misled your good office in
making such concealment. It was recklessly done in good faith without any malice whatsoever.

This is true because I am neither married to anyone nor to the mother of my children or living
with them since. What I only have, as of this juncture, is some sort of visitation rights over my
children, but limited in many aspects, due to strained relations that had spawned between me
and the woman’s parents right from the beginning of our surreptitious relationship.
Apparently, I am not in the best position to demand nor complain considering that they were
the one who actually took care of my children from birth up to present. I contribute only
minimal amount for support, or portion thereof, and only whenever my means permits me to
do so, since I don’t have a stable job yet to appease their daily needs.

That these facts, regarding my children, remained undisclosed for years even to my own family
in fear that these may draw frustration and disappointment to them, especially if made known
to my mother whom working hard for me abroad. However, notwithstanding my reticent effort
it turned out futile, when same was discovered recently by my mother from an unknown source
shortly after my second child was born. As a consequence thereof, she prompted and urged me
to look for a job elsewhere, either here or to the country wherein which she is currently
working, in order to comply my parental obligations towards my children.

Finally, for these reason, I am humbly appealing to your utmost generosity to revisit and
reconsider my visa application and consequently be allowed to gain entry to your country,
validly and legally, for me to unite with my mother, _______________________, a
migrant worker there in Canada. And hopefully, find legitimate employment there and become
economically productive, so that I may be able to support my children here in the Philippines
in some way, through financial assistance and other pecuniary related necessities.

Am looking forward for you in considering my appeal and hoping to hear a positive response
from you at your most convenience anytime sooner.

Thank you and more power.

Sincerely,

ANGELO JOSEPH NINO P. MIFANA
