Booster Club Meeting Minutes

7/13/15 - Meeting
Purpose of the Meeting
- Discuss and organize the meal that will be served to the players and coaches of
the four teams at our scrimmage (total of 187 meals will need to be provided)
- Menu
o Grilled Chicken
o Beans
o Potato Chips
o Bottled Water
o Desserts
- Grilled Chicken – breasts and thighs – 250 pieces
o Talk to Markwardts about donating the chicken
o Call Golden Plump, Nick Frederixon for donation
o Family Farms in Eleva
- Beans – paid for by Coach Hanson
o Will be made and delivered by Jacklyn Hanson
- Chips – paid for by the football team
o 200 bags
o Mini bags from Sam’s Club, will have a variety
o Hanson’s will pick them up
- Bottled Water - 200 bottles of water
o Donated by Kwik Trip
o Mandie will pick this up
- Desserts – donated by parents of players
o Coach Hanson will send home a letter asking for volunteers
- Grilling Chicken
o Cliff and Jerry will grill the chicken
o Need to purchase –
 5 pounds of butter – Booster Club
 20 pounds of charcoal – Coach Hanson
 Garlic Seasoning – Donated by Thompson’s
o All stored at stored at school until it’s delivered to Jerry’s a 12:30 pm
- Servers
o Parents of players, boosters
- Clean up – players, coaches, 2nd group of parents

8/10/15 Meeting
- chicken – not all of it was donated, booster club purchased $100 of chicken to be
paid back by football team by working the concession stands for the Western
Wildcats
- Rest of the menu was is taken care of and purchased as planned
- Cliff and Jerry will start to deliver chicken at 5:30 pm
- Meal will be served on terrace outside high school
- Coach Hanson will get extension cords
- Luke and Al will set up tables and chairs
