Greetings of peace and joy!

We are very glad to inform you that our institution, Polytechnic College of Davao del Sur, Inc., a leading and premier
school in the province, will be having its Intramurals Week and it’s 29 th Founding Anniversary come September 19-
24, 2016. During this time, a lineup of activities such as sports events, cheer dance competition, cultural night,
pageant and the likes will be carried out for the students as well as the employees of the institution.

In this light, our department, the Nursing and Allied Paramedical Department and Information Technology is
planning to raise funds and materials so that we can better prepare for our team’s participation in the said event.
We are humbly requesting for your sponsorship with our team, in financial form or in any kind of items (i.e., sets of
jersey or cheer dance uniform, snacks, drinks, etc.) that will render help in our team’s activities. For sponsorship
options, please see attached sheet.

In return for your valuable sponsorship, we can post a banner of your company in our school and in any outdoor
areas we will be using during the event. We are also making arrangements for our program to include
advertisements and recognition of your company, as well as recorded endorsements in our local radio stations.
There is also a plan to print the logos of the sponsored companies on our jersey or cheer dance uniforms.

We would really appreciate any support that you can give for this event. If you would like to make a contribution for
this event, please fill the sponsor sheet attached with this letter, which should be returned by September 2016.
