Estimados señores:

De acuerdo a las especificaciones de la Licitación, le enviamos NUESTRA OFERTA

ECONOMICA PARA EL PRESENTE PROYECTO, por las siguientes actividades y
diferentes rubros solicitados en la Invitación:

1.- ALCANCES GENERALES DE LA OFERTA ECONOMICA :

Los alcances de la obra considerada en la presente licitación incluyen y están referidos a

todas las actividades para la “FABRICACION DE ANCLAJES DE SEGUNDA
FASE” según listado CODIFICACIÓN Y CONTROL DE INSERTOS y de Planos UC-
1307-CAP-BOC-M-EH-002, UC-1307-CAP-BOC-M-EH-012, UC-1307-CAP-BOC-M-
EH-023UC-1307-CAP-BOC-M-EH-033.

1.1.Los trabajos comprenden lo siguiente: Suministro en cantidad y calidad de todos los

materiales necesarios componentes de los ANCLAJES DE SEGUNDA FASE
incluyendo todos los materiales y consumibles necesarios para la fabricación.

1.2.Fabricación de los ANCLAJES DE SEGUNDA FASE en taller de acuerdo a las dimensiones

y geometría indicadas en los planos de ingeniería básica proporcionados por ……….. .

1.3.Trabajos de limpieza superficial y aplicación de pintura según especificación entregada

1.4.Inspección y verificación dimensional y orientaciones.

1.5.Ensayos No Destructivos.

1.6.Marcado (identificación de cada Pieza).

1.8.Acondicionamiento para el traslado de los Materiales. Embalaje y aseguramiento de la

integridad de cada parte.

2.MATERIALES A UTILIZARSE EN EL SUMINISTRO Y FABRICACIONES

DE ANCLAJES DE SEGUNDA FASE según listado CODIFICACIÓN Y
CONTROL DE INSERTOS y de Planos UC-1307-CAP-BOC-M-EH-002, UC-
1307-CAP-BOC-M-EH-012, UC-1307-CAP-BOC-M-EH-023UC-1307-CAP-BOC-
M-EH-033 :

Todo el material será nuevo, de primer uso, y conforme a los siguientes requisitos:
- Acero estructural calidad ASTM A36 para plancha ,
-Ejes para anclajes en material Acero VCL según ASTM A193 Gr.B7 según lo indicado
en las especificaciones de fabricación.

- El contratista deberá verificar que se certifique la calidad y composición de todos los

materiales. No se aceptará el empleo de materiales cuya composición sea cuestionada o
no esté claramente definida.

3.- NORMAS Y ESPECIFICACIONES A UTILIZAR EN LA FABRICACION :

Para el suministro, fabricación del presente proyecto, se considerarán las siguientes

norma,incluyendo las modificaciones y/o adendas que hubiere, serán parte a
considerar en el alcance de este Requerimiento, se deberán considerar las normas
mencionadas :
a) American Society for Testing and Materials (ASTM )
b)AISI-American Society for Testing and Materials
c)AISC-American Iron and Steel Institute

4.PROTECCION
4.PROTECCION SUPERFICIAL DE LOS ANCLAJES:
 La protección superficial exterior de los elementos será :
- Arenado según SSPC-SP5- Arenado al Metal Blanco teniendo en consideración
un perfil de rugosidad de 1.5 a 3 mils, tomándose los registros al final del
proceso de Arenado.

5 CONTROL DE CALIDAD DE FABRICACION DE LOS ANCLAJES :

El control de calidad de Fabricación de Anclajes cubrirá al menos los siguientes puntos:

A)Elaboración de un Plan de Calidad. El mismo que deberá contener como mínimo la
siguiente información:
-Control de Calidad de Materiales
-Control dimensional de los prefabricados.
-Reporte de Arenado.
-Reporte de Galvanizado
-Record Fotográfico.

B) Control de Calidad Galvanizado y certificación de espesor de recubrimiento por

técnico .
Nuestra empresa facilitará el trabajo de los inspectores de calidad del cliente para
liberación de elementos a liberar.Al final de los trabajos se entregará un Dossier de
Calidad de Materiales y Fabricaciones del Proyecto.

6.- CONDICIONES COMERCIALES:

I. Nuestra oferta de precios incluye:Suministro de materiales para Fabricación de
Anclajes según el listado y Plano. Incluye la mano de obra, gastos generales y
utilidad.
II. El tiempo de ejecución: 56 días a partir de la liberación total de los planos de
Fabricación.
III. Validez de Oferta: 15 días calendarios.
IV. Los precios NO Incluyen el 19% de IGV.
V. La forma de pago será: A TRATAR PREVIAS COORDINACIONES CON EL
CLIENTE.
VI. Cualquier atraso por causas no imputables al contratista, y/o de fuerza mayor, y/o
en la forma de pago, nos exonera del plazo de entrega.
VII. Nuestro presupuesto no incluye:
o Ingenieria y Calculo Estructural
o Montaje de Anclajes en obra
 oTransporte a obra
VIII. Nuestro presupuesto incluye el embalaje básico para el transporte de los Anclajes
sobre el camión del cliente.
IX. Este presupuesto NO incluye ningún trabajo o suministro que no esté expresamente
indicado en este documento.
