I submit that, in the reference 1st cited, the Land Acquisition Officer and Revenue
Divisional Officer, Kakinada passed the awards for acquiring the lands for construction of
R.O.B. in lieu of L.C. No.7 (Kondayyapalem Railway gate). In the reference 2nd cited
necessary structural valuation estimates for about 78 structures which are fallen in the ROB
alignment were submitted for an amount of Rs. 7,19,82,123/-.
In this connection, 7 No.s land owners on Ramaraopet side have submitted their
representations to the L.A.O. & R.D.O., Kakinada and also to the R&B Department with a
request to re-evaluate the structural compensation duly incorporating the missing items and
one namely Sri Ch SVVS Sesharao on Kondayyapalem side for inclusion of compound wall
for their vacant site vide reference 3rd to 5th cited above as follows

belongs to the above eight (8) land owners are herewith submitted for favour of taking
further necessary action.
