01/01 Resource for

Database Creation

TP asked from NSN that Abdul Naeem, NSN January 9, Naeem from NSN will update
there should be a Ghaffar 2008 TP within a week. He further
dedicated resource of added that currently Nauman
database creation in is responsible for database
central region for TRX creation. [Week01]

02/01 TimeLine for

creation of database

NSN will create a TP NSN Ongoing OPEN

database before 24 [Week01]
Hour and engineer will
leave the site after
hardware installation
and verification.

03/01 TRX Expansion

Reporting

There will be daily

reporting about the TRX NSN Abdul Ghaffar Ongoing OPEN.
Expansion, after that TP [Week01]
RF will monitor the
stats for 48 hours.

If any issue is found it

will be reported to NSN
for Rectification.

04/01 Priority sites for

Expansions

Abdul Ghaffar will email

the priority expansions NSN TP Ongoing OPEN
cells to NSN. It is [Week01]
mutually decided that
this priority sites will be
mail to NSN 1 week
before scheduling for
next 2 weeks.

05/01 Issues related to

Operations

It is mutually decided
that all dismantling of NSN/TP NSN O&M Ongoing OPEN.
equipments (CU, FCU, [Week01]
and DUAMCO) should
be done by NSN O&M.

06/01 Relocation of TRX

It is decided that
operations will remove TP Operation Ongoing OPEN.
