Foreword
We are thankful to all the readers for encouraging us
to continuously publish this e-magazine, by reading and
appreciating the articles.

This has motivated us to publish more and more articles


which are beneficial to all the readers. We have tried to
provide all kind of stuff in this monthly magazine also.

This is our 6th edition. In this issue we have published an


article to cut and prevent body fats by in-taking low
calorie and high protein foods. This fact has been tested
by nutritionist and doctors over many years. Now a
days all of us used to of eating fast foods, which are high
in calories and low protein. Therefore avoid fast food
and eat balanced diet. Health is wealth. To burn high

Adversity is a guiding and energy factor
if taken positively. It can enhance our focus and
Can turn around the situation. The corporate
genius, Lee Jacocca, described how he

As per the Hindu religious scripture “The Gita”, as Arjuna laments his dilemma of
Fighting the battle of Kurukshetra, Krishna tries to console him, “It is not wise for
an intelligent being like you to lament at the time of crisis. You should not be weak at

Adversity always gives us power to fight and immune our system against failures. But
we should not forget to do our task with diligence and perfection. We learn from
our failures, if we take the failures as learning. Learning always enhance our
knowledge to fight against adversities in future. In “My Experiment with Truth”,

listing here Seven ways to boost your energy and make your life work
for you.

1) Focus on your purpose and goals. Every body has a purpose of his
life. If we don’t have purpose, then there is no meaning of living in
this world. A purpose in life create a Goal for our life and to achieve
the goals we come across easy and difficult situations. To
overcome the difficult path we should be prepared by believing in
ourselves that we are the winner and can face any kind of
adversity and difficulty. Success is ours. Have POSITITUDE….

2) Know that you deserve what you want. When we have purpose and
goal of our life, then there is no reason not to believe that we don’t
deserve what we want. Whatever we want, we deserve that and
can achieve that without any problem.

3) Be true to yourself. Always think that you’re the powerful soul and
son of the almighty and no one can stop you to achieve your life’s
goal. It is the universal Truth and everyone should understand and
believe in it.

4) See the possibilities. When we set our life’s goals, we will do


everything to achieve the goal. We will find our own way
irrespective of adversities. Even adversities induce curiosity and
anxiety in us to find solutions. 6
5) Continuously build your support base of people and resources. –
When you believe in your self, you have the power and confidence in
yourself. Your power and confidence attract like people and support
for you. You will be unstoppable…have POSITITUDE.

6) Believe in yourself and be a director of your life. Believe in yourself is


the foremost thing, paving to success. There is no other strength or
power which can make you successful in your life. God help those
who help themselves….

7) Just do it. There is no place for procrastination in the life of successful


persons. Procrastination is the way to failure and “Just Do It” is the
key to success. POSITITUDE is the way of Successful people…..

In time there are set rules which gives us peace, happiness and high standard
of life. First of all we should improve our personality. Secondly see positive in
every person you are associated with you at home and Office. Thirdly behave
Positively with all. You will get the best back. We here describe 10 Rules which
Can make your life best.

1) Self Respect is must. It inculcate confidence and courage to do even the


Toughest Task.

2) Speak softly – Always think before


you speak. It should be cool and
to the point. It should no hurt
others.

3) Be Passionate – Every human expect lot


of things from life. Every day new
expectation get birth in the mind. This
expectation paves to Goals in the life.
To achieve Goal one has to be passionate
to achieve it. Without Goal, progress
if not possible. Therefore dream to
progress and achieve in life.

4. Work to Spare Time – Every day we hear people saying
“we don’t have time”. Time is like a river. If we put our
finger inside the river, water makes space for it.
Similarly also, if we decide to give time, we will get it.
Scheduling time is time management and everyone
knows it. It is matter of prioritizing tasks.

5. Never Show-off your feelings. Always show your natural feels.


Love is human’s in born quality. Show actual love. Love
generate limits and it invoke feeling inside. If you love
someone really then only say, otherwise no need to showoff.
Showing off may lead to false expectations and hurt others.

6. Learn to withdraw – Learn from tortoise to withdraw.


When the situation is not under control, withdrawal is the
best tools. Enjoy what you have and never regrets about
what you don’t have.

7. Quarrel some times remove boredom and increase


love. Monotonous life always bring boredom and
stagnate our relations. Some times light argument and
quarrel rejuvenate relations and bring newness in
the relations. Also it solves many of the
misunderstanding amongst us.

8. Too Much Expectations from Other is not good.


When we expect too much from others,
we become dependent of others and our
success and failure depends on others.
Therefore we stop expecting too much.
We should expect in limited and balanced
way. God has given us sound and healthy
body with healthy mind, why to have
expectations from others. We should
do our part honestly, rather than expecting
others to do for us.

9. Simplicity never Changes – Every thing in this world changes and effects us
from time to time. With the change of time, our behavior also changes and
we act artificially. Artificial behavior last soon. But simplicity is forever.

10. Character is the biggest asset of human being. Character is buildup with
two kind of attributes. First one is inborn qualities and second one is which
we earn by way of experience in life. Experience in our life add-on to our
qualities which makes our character.

Everybody is busy now a days in fulfilling personal, social and professional goals.
Consciously or unconsciously safety is ignored. Safety is must in all sphere of life.

1) Personal – First of all, every one should


take care of his/her body. All the functions
are attached to the body, mind and soul.
We should safe guard our body by keeping
it health. Healthy mind resides in healthy
body. If body is healthy, there will be less
sufferings and our mental peace will be intact. When we are at peace, we are
in a position to take a much better decisions and perform our tasks in a better
way.

driving two wheelers, follow traffic rules, don’t cover-take from wrong side,
take break on long rides, avoid rash driving, don’t use mobile while driving,
don’t drive after drinking alcohol.

Over-eating is of no use. First of all it will disturb the stomach and stomach has to work
extra to digest. Secondly, secondly it is going accumulate in the body in the form of fats,
which will add to the weight of the body and nothing else. Heart has to pump more
blood to this extra fat. Every organ has to fight daily to maintain that fat in the body.
Thirdly, it is wastage of food, this extra food could have been a necessity for people
sleeping empty Stomach daily.

Therefore everyone has to think of taking controlled diet. But if you have already done

to be fit and healthy. Here we will discuss about foods which are easily digestible and
burn the extra fat accumulated in the body.

1) Oats : It is very tasty and it reduces the hunger. It is fibrous


in nature. Salty and sweet meals can be prepared with it.
100 gm of Oats contains 389 calories, 7g fats, 17g proteins.

2) Eggs – Eggs are easily available in market and can be eaten


in all the season. These are rich source of proteins and low
in calories. Eggs helps in developing Muscles and creating
good cholesterol. In 100 Gms, It Contains 155 Calories,
11gm Fats and 13 gm Proteins. Avoid Yellow part.

3) Apples – These are antioxidants and rich in Proteins. Proteins


reduces the fat cells in the body. 100 gms of apple contains
52 Kcal, 13.81g of Carbohydrates, 85% Moisture,
0.2% Proteins

4) Green Chillies – In 100 gm, it contains 40Kcal, 8.8 g of


Carbohydrates, 1.9 g of Proteins.

6) Honey – Take warm, add 2 tsp


of honey and squeeze half

Plato 428/427 or 424/423 BC– 348/347 BC) was a philosopher,
a mathematician, in Classical Greece and an influential figure in
philosophy, central in Western Philosophy. He was Socrates‘
student, and founded the Academy in Athens, the first institution
of higher learning in the Western World. Along with Socrates and
his most famous student, Aristotle, Plato helped to lay the
foundations of Western philosophy and science. Alfred North.
Whitehead once noted: "the safest general characterization of
the European philosophical tradition is that it consists of a series of footnotes to
Plato.“

Plato was a great philosopher and given lot of the world. Here we present some of
his dynamic thoughts –

1) No person can be friend with any person whom he can’t love.


2) Intelligent person talks only when he knows the subject and wants to share his
good thoughts and for the benefit of others. Whereas stupid talks for the shake
of talking only.
3) Three things makes a person’s behavior – Knowledge, acceptance and feelings.
4) A Person’s good behavior gives strength to him and motivates others to behave
in a good manner.
5) Living with less things is the best wealth.
6) Good Decision always depend on knowledge on the subject rather than data.
7) Every person has both the quality of success in life or fail in life. It depends
which quality he choose.
8) Starting a tasks is the biggest work. Rest will follow.
9) Doing good work repeatedly never hurt others.
10) The person who can’t do work efficiently can’t get good work done by others
also.
11) There are three types of persons – a) who wants to become intelligent, b) those
who loves their reputation, c) who wants to achieve in life.
12) Every time thinking of health is biggest blockade of life. Focus on work.
13) Thinking is talking to your soul.
14) A society where there is no rich or no poor, good character is found in the
people.
15) Knowledge which is acquired under compulsion has no hold on the mind.
