EDITING
Display of supports in a 3D calculation view
You can display supports in a 3D view distinguishing between their typical types: fixed and pinned
column bases and an elastic foundation for spread and continuous footings.
MODEL
Foundations and a varying soil level
You can define backfills for foundations which allows you to design spread and continuous footings
more precisely, if soil levels on both sides of the foundation differ, or if the reference level around the
building varies.
INTEGRATION
Automatically generating nodes for seismic verification
®
When the software links with the Autodesk Robot Structural Analysis Professional 2009 RC design
modules, it transfers data that allows automatically detecting frame nodes with adjoining elements,
which is needed for seismic verification.
CALCULATIONS
Optimization of a calculation time
A time for preparing a structure for calculations (for all methods) and a calculation time (for simplified
methods) have been considerably reduced because of using parallel processing on multicore
computers.
