Torjman claims that lawyers that she has
approached to work on the case have
mysteriously and without reason decided not to
represent her and pursue her case through the
courts.
Some of the other claims that Torjman
claims that the NSA Transmissions are

This matter is before the Court on its initial
review of plaintiff's pro se complaint. Pursuant
to 28 U.S.C. § 1915(e), the Court is required to
dismiss a complaint, "[n]otwithstanding any
filing fee," upon a determination that it is
"frivolous or malicious" or "fails to state a claim
on which relief may be granted." 28 U.S.C. §
1915(e)(2)(B). This is Mireille Torjman's
second case alleging that the United States
government has engaged in decades-long
surveillance of herself and others, primarily
through its intelligence, law enforcement, and
military agencies. See Torjman v. Federal
Bureau of Investigation, Civil Action No. 10-
1031, 2010 WL 2541095, at *1 (D.D.C, June
21, 2010) ("Torjman I"). Like the first case, the
second complaint ("Torjman II") alleges that the
United States government is using various
forms of "mind control" on her, including
"synthetic telepathy," "psychotronics," and
other forms of surveillance, and seeks
unspecified damages and injunctive relief
against several federal agencies. Torjman II

RM : Is you life in danger?
MT : Yes. Definitely. Not in the overt
way, but yes.
RM : Now, there are stories of people
who have tried to bring the CIA down and other
members of governmental agencies and the
stories claim that these people just disappear.
Do you fear for your life that one day you will
just disappear?
MT : No. Not any more. It will be
cancer, car accident, a family member who's
already been attempted to be killed twice, um,
as a threat and as a scare tactic, with car
accidents, um, it will be, or some kind of fake
suicide or something like that, that will never be
able to be proven, a Marilyn Monroe kind of
technique or something along those lines, it will
not be a disappearance.

all this start with you? What is behind the action
that you are trying to bring before the CIA as
well as the Department of Defence and other
governmental agencies? Take us back in time to
the beginning.
MT : Okay, yeah, it is definitely NSA
(National Security Agency) transmissions that
were (?) mind control Patti Hearst a long time
ago and developed from experiments into the
(?) power and I thought I was the only one they
targeted. In 2007 I was traumatized. I freaked
out and I was remotely recruited for the CIA for
espionage, sexual favouring the White House
and behaviour modification. Um, no clue, I was,
I had no idea what was going on.
RM : Alight, hold on here (Mireille
keeps talking) hold on here, hold one here, hold
on here, hold one here, slow down a little bit.
You say that you were targeted by the CIA?
MT : I say that hind sight. I didn't know
it was the CIA back then, I thought it was just
the FBI until I left the country and ran away to
Australia, Europe, London, just to get away,
and found out it's weapons of mass destruction
and they're being used ...
RM : Now slow down. You didn't
answer my question.
MT : Okay
RM : Why you? When did this start?
How do you know that it is the governmental
agencies that are...
MT : I thought it was just me and I
found out it's not it's something that occurred in
the seventies before I came to this country. Um,
I thought I was alone, I thought it was just me,
and, I - I didn't know I was being brain washed,
um, at first, because I was targeted in 1996 but
it's a class action suit, there's, there, I found out
there were millions of others complaining of the
same thing....
RM : Wait a second. Hold on.
Complaining about what?
MT : About mind control.
RM : Alright. How do you know that
you are - were or still are a victim of mind

MT : Oh, gosh, You know when your
body, when they talk to you or they tell you and
there's no voices, it's synthetic telepathy, and
that's the new buzz words in the Pentagon, and
you compare notes with others, and you don't
even take an aspirin, you just know, they tell
you, they inform you, you, it's synthetic, you
kind of know like a cold. It's, and you know the
synthetic is different.. your senses knows, your
body knows. Common sense, gathering
research, talking to people, and they guide you,
before it occurs, and I'm not psychic, they're not
psychic, you're in communication, it's
communications, it's sound waves.
RM : What did they... (Mireille starts
talking) What did they guide you to do?
MT : (?) started with the three things I
mentioned: espionage, sexual slavery, and
behaviour modification. They took you, they
called it "the process." But, um, they, they
playback things that, your life, that is occurring
in the privacy of you home. That's how it begins,
and they stage, they take you through different
levels. I had no proof of this in 1996. I tried to
go to DOJ to the Department of Justice and tell
them, and, of course they don't believe it. They
don't believe that these weapons are being used
against civilians. But when you start to read
books by former CIA agents who are dead, and
they claim the exact same things that were just
happening to you for, for four years, you know
that these weapons exist, and they, then you buy
the NASA product for $21,000, you look at the
military patents in the archives of Washington,
you, you put it together, you interview people,
and, but you're guided. You're totally,
synthetically guided, through your day. That
they have knowledge and they go back and then
they tell you, they've been with you, along side,
as like, did you ever hear of a child having
imaginary friend?
RM : Sure! Every kid has them.
MT : ... talking to him?

MT : Yes! Not every but some have,
some mothers, they, they tell their doctor or
something like that, they, they're developing
imagination or something like that at a young
age...
RM : Sure.
MT : .. it's almost like that or ghosts, or
with Whoppie Goldberg, where they speak to
you, it's voiceless communication, it's sound
waves.
RM : So are you...
MT : (?)
RM : So are you saying that the
paranormal is caused by the CIA?
MT : Correct! And then I have so much
to tell you to prove this. Then, then you get an
email sent to you in 2009 by Russell Tice who
explains how it by passes the sense of (?) cortex,
the eyes, the taste, all your five senses. So I
went, I was an accountant for twenty-five years,
I went and got certified as a hypnotist, I learned
all the anchors and triggers that make people
paranoid schizophrenic and found out all the
hospitals 90 - 95% of the people are
synthetically ill, not chemically. It's, it's, it's not
natural or organically grown these illnesses and
then it's Alzheimer's because, because it's a
suggestion back to the future, and I figured out
all these, these synthetic illnesses that came out
fifty years ago that, that's got science under
siege and investigators and the FBI (Federal
Bureau of investigation) spinning their wheels.
Adding (?) at times they induced in the streets
with communication chaos, cognitive
impairment, from these transmissions that the
mind controls the body, and then you have the
laser weapons that the LA (Los Angeles) police
have using, that's freezing people and body
parts with lasers that vision comes back, and I
p.. researched it, they experimented my entire
body with it, I have pictures and proof of things
that, that, in my, that, they, they use lasers to, to
do things with. A.. dry a blister in a matter of
seconds while they're speaking to you in your, in
your mind with, with sound waves. So it's, it's a
p.. process that they're with you like an
imaginary friend. Um, in advance, they tell you
what that person is going to do or say to you at
the store or in the street, so you know, believe
me, you know, (snicker) and I was freaked out
and I didn't know what to do, I scream, I, I had
no, I didn't know what to do. Then I, I, I learned
NLP, neuro-linguistic programming, and I
found out that two CIA gentlemen had invented
it back in the seventies when all this came out
(?) in the church committee, ahh.. back in the
seventies I think or sixties. I did research and
then I talked to people in the psychotronics
government scientists and physicists and I
bought the, the equipment from a physicist, and,
and, and I found out, okay, that's the reason for
cancer and why hypnotists are in hospitals
trying to alleviate pain on cancer patients and
why it only works sometimes and not other times
because it's selective, because it's directed
energy weapons, because we are accompanied
by these transmissions 24 / 7 and they remote
view different families, different human beings,
at different times and they toggle back and forth
in your life. Um, it's prevalent. I'm not alone.
They do this, they, they started this
experimenting and now it just like a matrix, to,
to have world domination, world control, and
it's growing, it's up to nine million individuals.
So, that's why there's no (?) the FDA, the Kevin
Trudeau cases, and all the medicine... I, I, I
discovered massive, massive, corruption that's
been going on covertly and it all makes sense,
and, historically in articles, in history, and
Alzheimer's, and Reagan, and, and I just put it
all together. I just researched it, and, and
experienced it and put it all together, and, and
they formed me, I, I was informed, and for
espionage, so I travelled, I went around the
world, and I just started seeing all kinds of, of
nefarious uses and then this article pops into my
computer and somebody sends me the NSA
transmissions with the mega hertz and I had
already had purchased the product from a
NASA physicist who's in Budapest and it just
cures and heals all energy - electricity in our
body what God invented, the Bible, it just
everything, and then, I, you know I speak ...
RM : I have to ask you at this time, what
is a NASA scientist doing in Budapest?
MT : Fugitive. They tried to assassinate
him twice just for a mail fraud or something like
that. The product is not approved by the FDA
it's healing, it's used all over the world and
people fly or go to Mexico to get cure for cancer.
They're preventing illnesses and 9/11
commission sabotaged because they are the
creators of it. They don't want any case that are
blighting the court houses to ever come to light
and they're hiding behind it.
RM : What is your expertise when it
comes to being able to substantiate the claims
that you are making?
MT : The NLP, neuro-linguistic
programming and hypnotist.
RM : Now where did you get your NLP
training?
MT : Some of it from a gentleman who
actually taught the FBI years ago, some of it
from other sources
RM : Did you get it from an accredited
institution or center of learning?
MT : Yes.
RM : Which one?
MT : I got the hypnotist certificate in
Florida in 2008.
RM : Okay, now when it comes to
looking at schematics, when it comes to
understanding the hertz ratios and audio
frequencies, where do you get your expertise?

all this evidence but I need to validate your
expertise in order to establish that you fully
comprehend what you're reading.
MT : Kay. The mega hertz and all that, I
don't have expertise in physics. Um, I learned
quantum physics through the software but the ...

MT : Well I, we went to classes but they
don't teach you the actual science of it they
teach you how to apply it only. The mega hertz

Judge, um, with him explaining how it's done
and each frequency for each sense, the auditory,
the visual, the, each one is in there, he actually

a second. Are you saying that aliens from outer
space are part of this conspiracy?
MT : They are scape goating aliens to
that control, for political, for war, for political
reasons. These, these military projects and
operations of psyops some (?) are operating on
U.S. soil, but were, were part of the military that
are now evolved into civilian is what I'm saying
that, that these experiments don't stop in the
military, they are now using them as power to
control the people on the civilians.

The skeptics like to say that in jest
whereas the believers will swear to its truth. No
matter which camp you belong to, when it
comes to small claims court matters, you better
believe in Big Brother.
You see, in the growing world of
technology and social media, you must always
be on guard as to what you’re emailing or
posting on the internet. Failure to do so can hurt
your small claims court case. I will elaborate
with a few examples.
Email
One of the easiest ways for an employer
to track an employee’s work conduct is by
monitoring his email account. It’s very simple.
Upon accepting employment, the employee is
assigned an email account with the employer,
and then every email message sent or received
by that employee can be viewed by the
employer.
I have represented several companies
defending small claims court wrongful
dismissal actions. Almost all my clients have
forwarded me every damaging email the suing
employee has ever sent or received. This is
without me asking! What could possibly
constitute a “damaging email”? I had a case
where an employee was using company
emails to court another female employee
during business hours. Needless to say, when
this person got wind of the fact that the
company had these emails, he agreed to drop his

can't even get an attorney. They've all been
sabotaged. The attorney on the class action
case had brain surgery while he was (?)
preparing the complaint. He complained of
migraines and upon information in (?) I last
spoke with him, I went to visit him in Denver
just to see who he was. Married to the D.A. in a
small town in Colorado. He's now disconn... his
phone, he dropped the case, I'm not surprised.
Um, I was, I was threatened that if I ever made
it to the witness chair, on the witness stand, I
would never enjoy the rest of my life. My fam..
you know, all kinds of determine impediments.
Ah, when I told him that, I flew out there, I was
jacketed, it's a CIA terminology to put one
against the other, and he thought I was there to
kill him but I was an agent. Um, so, he sent me
home and then he stayed on the case. The
university, a university in Silicon Valley gave
him, granted us, $15,000 to continue the case.
He came back on the case. Had brain surgery,
migraines or something. His phone is now
disconnected, he dropped the case, and his
website is in Chinese. Where he is we, I don't
know yet, Where he went to or his phone or his
fax machine they don't work right now at this
time, I, I can't reach him. I, so I'm not sure
what's going on. Um, He's very intelligent. He
knew a lot of things. He knew that mood swings
were created by this it's the highest, um,
misdiagnosed illness in America, along with
ADD, ADHD, which is also (?) impairment from
transmissions. Ahh, it's a state of mind. It's
hypnosis. Mind control is all about that.
There's.. I, I, (?) I could tell you stories about
people choking, crib deaths, being framed by
the police department they don't even know that
they're framing people, tampering evidence, it's
all from the mind and, and (?) corporations,
telephone conversations, I can go on and on. It's
just unbelievable and incredible. I just wish I
never knew all this. It's horrible.
RM : If you know all this and it's a
threat to you, your family, your friends and
you've been targeted by every federal agency
going, why are you pursing it?
MT : I had no choice. I have no other ...
RM : Sure you do. You have a choice.
You can just drop it and walk away.
MT : They won't. That's what they want.
They're trying to tell people to have me drop it,
my mother and different people, they're just
always trying to do that. They've... it's. that's a
long story. Um, I'm attacked all the time.
They're taking me down financially. I can't
work. They don't let me keep a job or a house.
Um, they're about to take my car away. They've
already made my family ill. They don't even
believe me. They've turned every one against
me. They've isolated me in the process of the
brain wash to be, so there's no witnesses for
four years. Now I'm trying to go public to save
myself, and it's too late. And they won't stop.
Um, and it's the right thing to do. You know I
can't, know that I know, I won't condone it. I
won't turn the other cheek. There's too many
people dying. The next generation, my nieces
and nephews.. it, it needs to be told. Somebody
has to do it, even if I'm already dead. I already
know, they're already targeting me for cancer
probably. Um, it's too late, I might as well do
something.. religiously, I have to do something
about it, I can't turn the other cheek, cause then
I'm part of the problem.

suit before against the government?
MT : No.
RM : You've never filed anything in the
District of Columbia?
MT : No. But whenever you call 911,
you're picked up in the radar. Whenever you go
to EEOC. you're picked up in the radar.

you're picked up in the radar. If you're a civil

before, it is the same, um, complaint, it's
amended, but one at the Fed-Ex counter, I was
in the process of mailing it, it was taken from the
counter, somebody walked away with it and they
won't release the surveillance tape, so,
somebody got my complaint in their hands and
it's got errors in it that I was transmitted to omit
Donald Rumsfeld from one of the pages. I had to
redo.. I, I re did the complaint and re filed it. I
don't have an attorney, I don't know what to do.
I don't want it, I think it's going to have to go to
appeals. But it's basically the same complaint
within a month or two in July of last month.

MT : Yes. The seventh he dismissed it,
um, and I, I already sent a, a, motion, attorneys

into the Chief Judge desk, it was switched, and
the girl had to go to his desk and switch it to the
correct one with naming names of

followed and I called the Court House, the court
clerk, and I asked them to please make sure that

COMPLAINT
1. Plaintiff, Mireille Torjman hereby
brings this action for injunction relief, damages,
and tort damages, FOIA, and the right of review,
based on personal knowledge and belief, as a
victim and expert witness, to the serious
information provided, as to all other matters, as
to which allegations Plaintiff, without doubt or
delusion, will provide proof, un-refuted
evidence, overwhelming evidentiary support,
witnesses, substantial facts, documents, videos,
records, research, and investigation that exists
and disclosed to the press by NSA on item ¶ 15,
and as follows:
PRELIMINARY STATEMENT
2. This case is about the wiretapping,
surveillance, civil rights violations, privacy,
communications technology, and crimes of
humanity, in use by the Intelligence
Community. With the advanced technology
unknown to most, of shadow network of
surveillance and spying, including, defendants
are, transmitting, storing, tampering, and
blocking or intercepting the content of a
significant portion of the Plaintiff’s phone calls,
emails, instant messaging, text messaging,
Internet, Skype, electronic and wireless
communications, and other communications
harassment, both internationally and domestic,
including Plaintiff’s family and practically
every American, for the past 4 years, beginning
on or about January 2007.
3. Plaintiff’s records will show
communications are intercepted, manipulated,
tampered with, stored, (data mining), harassed,
and impeded. Plaintiff will provide numerous
and countless, emails hijacked, fabricated,
UNREAD, manipulated, deleted, including mail
UPS, facsimile, and internet manipulations,
since 2007. Plaintiff’s numerous impeded
electronic communications with all her service
providers were debilitating to her work and she
had no resolve available from providers who
were unable to detect or correct thesituations.
This includes manufactured emails, phone calls,
and government employee’s unwitting
involvement. In 2008, Plaintiff was also
accused legally of false communications during
her service with Qwest, by using wiretapped
calls and disconnects to create false records
with her utilities company, including
defamation to her character.
On information and belief, Whistle
BlowerKay Griggs, Military wife of former
Chief of Staff Lt. Col, Black-Ops and
underground she called "Secret Societies", was
also harassed, impeded, isolated, by
"COMMUNICATION CHAOS" tactics that she
called mind jabbing ,cut and paste, with
automobile sabotages, upon testifying, as same
with Plaintiff’s various attempts and events.
4. Plaintiff is not delusional and has
provided her records to DOJ in early 2009, with
documents from many other credible sources
and whistle blowers. Plaintiff requests that the

are read with disclosures being made as to her
allegations, injunction relief, various separate
counts, and tort damages throughout. Plaintiff
has demonstrated courage, risked her
reputation, risked her life, and family’s, and has
been threatened, prior to receiving an
anonymous email of the NSA article (below) in
February 2009 and retaliated against. Plaintiff
tried to blow the whistle to the DA late 2007,
and was not aware what NSA was or
government corruption, but knew she had to
report what was going on; as quoted by Mr. Tice
and others; “Statement by NSA, is “THE TIP
OF THE ICEBERG and WIRETAPPING
SURVEILLANCE LOOK LIKE SMALL
POTATOES”. Most recently, Plaintiff was able
to meet with the FBI in early 2010,and provided
some information for investigation by various
FBI analysts. Plaintiff was impeded to testify at
a NY senate hearing in February 2009.
5. Plaintiff is suing defendants to enjoin
their unlawful activities of all electronic
communications, tangible and intangible and all
allegations below and to require the inventory
and destruction of those that have already been
seized., and to obtain appropriate statutory,
actual, and punitive damages, to deter future
illegal activities Plaintiff is also suing for
injunctive relief, personal injury tort and
damages, the right of review, and FOIA records.
JURISDICTION AND VENUE
6. This court has subject matter
jurisdiction over the federal claims pursuant to
28 U.S.C. § 1331, 18 U.S.C. § 2712, and 5
U.S.C. § 702.
7. Plaintiffs are informed, believe and
thereon allege that Defendants have sufficient
contacts with this district generally and, in
particular, with the events herein alleged, that
Defendants are subject to the exercise of
jurisdiction of this court over the person of such
Defendants and that venue is proper in this
judicial district pursuant to 28 U.S.C. § 1391.
8. Plaintiff is informed, believe and
thereon allege that a substantial part of the
events giving rise to the claims herein alleged
occurred in this district jurisdiction, and
Defendants and/or agents of Defendants may be
found in this district, nationally, and
internationally.
PARTIES
9. Plaintiff, Mireille Torjman is an
intelligent native French speaking refugee from
Marrakesh, Morocco. Plaintiff is a divorced
woman of 48 years of age and was an
accountant for 25 years. Plaintiff comes from a
religious background, disciplined and educated,
has spent 25 years in the Philadelphia area,
currently staying in South Florida.
10. Defendant Federal Bureau of
Investigations (FBI) is an agency under the
direction and control of the Department of
Justice and the Pentagon that investigates and
protects the Nation with Programs of CointelPro
joined by CIA operating on U.S. Soil.
11. Defendant Central Intelligence Agency
(CIA) is an agency that protects the Country in
first line of Defense and collects information
that reveals the plans, intentions and capabilities
of our adversaries and provides the basis for
decision and action.
12. Defendant NSA Defendant National
Security Agency (NSA) is an agency under the
direction and control of the Department of
Defense that collects, processes, and
disseminates foreign signals intelligence. It is
responsible for carrying out the Programs
challenged herein.
13. Defendant United States is the United
States of America, its departments, agencies,
and entities. Including DOJ, and
Congresswoman Ginny Browne-Waite as the
current Florida Congress Representative of the
United States, who Plaintiff attempted to warn
on numerous occasions since early 2008 and
Senator Bill Nelson, currently on Florida’s
Intelligence Committee.

23. Plaintiff, in her Florida home, on or about
January 2007, naive and without knowledge of
corruptions, wars, military weapons, or
MKULTRA projects, was comatosed for 72
hours in her room and recruited for
experimental remote mind control
ESPIONAGE, SEXUAL SLAVERY, AND
BEHAVIOR MODIFICATION, (Operation
MHCHAOS-brainwash). Plaintiff’s memory
began to be wiped out daily and corrupted with
new transmissions. Plaintiff ran away
TERRORIZED after being transmitted to start
“THE PROCESS”, over time using the public to
trigger her anchors/transmissions. Plaintiff’s
electronic communications began to be
tampered with and impeded as she began to her
research and attempts to report this corruption
and abuse of powers under the programs.
During Plaintiff’s travels around the world,
Plaintiff was transmitted to keep daily copious
notes of her torture for her feedback. Plaintiff
was attacked daily in International Airways and
for no reason by UNREALIZED, innocent,
unwitting public of children, doctors, lawyers,
animals, insects, until her recent visit at the
local FBI to whistle blow these activities again.
Plaintiff was held hostage in a food
establishment in Nice when on her way to
whistle blow the information to other
embassies. Plaintiff had crimes committed
against her to keep her homeless and hijacked
her house contents numerous times to sabotage
her life and impede her work and falsely
detained upon each attempt to report this. After
already having been to the local FBI offices
with this surveillance information, in 1996,
Plaintiff was told “they were already on it”
Plaintiff was terminated from her job the next
morning and chased down the turnpike to deter
her until 2007. Plaintiff was transmitted to send
a letter to FBI Director Mueller, demanding to
cease and invert her family in May of 2008 and
was informed that it was too late as they had
already “gotten to him” and she would never be
believed. Plaintiff, upon warnings and threats,
and family attacks, and brainwash, to stop her,
was informed of, and demonstrated a doomed
life called “obstacles, mishaps, or bad luck” in
their cult or “process”. One year later in
February 2009, someone unknown sent Plaintiff
an email of the Russell Tice article and Plaintiff
IMMEDIATELY drove to DC in April 2009 to
talk with DOJ Officials and their Attorneys.
Plaintiff’s various computers and car batteries,
zapped en route to DC, constant power outages
and car damages. Plaintiff’s “communication
chaos” using NSA transmissions to the
unwitting public were used to sabotage her life,
against her, and including her own Family
isolating her into a remote cult of intelligence
with physical events called brainwash. In
January 2010 Plaintiff was told her
surveillance/spying recordings could be sold
overseas and that the FBI had joined forces with
the Shadow Government to suppress her further
and blaming the FBI. Plaintiff’s “process”
resembled what she found on u-tube in the 911
brainwashing process to the public of Weapons
of Mass Destruction (the opposite of most news
reports). Media showing Halloween letters of
“TERROR” across our screens on 9/11/01, to
induce fear unwittingly, on the public, and
remarks of disgust from foreigners on our media
and culture were made. Plaintiff was to obey
their commands as robots, and was jacketed
(one against the other with people) and kept
isolated during the 4 year “process” coupled
with threats, family, accidents, psychological
and physical harm, numerous illnesses,
sabotage, bribes, and blackmail. Plaintiff was
informed how and when she and America were
mind controlled since her arrival in 1971 and
was able to confirm these discoveries during the
“process”. Plaintiff was, and is transmitted that
they will stop if she does, and realizes today that
was not true.

practitioner to protect herself and attempt to de-
program. Plaintiff was intercepted by this
HAARP and NSA’s SIG-INT Satellites, thus
became a certified hypnotist trained in NLP

24. In her travels, Plaintiff witnessed
these transmissions used in Israel, Australia,
England, and most European Countries, and
was further impeded when attempting to whistle
blow the nefarious uses and crimes of humanity
by our CIA, to the embassies. Plaintiff will
show documents and/or connections to
MAFIOSO, KGB, and AL Qaeda, within the
CIA, as with DONALD RUMSFELD and his

Chase, Black Budgets, and Nikola Tesla 1940).
Plaintiff will reveal how scary the power of
these people and these invisible weapons of
technology are, and our utmost threat, involving
every life. Plaintiff will reveal that media
coverage or focus on Nuclear weapons and
torture of Guantanamo are shifted by
manipulation and dumbing us down. Plaintiff
motions the court to compel, the safety of “WE

25. Plaintiff was informed that 911

but with no real fears or threats from Bin Laden
(yet) until provoked.

contacting Senator Ted Kennedy for assistance,
he became unavailable with Cancer. Today FBI
reports he had been threatened. When Plaintiff
agreed to testify anonymously, at a NY senate
hearing scheduled out for February 2009 with
Senator Eric Adams, he was delayed with a
“busy” nation in transition, until his second
home caught fire and the hearing never
occurred. Plaintiff interviewed many
individuals complaining of hearing the tuning in
of these satellites in small towns and CIA agents
abandoned on the job in Italy and other
Countries upon retirement, leaving them
unaware and misinformed. Plaintiff had
numerous impediments of busy delays from
everyone she contacted daily to block her and

Hollywood victims over the years along with

26. Under the disguise of
SURVEILLANCE, some aspects of the
Programs of MKULTRA were publicly
acknowledged by President Clinton with partial
apologies on October 3, 1995 as past tense and
not being done currently to down play their

victims, and the latest FT Hood Mind Control

sabotage and impediments, Electronic Stalking,
Slander, including Internet Communications,
censored and continuously intercepted from
blogging, blocked her searches for attorneys,
blocked her web site from google others cannot
view except her, with Google’s Access Portals
and/or passwords. Plaintiff wrote to Google to
let them know what was going on behind the
scenes with remote viewing Americans
INCLUDING most CORPORATIONS,
password access, and covert data-mining for
purposes, in SG3 dating back prior to 911 (EFF
v Google Street-view). DOD’s ELF transmitters
were already in full scale by 1981 in Australia
and Africa, followed by additional superior

for Spying predominantly on CIVILIAN

with other Countries and Embassies, HAARP is
used for Earth and human manipulations. (Jerry

CONSPIRACY” 1998) The “Method of
Inducing Mental Emotional and Physical States
in Human Beings” was patented for the CIA in
Virginia in 1993. Each zapped transmission or
hallucination is extremely harmful and
polluting as it is costly. Plaintiff has knowledge
why black budgets are not held to higher
accountability, the public slowly sickened and
killed selectively with social security funds, and
the missing $125 Billion on Iraqi
Reconstruction fraud and the U.S. Army in
February 2009.
33. These projects of CointelPro,
Psyops experiments for drones, and
Surveillance/spying have continued covertly to
develop weapons that were first patented by
Russia and China. Since the 1950’s, first
revealed to the public were the Alien UFO
Projects, and the subliminal cravings of coca
cola, movies and pop corn. Shortly thereafter as
technology advanced, mass control continued to
this day nefariously against all Americans,
called NSA transmissions today. This created
and induced IMMORAL dysfunctional corrupt
and synthetic unhealthy culture. Since 1974
under the Pentagon, DOD funded the ELF radio
broadcasting in conjunction with hypnotic
control and prior to that Doctors Bill Nelson and
Tom Beardon had their own patents at NASA on
Medicinal Energy and Biofeedback, already in
use in other Countries with the same remote
scalar waves and frequencies. (Apollo and
Whistleblowers second craft 11, shadowing

Furthermore, under DOD, Combat
Zones That See, or CTS, project of the United
States Defense Advanced Research Projects
Agency (DARPA-1957) whose goal was to
"track everything that moves" in a city by
linking up a massive network of surveillance
cameras to a centralized computer system.
(Russell Tice called Spy Apparatus.) Artificial
intelligence software will then identify and
track all movement throughout the city. In 1958,
immediately after Sputnick, DARPA began to
secure our space and airways with these
Directed Energy Weapons. (Project AGILE-
1966 Pentagon meeting).
In an undisclosed report dated March 9,
2005, eight more projects with strategic thrusts
included Bio-Revolution, DIRECTED
ENERGY, and Urban Operation of sensors on
the existing Airborne Video Surveillance, all
under the Iraq theory, also data mining all
information from the Human. CTS is described
by DARPA as intended for use in combat zones,
to deter enemy attacks on American troops and
to identify and track enemy combatants who
launch attacks against American soldiers, under
Martial Law for a Police State and to legalize
Fascism. DARPA’s current Projects, XG,
Robotic assured Military communication,
CALO; Cognitive Impairment forced, speech,
ADDHD, and Optical), and Silent Talk; A
planned program attempting to identify EEG
patterns for words and transmit these for covert
communications. Telepathy were part of the
tests the Plaintiff was sent for, including
warming her blood without the Doctor’s
consent and was checked for Immune Systems
without cause (ELF disease),and her eyes
physically taken over by an MRI, unexplained
by Director (optic pattern, DNA, and more).
This computer-mediated telepathy allows user-
to-user communication through analysis of
neural signals. The research aims to detect and
analyze the word-specific neural signals, using
EEG, which occur before speech is vocalized,
and to see if the patterns are generalizable. As of
2009 the research is focused on military uses.
Plaintiff, an unwitting guinea pig of these
programs went for UN-Necessary tests.
Plaintiff’s hair has not grown since 1996, with
induced rapid loss, a skin condition from the
blood unknown to the doctors. (Leukemia) In
addition, since 1962, ARPA initiated the Office
of Information Processing Technique and
Behavior Sciences for Artificial Intelligence,
Command and Control, known today as
Behavior Modification or BRAINWASH for
army combat purposes.

41. These are unconstitutional programs
under Cointelpro divisions (Operation Mind
Control and DIA Remote Viewing experiments
and NSA transmissions under electronics
communications) as described to include
Monarch-The New Phoenix Program,
MKULTRA (Constantine-Virtual Government,
CIA Mind Control Operations in America,
1997), Project Philadelphia, Echelon, Clear
eyes, Mockingbird media), and Military
Pandora’s Box, Voice of GOD, Operation
Northwoods (creating wars), Project Stargate
and Spacestar, (CIA Psychic Remote Viewing
and FBI Virtual Project, 1996 respectively),
Project Paperclip (Space Medicine), Project
Hybrid Insects HI-MEMS, Polar Bears, along
with many others), and include corruption
crimes of abusive powers.
42. Plaintiff is suffering from the
violations of her constitutional rights, and
privacy acts, (US code 5, and 18) at the hands
of, the direction of, or with the knowledge of,
Defendants. Defendants in concert with other
Intelligence agencies and/or service providers,
and means are set forth in paragraphs below).
43. January 2003, the NSA designed
and implemented a program “THE
DRAGNET” in collaboration with AT&T to
build a surveillance operation at AT&T’s
Folsom Street Facility, inside a secret room
known as the “SG3 Secure Room”. In February
2003, the “Splitter Cabinet” split diverting to
and from Qwest, XO, PAIX, Allegiance, and
many more Service Providers at the SG3
Location. (EFF v VERIZON)
44. As some “X or zero” files kept
covertly in Silicon Valley and NSA and “Data
Mining” with SIG-INT Satellites used as the
scapegoat of illegal covert spying of 50 years,
making it legal. Plaintiff received
communication through Qwest and T-Mobile,
and many other carriers that were tampered
with, Plaintiff found her computer files wiped
out for over one year (2007-2008 of all her
Government research and email
communications to the public, since she began
attempts for help, and notified Qwest of the
activities behind the scenes as they had found
them undetectable. Plaintiff’s communications
verbally and electronically, including
facsimiles, muting one party in conversation to
sabotage meaning, emails were intercepted and
manipulated, as destroyed documents, videos,
and photographs, preventing the reporting her
story and the torture and abuse to non-
conspiring authorities and individuals.
45. Defendant’s daily tortures are being
done without judicial, statutory, or other lawful
authorization, in violate on of statutory and
constitutional limitations, and in excess of
statutory and constitutional authority.
46. Defendants’ daily tortures are being
done without probable cause or reasonable
suspicion to believe that Plaintiff has committed
or are about to commit any crime or engage in
any terrorist activity, or is of foreign powers or
agents thereof and these activities are crimes of
humanity.
47. Defendants’ daily tortures are with
intent and malice, are being done without any
reason to believe that the information is relevant
to an authorized criminal investigation or to an
authorized investigation to protect against
international terrorism or clandestine
intelligence activities.

abetted, counseled, commanded, induced or

49. On information and belief,
Defendants will continue to directly target the
Plaintiff and the Public and/or will continue to
aid, abet, counsel, command, induce or procure
that conduct. (Mind Control and the American
Government; “Prevailing Winds” 1994) Since
Tesla’s Directed Energy Weapons were invented
and launched or picked up by The Pentagon’s
covert ops, The United States unlike the rest of
the Globe, rapidly began down a culture of
Cancer, CIA drugs, corruptions, crimes (another
experiment in 1968 on crimes in major cities
hidden behind LSD, as aliens) paranoia,
immoral behaviors, AIDS, ANTHRAX, obesity,
sicker Americans, division, Trash TV and
education, paranormal phenomenon, and a
greater necessity of guinea pigs for technology
experimentation, followed by power,
corruptions, terrorizing and harassing anyone
they chose covertly on the streets without
accountability and justice and without
knowledge of a dictatorship or executive order.
50. Plaintiff seeks costs, legal fees, and
damages applicable by law with protective
measures for all COUNTS. Plaintiff was
represented under a class suit, before
transmissions sabotaged the attorney and his
contact information has been disconnected and
tampered with. On information and belief, the
former attorney may have had brain surgery
from Migraines while preparing the Complaint
granted by and San Francisco University, after
my visit, to Denver in July of 2008. Counsel
may be abroad at this time.
BACKGROUND
14. Counter Intelligence Program was a series
of covert, and often illegal, projects conducted
by the United States Federal Bureau of
Investigation (FBI) aimed at investigating and
disrupting dissident political organizations
within the United States. The FBI used covert
operations from its inception; however formal
COINTELPRO operations took place between
1956 and 1971. The FBI's stated motivation at
the time was "protecting national security,
preventing violence, and maintaining the
existing social and political order." According to
FBI records, 85% of Cointelpro resources were
expended on infiltrating, disrupting,
marginalizing, and/or subverting groups
suspected of being subversive, such as
communist and socialist organizations; the
women's rights movement; militant black
nationalist groups, and the non-violent civil
rights movement, including individuals such as
Martin Luther King, Jr. and others associated
with the Southern Christian Leadership
Conference, the National Association for the
Advancement of Colored People, the Congress
of Racial Equality, the American Indian
Movement, and other civil rights groups; a
broad range of organizations labeled "New
Left", including Students for a Democratic
Society, the National Lawyers Guild, the
Weathermen, almost all groups protesting the
Vietnam War, and even individual student
demonstrators with no group affiliation; and
nationalist groups such as those "seeking
independence for Puerto Rico." The other 15%
of Cointelpro resources were expended to
marginalize and subvert "white hate groups,"
including the Ku Klux Klan and National States'
Rights Party. The directives governing
Cointelpro were issued by FBI Director J. Edgar
Hoover, who ordered FBI agents to "expose,
disrupt, misdirect, discredit, or otherwise
neutralize" the activities of these movements
and their leaders. Hoover disclosed how horrific
these weapons were thus, hard to believe.
MKULTRA mind control experiments began at
the end of WWII and then became public in the
1970’s, however imperfectly, and went ‘black”
again because of Senate hearings, but these
experiments have continued to this day. The
only reason that MKULTRA was ever brought
into the light of day was that a dissident group
stole government documents and released them
to the press, which initially refused to publish
them. The MKULTRA archive was destroyed
because of the seriousness of the crimes
perpetrated by the intelligence communities. If
it became public knowledge that the intelligence
agencies had allowed Nazi war criminals to
experiment upon American citizens, including
children, and then replicated these techniques
themselves, the damage to their reputation
could never be undone. The only aspects of CIA
criminal activity in general, or MKULTRA in
particular, that the intelligence community ever
admitted to were the ones that were already
public, or details that had very little to do with
the current capabilities of mind control weapons
and techniques. Microwave weapons and
remote influence of the Human Central Nervous
System are the crown jewels of the intelligence
community. The DEFENDER and AGILE
Programs formed the foundation of DARPA
sensor, surveillance, spying, and directed
energy R&D, particularly in the study of radar,
infrared sensing, and x-ray/gamma ray
detection. During the late 1960s, with the
transfer of these mature programs to the
Services, ARPA redefined its role and
concentrated on a diverse set of relatively small,
essentially exploratory research programs. The
Agency was renamed the Defense Advanced
Research Projects Agency (DARPA) in 1972,
and during the early 1970s, it emphasized direct
energy programs, information processing, and
tactical technologies.
Today we know we have had the
Technology as warfare and/or medicine,
coupled with the Conspiracy theories of
HAARP, (Dr. Hubertus Strughold, space
medicine-project paperclip-The Jewish
Telegraphic Agency 1995; “Dark Moon; Apollo
and Whistleblowers Second craft 11, shadowing
Apollo 13” and technical difficulties with no
witnesses returned. Issues of Mind Control

Nyhetsspeilet.no with 50 year old technology
from our government being disclosed as new,
have consistently been deceiving the public,
intentionally and with malice, while mapping
out a grid across the Country. DUPLICITOUS

and INDUCED manipulations of grave mass
control escalations have been documented and
quashed over the decades. MKULTRA
Experiments for Behavior Modification using
the public as pawns for war, also became
corrupted for tax gains and global domination,
with massive funding to LEAA Law
Enforcements while Crimes were induced in
major cities in 1968 alone by 50% (FBI,
Newsweek reports). Unwitting citizens blighted
the courts with lawsuits, prisons and Hospitals
in this Country with complaints of mind control
that the Media refused to cover. This erupted
suddenly and massively over one year and
remote viewing was used for entrapment and
hallucinations for bearing false witness. Today
this continues is still uncovered by media with
false statistics and disinformation fanned
unwittingly by the media (Project Mockingbird
and Spying). A dysfunctional America
engineered at the hands of its own secret
government. Forty years later the COURTS are
blighted with cases of civil/privacy rights, War,
torture, and Technology combined if we don’t
stop them with so many warning for
AMERICANS TO WAKE UP. An agenda for
larger government, and world domination, with
CONGRESS spinning their wheels; instead of
meeting once a year as intended in the
Constitution, and invisible weapons to help
hijacked this country since a 1910 secret
meeting on Jekyll Island to create a blank check
for “The Federal Reserve”. (Church Committee
1970 called NSA transmissions today) Most
people are not ready to handle this kind of
information.
CHURCH COMMITTEE Reports:By
the early years of the 1970s, the unpopularity of
the Vietnam War and the unfolding Watergate
scandal brought the era of minimal oversight to
an abrupt halt. Congress was determined to rein
in the Nixon administration and to ascertain the
extent to which the nation's intelligence
agencies had been involved in questionable, if
not outright illegal, activities.A series of
troubling revelations started to appear in the
press concerning intelligence activities. First
came the revelations of Christopher Pyle in
January 1970 of thThese revelations convinced
many Senators and Representatives that the
Congress itself had been too lax, trusting, and
naive in carrying out its oversight
responsibilities.The Church Committee learned
that beginning in the 1950s; the CIA and FBI
intercepted, opened and photographed more
than 215,000 pieces of mail by the time the
program called "HT Lingual" was shut down in
1973. This program was all done under the
"mail covers" program. A mail cover is when
the government records without a warrant or
notification all information on the outside of an
envelope or package, including the name of the
sender and the recipient. The Church report
found that the CIA was zealous about keeping
the Postal Service from learning that mail was
being opened by government agents. CIA
agents moved mail to a private room to open the
mail or in some cases opened envelopes at night
after stuffing them in briefcases or coat pockets
to deceive postal officials.

On April 1, 1976, Attorney General Levi
announced the establishment of a special review
committee within the Department of Justice to
notify COINTELPRO victims that they were
the subjects of FBI activities directed against
them. Notification will be made "in those
instances where the specific COINTELPRO
activity was improper, actual harm may have
occurred, and the subjects are not already aware
that they were the targets of COINTELPRO
activities." 315 Further, the Department will
have acknowledged -- finally -- that
COINTELPRO was wrong. Official repudiation
of the programs is long overdue. (Wiretapping
began with Hoover in 1940)The American
people need to be assured that never again will
an agency of the government be permitted to
conduct a secret war against those citizens it
considers threats to the established order. Only
a combination of legislative prohibition and
Departmental control can guarantee that
COINTELPRO will not happen again. The
notification program is an auspicious beginning.
This “rough, tough, dirty business” included
infiltration of political groups, psychological
warfare, legal harassment, and extralegal force
and violence. “The FBI and police threatened,
instigated and conducted break-ins, vandalism,
assaults, and beatings. The object was to
frighten dissidents and disrupt their
movements,” write Mike Cassidy and Will
Miller. “They used secret and systematic
methods of fraud and force, far beyond mere
surveillance, to sabotage constitutionally
protected political activity. The purpose of the
program was, in FBI Director J. Edgar Hoover’s
own words, to ‘expose, disrupt, misdirect,
discredit and otherwise neutralize’ specific
groups and individuals.”After the Church
Committee exposed COINTELPRO, the
government claimed it had dismantled the
program. However, in the 1980s, the Reagan
administration legalized the tactics by signing
Executive Order 12333.“There is every reason
to believe that even what was not legalized is
still going on as well. Lest we forget, Lt. Col.
Oliver North funded and orchestrated from the
White House basement break-ins and other
‘dirty tricks’ to defeat congressional critics of
U.S. policy in Central America and to neutralize
grassroots protest. Special Prosecutor Walsh
found evidence that North and Richard Secord
(architect of the 1960s covert actions in
Cambodia) used Iran-Contra funds to harass the
Christic Institute, a church-funded public
interest group specializing in exposing
government misconduct,” Cassidy and Miller
continue.In addition, North worked with FEMA
to develop contingency plans for suspending the
Constitution, establishing martial law, and
holding political dissidents in concentration
camps. Since the false flag attacks of September
11, 2001, the government has worked
incessantly to fine tune plans to impose martial
law. It has also worked to federalize and
militarized law enforcement around the country.
Brian Glick (War at Home) argues that
COINTELPRO is a permanent feature of the
government. “The record of the past 50 years
reveals a pattern of continuous domestic covert
action,” Glick wrote in the 1990s. “Its use has
been documented in each of the last nine
administrations, Democratic as well as
Republican. FBI testimony shows
‘COINTELPRO tactics’ already in full swing
during the presidencies of Democrats Franklin
Delano Roosevelt and Harry Truman.
COINTELPRO itself, while initiated under
Eisenhower, grew from one program to six
under the Democratic administrations of
Kennedy and Johnson… After COINTELPRO
was exposed [by the Church Committee],
similar programs continued under other names
during the Carter years as well as under Nixon,
Ford, and Reagan. They have outlived J. Edgar
Hoover and remained in place under all of his
successors.”

18. The CIA and the cult of intelligence
(1974) Reviewed by James R MacLean on
2007-04-09. Incompetence leads to Monstrosity
Marchetti's expose of the CIA was published on
the EVE OF THE CHURCH COMMISSION,
at a moment when domestic outrage at the
culture of duplicity and domestic interference
had reached its peak. Since that time, successful
public relations have greatly enhanced the
image of intelligence services. Marchetti's
thesis is that, contrary to widespread public
belief,the USA was not locked in an existential
struggle with Soviet or Chinese subversion, and
never really was. Soviet intelligence utterly
surpassed the CIA in effectiveness, initiative,
and recruitment of allied agents abroad. In fact,
the CIA was effective only against 3rd world
intelligence organizations, and there,
spectacularly so. This extreme Soviet edge in
espionage was more than offset by the superior
resources of the conventional Western militaries
and the impossibility of waging a direct
confrontation owing to the nuclear stalemate.
Worse, this advantage was not seriously
mitigated by the abundance of high-tech
gadgets, such as satellites; such tools merely
facilitated the collection of large amounts of
raw data, with virtually no practical usefulness.
Far from rendering the US intelligence
community harmless, however, it made the
agency focus on a campaign against 3rd world
allies, and ultimately, against the US
population. The CIA tried its hand at WAGING
SECRET WARS in Latin America, Southeast
Asia, and Africa; it developed a vast group of
businesses to serve as cover for illicit shipping
and arms supplies; and it became utterly
habituated to corrupting legislators in the Free
World. The CIA became an eager tool for an
unaccountable executive branch, provided that
the executive had a flair for covert action; and it
tended to create an echo chamber of self-
deception that threatened the entire national
security establishment. At the very top of its list
of priorities was the urgent need to defend its
mission publicly, and validate its immense
budget. Marchetti spends a modest amount of
time discussing the inability of the CIA to
confront the Soviet KGB. When he mentions it,
he avers the KGB and its allied bureaux are
indeed odious, but also defensive--by necessity.
He dwells in somewhat greater detail on the
CIA's structure and specialized fields of
performance. He includes a broad-brush
description of the overall US intelligence
community, before turning to an analysis of the
separate divisions and their respective behavior.
This included covert operations (such as the
Bay of Pigs invasion), proprietaries (such as
Interarmco and Air America), propaganda and
disinformation, and espionage /
counterespionage. In all of these enterprises, the
same motivation prevails: the CIA seeks self-
perpetuation and influence WITHIN the
Western world, but lacks will or ability to
seriously combat the Soviets. Towards the end,
he discusses the increasing tendency of the CIA
to interfere in regular US politics, chiefly to
ingratiate itself with the president.
Marchetti's criticisms of the intelligence
community were surprisingly mild.I should
mention in passing that his book had about 170
or so passages deleted by court order; the CIA
had earlier demanded well in excess of 300, and
the court awarded it half of what it demanded.
Some of the deletions are downright silly (as
where it refers to a base in [DELETED] granted
by Haile Selassie!), and elsewhere I was
amused to observe the most numerous deletions
in the part dealing with funding appropriations.
The extreme secrecy of the intelligence
community with respect to funding has greatly
intensified since this book was published, and
usually the motivation is quite obviously to
conceal how much money these agencies
actually waste. However, Marchetti concludes
that the CIA is essentially past reform, useless,
and so incompetent at its mission as to have
become narrowly focused on extorting billions
from the nation.

Scalar War would involve a psychoenergetics
attack on the operators of the enemy scalar
installation, entraining their minds into
hypnogogic trance and getting them to shut
down their systems. And ultimately
psychoenergetic warfare goes to the very heart
of human identity itself. For if my thoughts
might no longer be "mine," then who and what
am I? Can my very sense of being "me" be
hijacked by some nefarious psychoenergetic
scheme? One paper to begin with is “Mind

Transductions” This is such serious stuff that
Bearden includes a strong warning about misuse

Brain manipulation from a
distance-2001-2002
Last year, in October, the Congressman
Dennis J. Kucinich introduced in the American
Congress a bill, obliging the American president
to get engaged in the negotiations aimed at the
ban of space based weapons. In this bill the
definition of a weapon system includes: any
other unacknowledged or as yet undeveloped
means inflicting death or injury on, or damaging
or destroying, a person (or the biological life,
bodily health, mental health, or physical and
economic well-being of a person) through the
use of land-based, sea-based, or space-based
systems using radiation, electromagnetic,
psychotronic, sonic, laser, or other energies
directed at individual persons or targeted
populations or the purpose of information war,
mood management, or mind control of such
persons or populations" (12). As in all
legislative acts quoted in this article the bill
counts with sound, light or electromagnetic
stimulation of human brain. Psychotronic
weapons remain, at least for a layman
uninformed of secret military research, in the
sphere of science fiction, since so far none of
the published scientific experiments was
presented in the way which would allow for its
replication. That it is feasible to manipulate
human behavior with the use of subliminal,
either sound or visual, messages is now
generally known. This is why in most of the
countries the use of such technologies, without
consent of the user, is banned. Devices using
light for the stimulation of the brain show
another way how the light flashing in certain
frequencies could be used for the manipulation
of human psychic life. As for the sound, a report
on the device transmitting a beam of sound
waves, which can hear only persons at whom
the beam of sound waves is targeted, appeared
last year in the world newspapers. The beam is
formed by a combination of sound and
ultrasound waves which causes that a person
targeted by this beam hears the sound inside of
his head. Such a perception could easily
convince the human being that it is mentally ill.
The acts presented in this article suggest that
with the development of technology and
knowledge of the functioning of human brain
new ways of manipulation of human mind keep
emerging. One of them seems to be the
electromagnetic energy. Though in the open
scientific literature only some 30 experiments
were published, supporting this assumption
(1),(2), already in 1974, in the USSR, after
successful testing with military unit in
Novosibirsk, the installation Radioson
(Radiosleep) was registered with the
Government Committee on the Matters of
Inventions and Discoveries of the USSR,
described as a method of induction of sleep by
means of radio waves (3), (4), (5)…
22. DearSenator-Attorney Letter
included: We seek your office’s assistance in
initiating hearings and a fact-finding
congressional inquiry into the government
agencies and/or private companies that are
targeting citizens. Many citizens are desperate
to be freed from the disturbing, intrusive and
oppressive targeting.
Evidence supports the conclusion that
weapons exist that could be used against
individuals, based on U.S. Patent and
Trademark Office filings, public releases by
agencies, and other technologies that indicate
the level of technological sophistication. The
weapons are believed to be based on
electromagnetism, microwaves, sonic waves,
lasers and other types of directed energy, and
were characterized as “psychotronic” in Rep.
Dennis Kucinich’s draft of House Resolution
2977, the Space Preservation Act of 2001.
Furthermore, it is undeniable that government
agencies have tested citizens without
permission in the past; for example, the CIA’s
human experimentation discussed in Orlikow v.
U.S., 682 F.Supp. 77 (D.D.C. 1988), secretly
administered lysergic acid diethylamide
discussed in United States v. Stanley, 483 U.S.
669 (1987), and military chemical
experimentation as discussed in Congressional
Committee Report 103-97, 103d Congress, 2d
Session, S. Prt. 103-97 (Dec. 8, 1994). Lastly,
the sheer numbers of people complaining of
being targeted, including people with post-
graduate degrees and a lifetime of
achievements, and the similarities in symptoms
tend to outweigh a dismissive response based on
charges of anecdotal evidence or group
paranoia. There is a certain risk of sounding too
conspiratorial, however, common denominators
such as physical symptoms and medical reports,
surveillance scenarios, harassment techniques,
and more can be readily established.
CIA Richard Barlow’s SSP case
involved four administrations: Reagan, George
H.W. Bush, Clinton, and George W. Bush. The
case involved both parties; Democrats &
Republicans. When I contacted Mr. Barlow and
asked for his view on the troubling trend by the
media and Congress in packaging SSP related
information to mislead the public and destroy
any chance of reform, this is what he had to say:

"Long before the Congress even begins to
address issues relating to the use of SSP in court
cases involving private charities, foreigners,
suspected terrorists, or any private parties, it
clearly needs to first address the use of SSP by
the Executive Branch to conceal crimes, abuses,
or fraud by the Executive Branch against the
Congress itself or against federal intelligence
officers or other federal employees [who] are
the victims, and especially when it involves
issues [of] Congress being lied to or willfully
misled regarding intelligence information. ”He
then added the following: "The media must go
further than merely reporting the actions and
inactions of CONGRESS and the COURTS: we
need investigative reporting on why the
Congress has failed to address cover-ups of
illegal activity by the Executive Branch and
what Members of Congress are responsible for
this abdication of Constitutional responsibility,
particularly if Obama continues to break his
campaign promises on SSP and follow in the
footsteps of Bush on this and other national
security matters.
ALLEGATIONS and VIOLATIONS
51. Pursuant to Federal Rules of Civil
Procedure, Title 5, 22, 42, 142, 18, 18a, and 50,
Plaintiff Mireille Torjman brings this action on
behalf of herself, and to attest to her family and
the public’s victimization, unwittingly and/or

programs and projects with malice and violated

Injunction against illegal communications in all
counts. Plaintiff is tortured daily and demands
interception of communication transmissions to
cease and desist immediately.
Whenever it shall appear that any person
is engaged or is about to engage in any act
which constitutes or will constitute a felony
violation of this chapter, the Attorney General
may initiate a civil action in a district court of
the United States to enjoin such violation. The
court shall proceed as soon as practicable to the
hearing and determination of such an action,
and may, at any time before final determination,
enter such a restraining order or prohibition, or
take such other action, as is warranted to
prevent a continuing and substantial injury to
the United States or to any person or class of
persons for whose protection the action is
brought. A proceeding under this section is
governed by the Federal Rules of Civil
Procedure, except that, if an indictment has
been returned against the respondent, discovery
is governed by the Federal Rules of Criminal
Procedure
255. Pursuant to 18 U.S.C. § 2520,

(a) Statutory damages of which ever
is the greater of $100.00 a day for each day of
violation or $10,000.00;

E. Award Plaintiff equitable relief,
including without limitation, a preliminary and
permanent injunction pursuant to the Fifth and
Thirteenth Amendments to the United States
Constitution prohibiting Defendants’ continued
use of the Programs, and a preliminary and
permanent injunction pursuant to the Fourth
Amendment requiring Defendants to provide to
Plaintiff an inventory of their communications,
records, or other information that was seized in
violation of the Fourth Amendment, and further
requiring the destruction of all copies of those
communications, records, or other information
within the possession, custody, or control of
Defendants.
F. WHEREFORE, Plaintiff prays that
this Court:
(1) declare that Defendants’ refusal to
disclose the information and documents
requested by Plaintiff is unlawful;

requested information and documents available
to Plaintiff;

panicked and shot a customer in the bar, a
SWAT team fatally shot him, the San Jose police
found copies of the letters written to the

on US Soldiers by their government, and
according to FSB files was a “research
specialty” of Major Hasan’s. One was one
called Radio Hypnotic Intracerebral Control
Electronic Dissolution of Memory (RHIC-
EDOM). Pioneered for the US Military in the
1960’s, New York University Professor J.
Anthony Deutsch: “Indicated that the mind is a
transmitter and if too much information is
received, like too many vehicles on a crowded
freeway, the brain ceases to transmit. The
Professor indicated that an excess of acetyl
choline in the brain can interfere with the
memory process and control. He indicated
excess amounts of acetyl choline can be
artificially produced, through both the
administration of drugsor through the use of
radio waves. The process is called Electronic
Dissolution of Memory (EDOM). The memory
transmission can be stopped for as long as the
radio signal continues.”. The NSA combines
hypnosis and thought labels to interrogate
peoplewithout the subject being aware of it.
"How can hypnosis be used?" you might ask.
The subconscious mind operates at a speed of
about 1200 to 1400 words per minute. This is
many times faster than the conscious mind that
operates at 250 to 450 WPM (words per
minute). The posthypnotic script can be spoken
at fast conversational speed approximately 250
WPM and a recorder or a computer speeds up
the message up to approximately 1200 to 1400
WPM. Remember what happens when you play
a 33 rpm record at 78 rpm? The resulting voice
sound like the old American cartoon characters
the Chipmunks. This is only slightly past
doubling (2X) the delivery speed. At speeds as
high as 1400 WPM, the voices would sound like
a high pitched chattering whine. Remember
when the words "Drink Coca Cola" were
written on one frame of a movie in a theatre
back in the 1960s? The frame rate in movies is
played at 30 frames/second. At 1/30th of a
second the conscious mind could not recognize
the message but the subconscious mind could
read it clearly. The audience increased their
Coca-Cola consumption by 65% that night
resulting in the Federal Government prohibiting
subliminal advertising. The following probable
reasons for not achieving a higher percentage of
subliminal delivery effectiveness (> 65%) are
described as follows. In that 1/30th of a second
some people were blinking, some people were
looking around the theatre, looking at spouses,
children, candy, popcorn, etc. or they had
sufficiently poor eyesight that they could watch
the movie but could not distinguish the small
writing clearly. In the early years of this
technology, the NSA originally recorded a
spoken posthypnotic suggestion message into a
tape deck and sped it up by speeding up the
tape. This process was labor intensive, required
each officer to have excellent diction and
mastery of the language and dialect required,
and was of poor quality due to background
noise and the delay in timing during recording
and processing. It also required extensive
training to assure that each officer spoke at the
same rate of speed so that the resulting "sped-
up" script was delivered at the correct speed.
Now computers are used to append digitized
samples of optimized, ideal phonemes together
to form words and the words are sped-up to the
correct delivery speed. Where dialects are
present, a different set of base phonemes is
used. Currently, to optimize efficiency and
accommodate the variety of languages on the
planet, phonetic elements from each language
and distinct dialect are sampled, digitally edited
to optimize them, and appended during delivery
to form words and words arranged to make

sentences in the from of scripts that resemble
hypnotic suggestions. The empty space between
words is minimized and pitch rise is compressed
and filtered. Repetitive sine waves are also
removed from the phonetic element's acoustic
wave train thus reducing the actual number of
sine waves making up a word by 50% or more.
This reduces the actual length of the time it
takes the phoneme to be delivered prior to
accelerating (speeding-up) the delivery (like
fast forward). This helps the message to be
played at higher speeds and reduces the
subject's ability to recognize it as accelerated
speech. The technique of using optimized
digitally sampled and edited phonemes
appended together to for words and then
sentences structured as hypnotic suggestions
can be termed "computer simulated
subconscious speech language".

individuals, systems, equipment, or signals that
can be exploited. Additional applications
include misinformation dissemination,
confusing and confounding leaders during
critical decision moments, distorting
significance of various facts to sway decisions
and actions in US favor, behavioral
modification of foreign spies to betray their
loyalties, self initiated executions (suicides).
3.3. Behavior Modification and
Accelerated Resocialization:

MOTION FOR RELIEF FROM
JUDGMENT
PLAINTIFF, Mireille Torjman, hereby
requests that this Court relieve the Order and
reconsider its Dismissal regarding the
Complaint of above said case 10-cv-01211, on
July 20, 2010 as per Federal Rule 60. Plaintiff
requested right of review, and needs to correct,
and to prevent manifest injustice, and much
worse being blocked from exposing long
overdue corruptions affecting everyone.
1. PLAINTIFF with the nature of this
case, a monumental noble task, and being pro
se, did make claims to be determined by the
jury on each count, punitive damages with
physical and psychological harm too great to
tolerate, and a claim for $3,500,00.00 (pg 74),
and a cause of action.
2. PLAINTIFF did not focus
complaint on monetary award, but on
preventing Government crimes and harassment
against humanity. Plaintiff offered to testify,
proof, witnesses, and is risking her life. (pg 18-
22) Assassinations, Sharon, Rumsfeld,
Kennedy, Des Forges, Adams, 911, warnings of
Gulf’s Red Tide, and much more, UNWITTING
CIVILIANS targeted and Russell Tice, Bush
wiretapping case (pg 8 and attached) hiding
behind SSP that the Judicial System (pg 20) is
being duped with to condone technological war
with weapons of mass destruction for massive
corruption and Fascism agendas, and no
accountability that “We the People are starting
to recognize”.
3. PLAINTIFF requested a leave of
court (pg 75) until can obtain a lawyer as a
result of these horrific circumstances. Plaintiff
is also aware of (NY case 03 Cr. 807) Susan
Lindauer with false diagnosis under Intelligence
Remote Viewing not fantastic but nefarious
technology abuses (pg 17).
4. PLAINTIFF is without delusion
with only sabotage and whitewashing, as per
Tice testimonies and many others with
credibility, whereas, said complaint was taken
from Fedex Counter with signature and wrong
Complaint given to Chief Judge Lambert after
instructions were given in writing and by
telephone, and another case was loaded in pacer
by “mistake” etc. (2 Articles attached)
5. PLAINTIFF has been and is also a
victim of wiretapping and has information for
other cases and corporation going at the present
in the court systems. (pg 26) Including
Congress not reading Iraqi documents and
signed to the invasion of wars (Un-covered
documentary). (pg 20 and 26)
6. PLAINTIFF filed counts under
wiretapping, manipulated communications (as
other Federal whistle blowers), privacy and
civil rights, FOIA requests, continued proper
investigations, and proper news press releases

Neitzke v Williams a case from a prisoner in
1989 before weapons of technology were
exposed in this complaint, far from frivolous or
otherwise whereas the public is innocent and
unwittingly targeted and not conspiring against
the victim as most other victims claim as with

MKULTRA - A True Case
Against the CIA
MKULTRA (also known as MK-ULTRA) was
the code name for a CIA mind control research
program lasting from the 1950s through the
1970s. The project's goal was to produce a
perfect truth drug for use in interrogating
suspected Soviet spies during the Cold War, and
generally to explore any other possibilities of
mind control. Experiments were often
conducted without the subjects' knowledge or
consent. The project was headed by Dr. Sydney
Gottlieb.
Origins
MKULTRA was started on order by CIA
director Allen Dulles in April 1953, largely in
response to alleged Soviet, Chinese, and North
Korean uses of mind control techniques on US
prisoners of war in Korea. In addition to being
able to carry out similar "work" on their own
captives (if such a thing ever happened), they
were also interested in being able to manipulate
foreign leaders with similar techniques, and
invented several schemes to drug Fidel Castro.
Because most of the MKULTRA records
were deliberately destroyed in 1972 by order of
then-Director Richard Helms, it is impossible to
have a complete understanding of the more than
150 individually funded research projects
sponsored by MKULTRA and the related CIA
programs.
The Experiments
Central Intelligence Agency documents
suggest that radiation was part of the
MKULTRA program and that the agency
considered and explored uses of radiation for
these purposes.
Other early efforts focused on LSD,
which appears to have formed the majority of
research as time went on. Experiments included
dosing CIA employees, military personnel,
other government agents, prostitutes, mental
patients, and members of the general public
with LSD to study their reactions, usually
without the subject's knowledge.
The experiments often took a sadistic
bent. Gottlieb was known to torture victims by
locking them in sensory deprivation chambers
while dosed on LSD, or to make recordings of
psychiatric patients' therapy sessions, and then
play a tape loop of the patient's most self-
degrading statement over and over through
headphones after the patient had been restrained
in a straightjacket and dosed with LSD. Gottlieb
himself took LSD frequently, locking himself in
his office and taking copious notes.
Efforts to "recruit" subjects were often
illegal without any drugs being administered. In
Operation Midnight Climax the CIA set up
several brothels to provide a selection of men
who would be too embarrassed to talk about the
events. The brothels were equipped with two-
way mirrors and the "sessions" were taped for
later interpretation.
Some subjects' participation was
consensual, and in these cases the subjects
appeared to be singled out for even more
horrific experiments. In one case, a selection of
volunteers was given LSD for 77 days straight.
LSD was eventually dismissed by the
researchers as too unpredictable in its effects.
Although useful information was sometimes
obtained through questioning subjects on LSD,
not uncommonly the most marked effect would
be the subject's absolute and utter certainty that
s/he was able to withstand any form of
interrogation attempt, even physical torture.
Another technique was connecting a
barbiturate IV into one arm and an
amphetamine IV in the other. The barbiturates
were released into the subject first, and as soon
as the subject began to fall asleep, the
amphetamines were released. The subject
would begin babbling incoherently at this point,
and it was sometimes possible to ask questions
and get useful answers. This treatment was
discarded as it often resulted in the death of the
patient from physical side effects of the drug
combination, making further interrogation
impossible.
Canadian experiments
The experiments were even exported to
Canada, when the CIA recruited Albany, New
York doctor Ewan Cameron, author of the
psychic driving concept which the CIA found
particularly interesting. In it he described his
theory on correcting madness, which consisted
of erasing existing memories and rebuilding the
psyche completely. He commuted to Montreal
every week to work at the Allan Memorial
Institute, and was paid $69,000 from 1957 to
1964 to carry out MKULTRA experiments
there. The CIA appears to have given him the
potentially deadly experiments to carry out, as
they would be tried on non-US citizens.
In addition to LSD, Cameron also
experimented with various paralytic drugs, as
well as electroshock "therapy" at 30 to 40 times
the normal power. His "driving" experiments
consisted of putting subjects into drug-induced

coma for months on end (up to three in one
case) while playing tape loops of noise or
simple repetitive statements. His experiments
were typically carried out on patients who had
entered the institute for minor problems such as
anxiety disorders and post-partum depression,
many of whom suffered permanently from his
actions.
Perhaps most disturbing, it was during
this era that Cameron became known
worldwide, serving as the first chairman of the
World Psychiatric Association, as well as
president of the American and Canadian
psychiatric associations. Ironically, Cameron
was member of the Nuremburg medical tribunal
only a decade earlier.
Revelation
In December 1974, the New York Times
reported that the CIA had conducted illegal
domestic activities, including experiments on
U.S. citizens, during the 1960s. That report
prompted investigations by both Congress (in
the form of the Church Committee) and a
presidential commission (known as the
Rockefeller Commission) into the domestic
activities of the CIA, the FBI, and intelligence-
related agencies of the military.
In the summer of 1975, congressional
hearings and the Rockefeller Commission
report revealed to the public for the first time
that the CIA and the DOD had conducted
experiments on both cognizant and unwitting
human subjects as part of an extensive program
to influence and control human behavior
through the use of psychoactive drugs such as
LSD and mescaline and other chemical,
biological, and psychological means. They also
revealed that at least one subject had died after
administration of LSD.

Frank Olson, an Army biochemist and
biological weapons researcher, was given LSD
without his knowledge or consent in 1953 as
part of a CIA experiment and apparently
committed suicide a week later following a
severe psychotic episode. A CIA doctor
assigned to monitor Olson's recovery was
supposedly asleep in another bed in a New York
city hotel room when Olson jumped through the
13th story window to his death. (Olson's son
disputes this version of events, and maintains
that his father was murdered due to his
knowledge of secret US biological weapon
deployment during the Korean War.)
Subsequent reports would show that
another person, Harold Blauer, a professional
tennis player in New York City, died as a result
of a secret Army experiment involving
mescaline.
The congressional committee
investigating the CIA research, chaired by
Senator Frank Church, concluded that "[p]rior
consent was obviously not obtained from any of
the subjects. "'we have no answer to the moral
issue.'" The committee noted that the
"experiments sponsored by these researchers . .
. call into question the decision by the agencies
not to fix guidelines for experiments."
(Documents show that the CIA participated in at
least two of the DOD committees whose
discussions, in 1952, led up to the issuance of
the Wilson memorandum.)
Following the recommendations of the
Church Committee, President Gerald Ford in
1976 issued the first Executive Order on
Intelligence Activities which, among other
things, prohibited "experimentation with drugs
on human subjects, except with the informed
consent, in writing and witnessed by a
disinterested party, of each such human subject"
and in accordance with the guidelines issued by
the National Commission. Subsequent orders by
Presidents Carter and Reagan expanded the
directive to apply to any human
experimentation.
Following on the heels of the revelations
about CIA experiments were similar stories
about the Army. In response, in 1975 the
secretary of the Army instructed the Army
inspector general to conduct an investigation.
Among the findings of the inspector general
was the existence of the then-still-classified
1953 Secretary of Defense Wilson
memorandum.
In response to the inspector general's
investigation, the Wilson memorandum was
declassified in August 1975. The inspector
general also found that the requirements of the
1953 memorandum had, at least in regard to
Army drug testing, been essentially followed as
written. The Army used only "volunteers" for its
drug-testing program, with one or two
exceptions. However, the inspector general
concluded that the "volunteers were not fully
informed, as required, prior to their
participation; and the methods of procuring
their services, in many cases, appeared not to

have been in accord with the intent of

of volunteers in research." The inspector
general also noted that "the evidence clearly
reflected that every possible medical
consideration was observed by the professional
investigators at the Medical Research
Laboratories." This conclusion, if accurate, is in
striking contrast to what took place at the CIA.
In Canada the issue took much longer to
surface, becoming widely known in 1984 on a
CBC newshow, The Fifth Estate. It was learned
that not only had the CIA funded Dr. Cameron's
efforts, but perhaps even more shockingly, the
Canadian government was fully aware of this,
and had later provided another $500,000 in
funding to continue the experiments. This
revelation largely derailed efforts by the victims
to sue the CIA as their American counterparts
had, and the Canadian government eventually
settled out-of-court for $100,000 to each of the
127 victims.
Legal Issues Involving Informed
Consent
The revelations about the CIA and the
Army prompted a number of subjects or their
survivors to file lawsuits against the federal
government for conducting illegal experiments.
Although the government aggressively, and
sometimes successfully, sought to avoid legal
liability, several plaintiffs did receive
compensation through court order, out-of-court
settlement, or acts of Congress. Frank Olson's
family received $750,000 by a special act of
Congress, and both President Ford and CIA
director William Colby met with Olson's family
to publicly apologize.
Previously, the CIA and the Army had
actively and successfully, sought to withhold
incriminating information, even as they secretly
provided compensation to the families. One
subject of Army drug experimentation, James
Stanley, an Army sergeant, brought an
important, albeit unsuccessful, suit. The
government argued that Stanley was barred
from suing it under a legal doctrine--known as
the Feres doctrine, after a 1950 Supreme Court
case, Feres v. United States--that prohibits
members of the Armed Forces from suing the
government for any harms that were inflicted
"incident to service."
In 1987, the Supreme Court affirmed
this defense in a 5-4 decision that dismissed
Stanley's case. The majority argued that "a test
for liability that depends on the extent to which
particular suits would call into question military
discipline and decision making would itself
require judicial inquiry into, and hence intrusion
upon, military matters." In dissent, Justice
William Brennan argued that the need to
preserve military discipline should not protect
the government from liability and punishment
for serious violations of constitutional rights:
The medical trials at Nuremberg in 1947
deeply impressed upon the world that
experimentation with unknowing human
subjects is morally and legally unacceptable.
The United States Military Tribunal established
the Nuremberg Code as a standard against
which to judge German scientists who
experimented with human subjects. . . . [I]n
defiance of this principle, military intelligence
officials . . . began surreptitiously testing
chemical and biological materials, including
LSD.
Justice Sandra Day O'Connor, writing a
separate dissent, stated:
No judicially crafted rule should
insulate from liability the involuntary and
unknowing human experimentation alleged to
have occurred in this case. Indeed, as Justice
Brennan observes, the United States played an
instrumental role in the criminal prosecution of
Nazi officials who experimented with human
subjects during the Second World War, and the
standards that the Nuremberg Military
Tribunals developed to judge the behavior of the
defendants stated that the 'voluntary consent of
the human subject is absolutely essential . . . to
satisfy moral, ethical, and legal concepts.' If
this principle is violated, the very least that
society can do is to see that the victims are
compensated, as best they can be, by the
perpetrators.
This is the only Supreme Court case to
address the application of the Nuremberg Code
to experimentation sponsored by the U.S.
government. And while the suit was
unsuccessful, dissenting opinions put the
Army—and by association the entire
government—on notice that use of individuals
without their consent is unacceptable. The
limited application of the Nuremberg Code in
U.S. courts does not detract from the power of
the principles it espouses, especially in light of
stories of failure to follow these principles that
appeared in the media and professional
literature during the 1960s and 1970s and the
policies eventually adopted in the mid-1970s.

MKULTRA Experiments
in Montreal

Turner, the lawyers who litigated
against the CIA in the 1980s.
Early in 1957, Dr. D. Ewen Cameron,
Director of the Allan Memorial Institute in
Montreal, formally applied for funding from the
"Society for the Investigation of Human
Ecology," a CIA front at Corn-ell University
Medical School, New York City. Cameron
described his brainwashing experiments as
follows:
"(i) The breaking down ongoing patterns
of patient's behavior by particularly intensive
electroshocks (depatterning).
(ii) Intensive repetition (16 hours a day
for 6-7 days) of prearranged verbal signal.
(iii) During this intensive repetition the
patient is kept in partial sensory isolation.
(iv) Repression of the driving period is
carried out by putting the patient, after the
conclusion of the period, into continuous sleep
for 7-10 days."
Cameron also proposed testing "LSD
and similar agents" in "depat-terning" his
patients. Sidney Gottlieb and other CIA
officials approved the application and over four
years, provided $60,000 for the experiments.
Canada's Government Aided the
CIA's Legal Defense
In the 1980s, the CIA and State
Department launched a public counterattack on
the Canadian government for questioning the
propriety of CIA activities. The CIA effectively
converted the Canadian government into an
active and hostile opponent.
In press briefings, interviews and Court
pleadings, the CIA hammered away at one
theme - Canada funded Cameron too. Legally,
this was irrelevant, but politically, it was
devastating. As one U.S. Attorney said, "We're
going to wrap the Canadian Government
financing of Cameron right around their necks."
This steady counterattack left the
Canadian government completely cowed,
apparently a fairly easy thing for the U.S. to
accomplish. To turn off the public heat for
supporting our case, the Mulroney government
commissioned an "independent study" by a
former Tory M.P., John Cooper. The result was
neither independent nor a study, but a several
hundred page brief concluding Canada was
blameless, and CIA involvement was "a red
herring."
The "Cooper Report" was compiled and
written by Canadian Justice Department
lawyers, whose job was to defend Canada
against claims of liability based on its
involvement with Cameron. A more clear
conflict of interest is difficult to imagine. No
Canadian Bar disciplinary committee has
investigated the lawyers who did it.
The "Cooper Report" asserted that
Cameron had done nothing wrong. Without
interviewing any of our clients or reviewing
their medical records, the report announced
there was probably little if any lasting harm to
the victims. The report reproduced the CIA's
principal defenses, now as the "independent"
conclusions of an official Canadian government
investigation. The "Cooper Report" was a
complete whitewash.
What once had appeared to be our
strongest potential ally, threatening even to take
the U.S. to the International Court of Justice at
the Hague, now sought to exonerate the CIA in
every conceivable way possible. The Canadian
government did such a good job for the CIA that
the "Cooper Report" became the first exhibit in
the CIA's final effort to defeat our case through
a motion for summary judgment. In addition,
the same psychiatrists who the Canadian
government had retained to ratify the Cooper
whitewash were the CIA's expert witnesses.
Canada completed the legwork that an associate
in a good law firm usually does for a senior
partner.

Nuremberg tribunal (1945). He examined and

president of the World Psychiatric Association,

28 Mass graves of Indian
Children in Canada...

The Mohawk Nation News is reporting that 28
mass graves of many Indian Children have been
discovered in Canada. Many of these are at
residential schools. Some of the schools were
government run, others were parochial,
including Catholic...I wonder if the pope is
aware of this?
Here's the press release dated April 10, 2008:
We are gathered today to publicly
disclose the location of twenty eight mass
graves of children who died in Indian
Residential Schools across Canada, and to
announce the formation of an independent, non-
governmental inquiry into the death and
disappearance of children in these schools.
We estimate that there are hundreds, and
possibly thousands, of children buried in these
grave sites alone.
The Catholic, Anglican and United
Church, and the government of Canada,
operated the schools and hospitals where these
mass graves are located. We therefore hold
these institutions and their officers legally
responsible and liable for the deaths of these
children.
We have no confidence that the very
institutions of church and state that are
responsible for these deaths can conduct any
kind of impartial or real inquiry into them.
Accordingly, as of April 15, 2008, we are
establishing an independent, non governmental
inquiry into the death and disappearance of
Indian residential school children across
Canada.
This inquiry shall be known as The
International Human Rights Tribunal into
Genocide in Canada (IHRTGC), and is
established under the authority of the following

British Columbia
Port Alberni: Presbyterian- United
Church school (1895-1973), now occupied by
the Nuu-Chah-Nulth Tribal Council (NTC)
office, Kitskuksis Road. Grave site is a series of
sinkhole rows in hills 100 metres due west of
the NTC building, in thick foliage, past an
unused water pipeline. Children also interred at
Tseshaht reserve cemetery, and in wooded gully
east of Catholic cemetery on River Road.
Alert Bay: St. Michael’s Anglican school (1878-
1975), situated on Cormorant Island offshore
from Port McNeill. Presently building is used
by Namgis First Nation. Site is an overgrown
field adjacent to the building, and also under the
foundations of the present new building,
constructed during the 1960’s. Skeletons seen
"between the walls".
Kuper Island: Catholic school (1890-
1975), offshore from Chemainus. Land
occupied by Penelakut Band. Former building is
destroyed except for a staircase. Two grave
sites: one immediately south of the former
building, in a field containing a conventional
cemetery; another at the west shoreline in a
lagoon near the main dock.
Nanaimo Indian Hospital: Indian
Affairs and United Church experimental facility
(1942-1970) on Department of National
Defense land. Buildings now destroyed. Grave
sites are immediately east of former buildings
on Fifth avenue, adjacent to and south of
Malaspina College.
Mission: St. Mary’s Catholic school
(1861-1984), adjacent to and north of Lougheed
Highway and Fraser River Heritage Park.

Expert: Most UFO incidents
have reasonable explanations

There have been many recent reports of
UFO sightings in many different regions and the
latest incident involved netizens from Shanghai,
Zhejiang, Nanjing and Ganzhou of Jiangxi
Province, who claimed they saw UFOs all at
different times on Aug. 7.
Along with the continual media
coverage, public attention also heated up, and
some people even connected it with the recent
abnormal weather and natural pits in many
regions, and claimed the world would end in
2012. All of a sudden, different rumors are
everywhere.
A reporter from People's Daily
interviewed Zhu Jin, the curator of the Beijing
Planetarium and vice chairman of the Beijing
UFO Research Organization. He gave
professional explanations about these incidents.
UFOs and flying saucers are different.
Unidentified Flying Objects refer to objects
flying in the sky with unidentified names and is
abbreviated UFO. The flying saucer refers to a
saucer shaped flying object and in particular, a
strange spaceship that many people claimed to
have seen and may come from outer space.
UFOs differ from flying saucers. A
flying saucer is one possible UFOs, and there
are no cases where one has been confirmed.
However, UFOs do exist, and they just have not
been identified yet.
As for the latest reported UFOs, they are
very easy to identify. Most of them are kites,
planes or rockets. There is almost no probability
that these incidents are connected with aliens.
There are many reasons for the
appearance of UFOs. The research of past
relevant phenomena reveals that there are
mainly three categories. First, they are flying
objects including planes, airships, kites,
searchlights, little insects very close to the
photographer, bolides, man-made objects
falling into the atmosphere, spacecraft, and
missiles.
Second, they are stationary objects in
the sky but are photographed as moving objects,
including planets, shiny fixed stars, the moon
behind clouds and even the sun. The last
possibility is that they are not in the sky at all
and they may be the reflection of the sun being
photographed on the frame of the camera, the
reflection of the flashlight on glass, and the
ghost images caused by the light source at the
centrosymmetric location of the visual field.
The appearance of UFOs is not
concentrated in a certain region or a certain
period of time. Currently, relevant events are
obviously increasing, mainly because that the
concentrative reporting of the media caused
similar psychological effects. People who were
not concerned about UFOs before began to
frequently look up into the sky after reading the
reports. Incidents that would normally be
considered as normal were connected with
UFOs indicative of relevant reports. The
concentrative reporting from the media
amplified the events and certain media groups
were even suspected of hyping up the news.
The public should treat these kinds of
events with a scientific attitude, independent
judgment and rational analysis. It is better to
objectively record various phenomena through
taking photos and videos. Some events will be
easy to explain if there is sufficient image data.
China currently has no official
professional investigation agency for UFOs.
Therefore, it is necessary to ask professional
research agencies to investigate UFO events to
eliminate people's doubts and fears. Some
registered professional associations have been
concerned with UFO phenomena for a long time
and they possess certain observational
knowledge and analysis and are more
professional. In fact, most UFO events can be
explained by rational reason through systematic
investigation and comprehensive analysis. []
Brazilian government tells air
force to record any UFO
sightings
The Brazilian air force has been told, by
the government, to officially record any
sightings of unidentified flying objects.
A decree directs pilots, both military and
civilian, as well as air traffic controllers to
register sightings of anything unusual in
Brazil’s air space with the national aerospace
defence command.
The BBC reported that the air force
released a statement saying: “Air force
command does not have a specialized structure
to carry out scientific experiments on these
phenomena and will limit itself to recording any
events.”
Collected information will be
catalogued and stored in the national archives in
Rio de Janeiro. It will then be available to
researchers.
Several UFO sightings have been reported in
Brazil.
Air force jets were sent to investigate
unidentified objects above Sao Paulo1986. No
explanation was found for whatever was
spotted.
Reporting on that incident uflologie
stated: “As many as twenty UFOs were seen
and tracked by ground radar and at least six
airplanes during the night of May 19, 1986 over
several states in southeastern Brazil.
Unidentified radar returns were tracked by
airports in São Paulo and the Integrated Air
Defense & Air Traffic Control Center
(CINDACTA) in Brasilia. Two F-5E and three
Mirage jet fighters were scrambled from Santa
Cruz AFB in Sao Paulo State, and Anápolis
AFB in Goias State.”
In 1977 the town of Vigia requested
assistance from the military after some residents
said they had been attacked by extra-terrestrials.
According to the BBC, an anonymous air traffic
controller told the Brazilian newspaper O Dia:
"I have heard of ministers and even a president
who said they had seen a UFO.” []
An UFO of Indian design?
Watch out for it in France
French skies will be invaded by UFOs
soon, as the annual kite festival at Ville de
Dieppe (350km from Paris) is set to take place
between September 11 and 19.
The category being ‘Unidentified Flying
Object’ this time around, the only Indian kite
flyers’ group to be officially invited to partake is
Team Mangalore.
The team will fly ‘Pushpaka Vimana’,
the legendary Indian flying machine used by
Lord Indra (the king of the cosmic Gods) and
other heavenly beings.
When asked if Pushpaka Vimana
qualifies for the category — ‘Unidentified
Flying Object’? Sarvesh Rao, Team Mangalore
chief, replied with a chuckle, “Indian legends do
speak of flying machines. It can’t be all
nonsense. How could anybody even imagine a
flying machine in that era?The Pushpaka
Vimana must have been an UFO of that age and
the earliest to be
mentioned in writing. Therefore, it does qualify
for the category.”
Rao is optimistic that the team will
dazzle the international kite flyers’ fraternity
with their version of UFO. “It is square in
shape, with tons of hand-made graphics in
appliqué work and is very colourful.” Rao and
his team got graphic artist Dinesh Holla to help
them design the kite. And Holla gave DNA a
sneak preview of the extravagant kite.
Their kite has been modelled after the
Vedic UFO, which finds mention in Bhagavata,
Ramayana and Mahabharata. Rao said,
“Pushpaka Vimana has special significance to
us, it is the only ethnic design of UFOs that will
fly in the international festival, it will open up a
new a new line of thought.”
Team Mangalore has flown its kites in
different international kite festivals across
Europe, where their creative designs have been
appreciated by kite masters around the world.
They’ve stuck with an ethnic theme in
the past three festivals that they’ve taken part in:
Legendary figures such as Ganesha, Durga,
visages of Indian folk and performing arts like
Bhoota Kola, Yakshagana, Kathakali,” said
Rao.
These kites have not only won them
prizes but also a lot of appreciation from their
fellow participants. “Most European kites are
technologically perfect as they are computer
designed and machine cut — therefore precise.
But Indian kites stand out because of their
ethnic design — perfect construction, despite
having difficult designs,” Rao said.
The Ville de Dieppe kite festival will
witness an Indian Panorama — Prashanth
Kumar, a Yakshagana artist will perform there
and graphic artist Holla will hold an on-the-spot
sketch exhibition and demo for those at the
festival. But, Rao is slightly concerned about
the flying conditions. “The wind varies in
velocity and direction and the flyer must keep
an eye on the kites all the time, or else they’ll
come crashing down,” said Rao.
Pushpaka Vimana, which is getting
ready at Mangalore is being built in Ripstop
nylon and fibre frame. It roughly weighs 2kg
and is flown with Dacron line, which can hold
high levels of wind velocity. []

Pilots and generals go public
about UFOs

Eleven years ago, on a clear August
morning, Surrey resident Gord Heath witnessed
something he’ll never forget.
At the time, he was living in a
townhouse with a balcony at the back where he
could watch the planes overhead, on their way
to the airport on Sea Island in Richmond.
In an interview in the Georgia Straight
boardroom, Heath said that as he was watching
a plane cruise past, he noticed a contrail shoot at
stunning speed over the aircraft before suddenly
halting. Then the plume disappeared.
“It was travelling at least 10 times as fast
as the jet,” Heath recalled. “When it stopped, it
looked like a light in the sky.”
Heath said he ran inside to grab his
binoculars. Upon closer examination, he
claimed, the unidentified flying object
resembled a sphere with a silvery-gold colour—
not metallic, but with more of a pearly texture.
Approximately five minutes later, it
floated away. “I was just kind of fascinated,”
Heath stated. “It was, you know, ‘Wow, that’s
weird.’ ”
Afterward, Heath hooked up with the
citizens’ group UFO B.C., which investigates
sightings of unexplained aerial phenomena in
this province and the Yukon.
Now a director of the organization, he
spoke to the Straight a few days before the
August 10 release of the book UFOs: Generals,
Pilots, and Government Officials Go on the
Record (Harmony Books, $30.99), which has
been widely anticipated by Heath and others
interested in the subject.
Written by New York journalist Leslie
Kean, UFOs advocates the creation of a small
U.S. government office that will work with
other countries already formally investigating
and reporting on UFO sightings.
“The first step is to bring credibility to
the subject—to make it clear within the
mainstream that there are high-level military
and government officials and aviation officials
around the world who have been collecting data
on these UFO events,” Kean told the Straight by
phone from Wellfleet, Massachusetts. “And it’s
worthy of consideration because of the
credibility of those people.”
UFOs has attracted high praise from
people you wouldn’t expect to be interested in
flying saucers.
For example, research astronomer Rudy
Schild of the Harvard-Smithsonian Center for
Astrophysics calls it a “terrific book, researched
with great care and precision”.
Former president Bill Clinton’s director
of the White House Office of Science and
Technology Policy, Neal Lane, describes it as a
“fascinating, thought-provoking book”.
Renowned physicist Michio Kaku says it’s
“bound to set the gold standard for UFO
research”.
Clinton’s former chief of staff, John
Podesta, wrote the foreword. He also cochaired
President Barack Obama’s transition team.
“The American people—and people
around the world—want to know, and they can
handle the truth,” Podesta states in the book.
Kean said she first became interested in
UFOs 10 years ago, when she received a copy
of a 90-page report by retired generals,
scientists, and space experts in France.
The group included a four-star general, a
three-star admiral, and the former head of the
French equivalent of NASA. The 13-member
panel had spent three years reviewing various
encounters between UFOs and pilots or military
personnel.
According to UFOs, the document
suggested that about five percent of UFO
sightings cannot be easily attributed to earthly
sources.
Instead, these experts wrote, the
“extraterrestrial hypothesis” offered the best
explanation.
Kean said her first article on the subject
was for the Boston Globe, and was distributed
nationally through the New York Times.
“I felt at that point I had a leg to stand on
because I had published a story that was very
legitimate,” she remarked. “But over the years,
I haven’t communicated with very many
journalists, to tell you the truth. I’m often
surprised that more journalists don’t contact me
and don’t want to jump in and follow up on
some of these things themselves, especially
journalists that have the backing of a major
newspaper, like the Washington Post or the New
York Times.”
What makes Kean’s work different from
other UFO books are chapters written by pilots
and high-ranking military officials, who claim
to have seen UFOs.
As well, there are essays by government
officials from several countries, including the
United Kingdom and France, who have
investigated these phenomena.
The man who ran the French
government’s UFO agency for 21 years, Jean-
Jacques Velasco, writes that a few cases involve
objects that are “distinct from ordinary
phenomena”.
Moreover, they demonstrate “a physics
seemingly far different from that which we
employ in our most technologically advanced
countries”.
According to Velasco, that includes
“stationary and silent flights, accelerations and
speeds defying the laws of inertia, effects on
electronic navigation or transmission systems,
and the apparent ability to induce electrical
blackouts”.
He also states that in these rare cases, the
UFOs appear to be under some kind of
“intelligent control”.
“I am fascinated with the possible
correlation between nuclear activity, the
location of nuclear weapon storage facilities,
and the presence of UFOs,” Velasco observes in
the book. “We can see on a graph the
relationship between atomic explosions and
visual/radar sightings, by looking at the
similarity in the two curves. We can’t be certain
why, but perhaps UFOs are ‘monitoring,’ and
this activity was heightened during times of
dangerous nuclear activity on the planet.”
During her interview with the Straight,
Kean pointed out that many things can be
mistaken for a UFO. They include weather
balloons, flares, planes flying in formation,
secret military aircraft, birds reflecting sunlight,
blimps, helicopters, and planets such as Venus
and Mars, as well as meteors, meteorites, and
numerous other naturally occurring events.
“Most UFO sightings are meaningless,”
she said. “They really can be explained. We’re
talking about a very specific group of sightings.
Those are the cases in my book.”
She also emphasized that a UFO is
merely an object that cannot be identified, and
not necessarily an alien spacecraft.
“I can’t tell you how much of a barrier
that creates,” Kean said. “When you really,
properly define what a UFO means, it really has
nothing to do with anyone’s belief system.”
The first case cited in her book occurred
over Belgium during a two-year period
beginning in late 1989.
According to Maj. Wilfried De Brouwer,
retired head of operations for the Belgian air
staff, there were 143 sightings—observed by
250 people—on a single evening in November
1989. Among those filing reports were 13 police
officers; 70 of the sightings were investigated.
De Brouwer writes that none could be
explained by conventional technology.
Witnesses claimed that these large UFOs
were able to hover motionless in the sky. U.S.
officials told De Brouwer that no stealth aircraft
were operating in the area.
One Belgian man took two colour-slide
photos of the UFOs, which were later examined
by a trio of researchers: former NASA senior
scientist Richard Haines, French satellite-
imagery specialist François Louange, and
University of Paris-Sud professor André
Marion.
They concluded that there was no
tampering with the slide.
Several years later, in a subsequent
analysis using more sophisticated technology,
Marion noticed a halo surrounding the UFO. It
was in the form of a snowflake pattern, similar
to the appearance of iron filings in a magnetic
field.
Kean said these incidents generated
media coverage in Belgium, but not much in
North America.
UFOs also covers a wave of similar
sightings in New York’s Hudson Valley region
that lasted several years in the early 1980s.
Witnesses claimed at the time that these
objects were as large as football fields and could
travel at incredible speeds, either remaining
silent or emitting a humming noise.
Kean said the Hudson Valley sightings
generated no government investigations and
little media coverage in the U.S.
“How could it not be all over the front
pages?” she asked.
Some of the more remarkable stories in
the book take place in South America, where
there’s a keen interest in UFOs among military
and government officials.
Two retired high-ranking officers in the
Chilean military, as well as a retired Brazilian
brigadier-general, have contributed chapters to
UFOs.
May 19, 1986, is known as “UFO night”
in Brazil, writes Brig.-Gen. José Carlos Pereira;
on this date, radar showed 21 unidentified
objects in the sky between São Paolo and Rio de
Janeiro. Pereira notes that jets carrying missiles
were dispatched, but he didn’t feel that the
UFOs posed a threat to national security.

“What were those objects?” he asks in
his essay. “No one knows. They were not
foreign jets attacking. They were unidentified
flying objects.”
Pereira ends his chapter with a plea to all
technologically advanced countries to set up
government agencies focused on UFOs: “The
United States should certainly lead the way,
since that country is and will remain the planet’s
greatest technological power, with a great
ability to aggregate knowledge from other
countries.”
Two air-force pilots have contributed
chapters to Kean’s book recounting their
attempts to shoot down UFOs.
Retired Iranian general Parviz Jafari
tells the story of pursuing a UFO over Tehran in
1976, as it flashed intense red, green, orange,
and blue lights. When he got ready to fire, he
writes, his weapons jammed and his radio
failed.
Retired Peruvian Commandante Oscar
Santa María Huertas writes about firing at a
balloon-like object. On three occasions, it
suddenly shot upward. The UFO was seen by
more than 1,000 soldiers.
Kean obtained a U.S. government
memorandum on the Iranian incident, which
stated that the case “meets all the criteria
necessary for a valid study of UFO
phenomena”. It was seen by multiple witnesses
was confirmed by radar.
In November 1982, Portuguese air-force
pilot Júlio Guerra claimed that an oval-shaped
object without a tail or wings appeared to the
left of his plane at an altitude of between 5,000
and 5,500 feet.
It had climbed from the ground in less
than 10 seconds, and finally stopped in front of
him. In his chapter in UFOs, Guerra describes it
as a “metallic disc composed of two halves, one
on the top and another on the bottom, with some
kind of band around the center, brilliant with the
top reflecting the sun”.
Guerra states that he planned an
“intercept”, but that the object was faster than
his own aircraft, and flew over his path,
“breaking all the rules of aerodynamics”. Two
other pilots witnessed the event.
A 30-member, multidisciplinary team of
experts investigated and determined that the
object was flying vertically at more than 300
miles per hour, which is impossible for a
helicopter.
At other times, it travelled at about
1,550 miles per hour, Guerra writes. The object
remained unidentified after the study was
completed.
Richard Haines, the former NASA
scientist, has focused his research on the
potential impact of unexplained aerial
phenomena on aviation safety. He points out in
his own chapter in Kean’s book that Guerra’s
experience demonstrates the dangers of a near
miss with an unidentified object in the skies.
He also states that unidentified aerial
phenomena can impair safety by interfering
with proper navigational equipment. A third
concern is the distraction these apparent objects
create for flight crews.
“History is filled with accounts of
previously ridiculed subjects that have turned
out to be important to mankind, as a study of the
history of science confirms,” Haines writes.
The U.S. experience with UFOs differs
significantly from several other countries.
In 1951, the U.S. air force launched
Project Blue Book, which was ostensibly
created to receive UFO reports from citizens,
conduct investigations, and provide
explanations to the public.
According to Kean’s investigation, it
soon turned into a public-relations operation
intended to debunk UFO sightings and
discourage public interest in the topic.
She explained to the Straight that a key
part of this shift was the Central Intelligence
Agency’s creation of a scientific advisory panel
in 1953, chaired by H. P. Robertson, a physicist
at the California Institute of Technology.
After four days, the panel suggested
creating a new public-education campaign
focused on explaining away sightings.
A scientist who worked on Project Blue
Book, J. Allen Hynek, was given this task. The
U.S. UFO reporting system was shut down in
1970, and two years later Hynek wrote a book
stating that the entire operation was set up to
discredit the existence of UFOs.
When the Straight asked Kean why the
U.S. government was so opposed to an open
discussion of the topic, she said that the denials
began during the Cold War, and there may have
been fear that the Soviet Union would take
advantage of a UFO panic.
“Maybe there is some kind of a secret
program that they don’t want anyone to know
about,” she added. “There is a whole lot of
possible reasons. I think the main point is they
are not conducting policy responsibly, and it
needs to change—regardless of the reasons for
it.”
University of British Columbia
astronomer Erik Rosolowsky told the Straight
by phone that people occasionally contact him
with stories about UFOs. Many involve the
Venus or other planets or satellites.
He noted people in Norway once
mistook a Russian manned space launch for a
UFO. Over the past three years, he said, there
have been only two instances brought to his
attention that he could not account for using
standard astronomy.
“It does seem like there is a small set of
UFO phenomena that are not explained yet,”
Rosolowsky commented. “The nature of
science is that because they’re not explained yet
doesn’t mean that they can’t be explained. But
at the same time, you don’t know.”
The head of a Vancouver group of
skeptics questions whether extraterrestrial
beings could even send a spacecraft from
another galaxy to Earth.
Lee Moller, chairman of B.C. Skeptics,
told the Straight by phone that one would think
that society would be “hip-deep in high-
resolution photos of yetis and aliens right now”,
given the abundance of cameras. “But we’re
not.”
Then, in a reference to crop circles, he
quipped: “If I were going to spend the trillions
and trillions of dollars and the unimaginable
amount of energy that it would take for me to
get from one planet to another, I think the place

that I would want to post a message would be in
the local wheat field.”
But these types of comments don’t
dissuade Gord Heath of UFO B.C.
Before leaving the Straight office, he
turned over extensive reports that his group had
prepared of two UFO sightings. One involved a
giant object in the skies over the Yukon on
December 11, 1996, reportedly observed by 31
people. The other concerned a 57-year-old
mystery about a pilot who disappeared over
Lake Superior.
Neither the media nor the Canadian
government paid much attention to either case.

The truth is out there...
but let’s just pretend
He was a believer – in planet-wandering
spacemen. So convinced was he of something
being out there, it’s reported from recently released
government archive reports that he ordered an
alleged sighting of an alien flying machine to be
kept secret to avoid mass panic and a loss of
religious faith.
A wartime meeting took place, attended by
Winston Churchill and Eisenhower, in which the
prime minister is said to have been so concerned
about a reported encounter between a UFO and
RAF bombers, he ordered it be kept secret for at
least 50 years, in the public interest.
Not that mass panic would really have been
on the cards. Not here. Mass interest, whipped up
hysteria, a collective over-activity in the wild
imagination department maybe. But panic? Not a
chance.
These days it takes no more than a floating
Chinese lantern to set a flurry of X Files stories
bouncing from the walls. The taillights of a
Malaga-bound 747 blinking in a night sky can
convince hordes of UFO nutters to go ape with
excitement and lay the table for tea with a Martian.
And I apologise now for any offence – but
come on guys – until you can produce a turbo-
engined ship from another world, from which an
alien being is happy to step out and join us for a pie
and a pint in the pub, I’ll always believe you’re a
bit on the cooky side. You know – logical brain
processes cut on the bias? But whacky or
otherwise, It seems everyone secretly wants a third
encounter of the ET kind – a cuddly extra terrestrial
to take home to the kids.
Reports of sightings of UFOs peaked in
1996 in the UK –when science fiction drama The X
Files was popular... nuff said? The sci-fi
blockbuster movie Independence Day was out the
same year... well, fancy that.
But don’t we just love a conspiracy theory?
Be it a spooky space story, a big cat prowling
panther-like through Cumbria or the second
coming of Mulder and Scully, bathed in a glow
from the northern lights – the paranormal is so
much more fun than our own hum-drum normal.
Churchill knew that. The company is good.
He too was a UFO nutter. The truth is out there and
the truth is, like Winston, when life gets tough we
all prefer a fiction.
Since the Freedom of Information Act
arrived in 2005, UFOs have become the third-most
popular subject for people to write to the Ministry
of Defence about. Begging letters, they are.
Pleading for release of evidence of other life forms
sharing our universe and invading our world.So, all
evidence – such as it is – has been rolled out for
public consumption. Should anyone care to do so,
it is now possible to gorge on the trivia of other
people’s obsessions and fabricated fears.[]

Sorry! There Is No Afterlife:
None Goes To Heaven Or Hell

All religions believe in an afterlife existence – immediately after death.
All believe in the immortality of the soul. Some believe in reincarnation. Jews,
Christians, and Muslims believe that good people will go to Heaven, evil ones
will go to Hell. Many devout Jews pray to their Saints in Heaven. Catholics
pray to their Saints, especially to Mary -- “The Queen of Heaven.” Protestants
pray to their loved ones in Heaven. Devout Muslims believe that their Prophet
Muhammad ascended up to Heaven from Jerusalem. They regard this city as
the third holiest place to Islam. As a consequence, much of the Jew/Arab
conflict centers over the holiness of the City to both Jews and Muslims -- and
the alleged “Temple Mount” true location. Fanatic Muslim terrorists believe
the road to Paradise as Shahids, immediately after death, must be paved over
the body parts of their indiscriminate victims.
According to Iran’s president, Ahmadinejad, the purpose of the
revolution and nuclear Iran is to prepare for the imminent return of the Mahdi,
the twelfth Imam. Hence Israel must be destroyed, the West must be
subjugated, and the rest of the world must submit to the coming Mahdi’s “reign
of peace on earth.”
If the belief in an afterlife -- immediately after death -- is true, then both
the Bible and the Qur’an should fully confirm it in plain words. But what if
they, instead, contradict it?
What if God, Jesus, and Muhammad are not the source of this doctrine?
What if the doctrine of an afterlife immediately after death is a hoax? What if
man has no immortal soul?
