a. Materials
i. 1 lb of beef
ii. 1 large red onion
iii. 1 tomato
iv. Pepper
v. Salt
vi. 4 tablespoons of cooking oil
vii. 2 tablespoon of soy sauce
viii. 480g of rice
b. Recipe
i. Fry the meat until just cooked, and the juices begin to release.
ii. Remove the meat from the frying pan
iii. Cook the onions, with additional oil if needed, until they are
transparent.
iv. Stir in the tomato and aji amarillo; cook until the tomato softens.
v. Pour in the soy sauce, cover, and cook until the beef is done,
about 3 minutes.
vi. Season to taste with salt and pepper
vii. Add the cooked rice to the side of the dish.

2. Spaghetti
a. Materials
i. 400g of spaghetti noodles
ii. ½ cup Prego tomato sauce
iii. 20-30g of mozzarella cheese
b. Recipe
i. Start cooking the tomato sauce in medium heat
ii. Add the noodles to the boiling water in the pot
iii. Take the noodles out of the pot
iv. Add salt and pepper to the tomato sauce, according to your likes
v. Pour the tomato sauce onto the noodles
vi. Add some mozzarella cheese
vii. Mix noodles and tomato sauce well

3. Guacamole
a. Materials
i. 1 large avocado
ii. 50g of cilantro
iii. 2 lemons
b. Recipe
i. Mash avocado into bowl.
ii. Add finely chopped onion, cilantro, lemon juice and salt
iii. Mix well.
4. Tuna Sandwich

a. Materials
i. 2 cans of Tuna
ii. ½ Mayonnaise
iii. Pepper
iv. 8 slices of White bread
v. Lemon
b. Recipe
i. Drain the tuna in a strainer in the sink.
ii. In a medium bowl, mix the tuna, lemon juice, pepper and
mayonnaise.
iii. Spread tuna mixture on 4 bread slices. Top with remaining bread
slices.
5. Quesadilla
a. Materials
i. Tortillas
ii. 4 cups grated cheese
iii. 4 thin slices ham
iv. Cooking oil
b. Recipe
i. Arrange 4 tortillas on work surface. Sprinkle 1/2 cup cheese over
each tortilla.
ii. Place 1 quesadilla in skillet. Cook until brown, about 3 minutes per
side. Remove from skillet and keep warm. Repeat cooking
process with remaining butter and quesadillas. Cut into wedges
and serve.

6. Cream soup
a. Materials
i. One cream soup packet
ii. Water
b. Recipe
i. Add the cream soup powder to the boiling water
ii. Let it boil for 3 minutes
iii. Serve the soup
7. S’mores
a. Materials
i. 1 ½ cup of Graham crackers
ii. 12 Marshmallows
iii. 2 Chocolate Bars

8. Curry
a. Materials
i. Curry sauce
ii. Beef
iii. Peas
iv. Carrots
v. Rice
b. Recipe
i. Add curry sauce to the pot in medium heat
ii. Let the curry sauce heat up
iii. Cook the rice in the pot
iv. Cut the the carrots and beef up into small cubes
v. Add the beef, carrots, and peas to the curry
vi. When the curry sauce is heated up, pour the sauce to the rice
vii. Serve curry with rice
9. Pancakes

a. Materials
i. 1 cup of pancake mix
ii. 1 cup of maple syrup
b. Recipe
i. Combine 1 cup Aunt Jemima mix, 3/4 cup milk,1 egg, and 2
tablespoons oil; stir until lumps disappear.
ii. Pour desired amount of batter into lightly greased pan.
iii. Filp with a spatula until golden
10. Udon
a. Materials
i. 4 packets of udon
ii. Water

b. Recipe
i. Add the udon sauce into the boiling water
ii. Add the noodles
iii. Boil for 3 minutes
iv. Add some soy sauce according to your like
v. Serve the udon
