This school year, you have been very intentional with analyzing data from CAMS and
formative assessments to create flexible small groups to differentiate instruction
during workshop and whole group instruction. You found a system for tracking
students that works for you and helps guide you to ensure that you are meeting the
various needs in your classroom. You have guided your students through the process
of goal setting and celebrating their accomplishments with them. You continue to
challenge yourself and improve your teaching practices.

One of your many strengths is communication. You and your team have worked hard
on communicating with your parents and keeping them updated on what is going on
in your classrooms. You have reached out to parents when you have concerns and
when you have reason to celebrate. You have also done a great job with
communicating with the science committee and, when necessary, then entire school.
Thank you for putting our school and students first and working hard to make this the
best school for our students.

Thank you for your support and dedication to Achieve this school year! Your
commitment to success of our school has been evident in your intentional effort in
working towards our school’s mission and vision. You have assisted in forming a
strong support team focused on planning interventions based on students’ needs,
using data to identify areas of need, and designed targeted interventions for all of
your students. I look forward to continuing to better educate more students with you
in this area of intervention in the 2017-18 school year. Thank you for a great year and
challenging each child to achieve!
